Attorney Deborah R. Bronner did our Living Trust, Power of Attorney, Will and Advance Health Care Directive. She also helped us put the Deed to our home in the name of our Trust. The initial phone interview was very thorough. I had a number of questions regarding our circumstances and Attorney Deborah R. Bronner took a great deal of time to give me relevant information. She walked us through the process with warmth and consideration. In addition to being knowledgeable she always kept me informed. If I had a question or just wanted to check on the progress of the documents, I always received a prompt response. She is a very knowledgeable attorney. She explained the documents very thoroughly and patiently. She is highly recommended.

Found the Law Offices of Deborah R. Bronner on Google and happy I did! Atty. Bronner was always prompt in returning my calls and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. She was punctual on both occasions we had to meet in person and very accommodating to our needs. We are thankful for her assistance and expertise in getting our estate trust done in just a matter of days in a nicely bound portfolio. I did not get a chance to check the Yelp reviews when I called Atty. Bronner's office and concur with the majority of the comments made by her former clients regarding her professionalism and compassion. I needed to set up my living trust, so my neighbor recommended Mr. Brandlin. He has been Mr. Brandlin’s client for over 10 years and spoke of him with great admiration. Of course, I did my due diligence and researched Mr. Brandlin and I was very impressed with his credentials. His confidence, enthusiasm & professionalism were fantastic! I was a bit nervous that I would have a hard time understanding the lawyer-talk, but he spoke very clearly in plain language which I could understand and he was very thorough.
My trust was created fast & hassle free. Mr. Brandlin also recommended that I establish an LLC to own my investment property in order to limit my personal liability. I agreed, but understanding it was a difficult process. I kept finding all kinds of information on the Internet and I asked Mr. Brandlin lots of questions by email or at meetings. Mr. Brandlin was kind and patient and answered ALL of my concerns/questions with a big smile on his face. Some of my friends set up their LLCs on their own and comparing their setup to mine is almost comical (the knowledge, paperwork, etc.). Mr. Brandlin was hands on every step of the way - everything from helping me to choose the LLC's name to setting me up with a registered agent for service of process (where I will be receiving a lifetime discount thanks to Mr. Brandlin’s membership!).
Now that my trust and LLC have been created, everyone who knows me praises me for the extremely smart choices I’ve made and I proudly take all the credit. But in reality - all the credit should go to Mr. Brandlin! Not only he is intelligent, competent, responsible, straight forward and funny, but most importantly he is a really good human being. And that’s what counts most of all!

I was the Executor for my cousin's estate. However, I was living in the United Kingdom for about half the year. In spite of this issue, Mr. Guth and his entire staff did everything possible to accommodate my eccentric travel schedule and the distances, and make it work for everyone. They emailed, faxed, mailed, and even made bank deposits for the estate. They are totally ethical, and if you need someone who will do everything they can to help resolve your issue, John Guth is your man.

We first met Bill in 1987 or 1988 when he and Erin and Barbara and I hosted two young Japanese women exchange students interested in polishing their English skills during a summer session. Pam helped us complete a trust for my husband's mother and sort out a neglected set of small investments. The goal was to structure everything so that my mother-in-law could stay in her home but be eligible for Medicaid if and when she required a skilled nursing facility. My mother-in-law was house-bound and Pam was so helpful with coming to the house, explaining everything, and guiding her through the process. When my mother-in-law died, Pam's work really made it straightforward and all the disposition of assets went smoothly with no problems or probate.
We liked Pam so much we had her do our estate plan soon after. She was very expert in her recommendations and made a process that can be a little traumatic, both easy and painless. We can now be sure that we will leave an estate that will not cause our beneficiaries undue trouble and will not cause our assets to be subject to unnecessary taxes or probate.
Pam really knows what she is doing and the cost was reasonable as well.

When you feel the need to hire an attorney, there is a "sticker shock" for most of us when we find out the cost. However, for my case, Pamela did everything to keep her fees and the court cost to a minimum. And, she kept me informed from the beginning to end, letting me know the pros and cons (I almost feel she was to cautious). In her, I found no dishonestly in running up the cost, and yes the cost did run up, but this was because of a system that can be very frustrating, it wasn't on her! And, she warned me how the 'system" works and of potential problems that might arise there too. You have to make up your mind as to whether or not the cost is worth it, but I strongly feel that you will have an honest attorney who cares, and wants you to keep as much of your money as possible. Oh, and for what is worth, she is nice person.

When I was in a crisis following a car accident and heard that the other party involved had hired an attorney, I began to panic. Rather than call up one of the numerous offices I had seen on TV in over the top advertisements I decided that it would be in my best interests to see someone local. I had driven past this office countless times while living in Culver City so when they popped up in a Google search I figured I would give them a shot. I know Alan from around the community. I needed a trust attorney and met with him. Because of the pandemic, we had to meet virtually using zoom. He was very accommodating. He was able to answer all our questions. Once our questions were answered, we submitted the paperwork. Alan completed our trust docs timely. We hired Mr. Geraci 4 years ago for work. He was fair, always helpful, very professional and especially knowledgable. It was a difficult time for us and he was very supportive and positive. Many times he gave encouragement analagies that things would get better and they did. We share some of those positive thoughts with others to this day, who need encouragement.
Mr Geraci clearly understands his practice, the law and clearly how to best use them in his field for his clients interest. Four years later, we had to recontact him for copies of some paperwork and immediately he responded he would have it to us within 48 hours! I was treated so very respectfully by Mr. Weisen, as well as given the time I needed to discuss this situation. I was referred to The Law Collaborative (TLC) by a colleague. I grew even more interested in working with the firm when I learned its mission is to help clients pursue the most peaceful and cost-effective solutions for separation, divorce, and nullity matters. TLC promotes negotiation and mediation over expensive court battles. I support this approach to navigating the emotionally difficult seas of family law, and wanted to be able to rely upon the skills of the attorneys at TLC to help manage the hostility I expected to face as I made public the facts about my ex-husband. From the first time I met Ty Supancic I was impressed by his intelligence, honesty, kindness, and good-natured personality. After we discussed and evaluated my options, I chose to pursue a nullity. A divorce would have been an easier and cheaper route for me to take. However, divorces only allow one to state “irreconcilable differences” as the reasons for the death of the marriage. Since this was not an accurate depiction of the facts, I decided to file for a nullity. From the start I was advised that obtaining a nullity would be a challenge. A nullity enables one to outline the chronology of events and list the specific causes (and explain why one party is at fault) for the end of the marriage, and thus allows one to present a more comprehensive case to the court. However, judges still very rarely grant them. It was clear to me that we were facing an uphill battle. However, I felt confident that I was in good hands with Ty as my representative and advocate. I worked closely with him for months gathering and reviewing the evidence for inclusion in my case, and assisting with the development of the legal documents. Ty is an extremely gifted writer, so this actually made the process enjoyable for me. He was able to consistently and accurately reflect my perspectives in his prose. Ty was also highly responsive to me during all of our communications about the case. I would receive replies to my emails within minutes sometimes, and he always made time to take my telephone calls. He answered at length every question I ever posed, and even took the time to explain larger legal concepts to me. In addition, Ty went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate my schedule for the few times we needed to meet in person. He even spent five hours with me finalizing the court documents and organizing the evidence for the nullity the day before the law office needed to be packed and moved to a new location. He never once tried to rush me or act like he had anywhere else to be but there working on my case. I am pleased to say we obtained the nullity shortly after filing our legal documents in court! The partners in the law firm said it was the first time in their collective 60 plus years of practicing law that they had ever seen a nullity granted so swiftly and based on the strength of the legal documents alone. Customarily a “prove-up” hearing is required with witnesses called to provide testimony. Here is an excerpt from a thank you letter I wrote to Ty following our legal victory: “I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that words are not sufficient to show my appreciation for your work at this moment. So, I will simply say again that I have been tremendously blessed to have you represent me and advocate for me in this nullity. Ty, your unsurpassed intelligence, legal skills, work ethic, sense of humor, unwavering kindness, and cheerful personality truly brought out the best in me. I developed great confidence in your abilities, and this allowed me to focus on the sometimes emotionally difficult process. Equally important to me was feeling encouraged and supported by you every step of the way. Your positive outlook kept me from becoming undermined by doubt, or entertaining any fear that I was "wasting" time and money on my pursuit of what I knew were worthy goals. You worked tirelessly and patiently with me for months during this labor-intensive process." Ty is highly recommended.

My friend recommended Arpa to take care of my complex criminal and licensure case. Arpa’s office promptly scheduled an appointment to meet and discuss the charges I was facing after I posted bail. Before the meeting with Arpa, I was distraught, depressed, and severely anxious. The court system is difficult to navigate and extremely intimidating, especially when you are feeling vulnerable and your emotions are running high. I was like a deer caught in the headlights.

I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD who got a DUI after a pretty bad panic attack. Arpa was able to help me get a military deferment, which it turned out was pretty hard to do in this particular case. As a result, if I do everything the judge mandated, I can get it dropped completely, charge and arrest.

I was hit by a car on foot last year and their staff has helped me the whole way as far as keeping me updated and sending me to the right places for treatment.
