My husband and I sold our home without an agent so Mr. Emmi went above an beyond when there were hiccups along the way to closing on our house. On top of that, my husband and I were two states apart from each other during the process and he was very patient with all that was involved in talking to both of us and getting things signed. He is a man of integrity and takes his job very seriously. Never once did I feel like he didn't have time for either of us to answer our questions (sometimes twice) or move forward towards the next step. He was very organized, professional and very pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Christine Klein was the only attorney who would take my case. She made sure I understood every step of the process and kept me abreast of all and any new developments. When I had doubts she was confident and made me feel confident that a resolution would come soon. She never mislead me or gave me incorrect information. Dan Kraushaar is our go to attorney for all our NY real estate transactions. He represented us when we purchased our first home in Orange County. He kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. The closing day went smoothly and we felt very prepared for our closing day. After we bought our house he immediately suggested that we do wills especially since we had a child. We took his advice and did wills, powers of attorney and health care proxies. Available. Gets the job done and a true professional.
Showed interest and concern to make sure I sent documents and
information needed.
I live out of state, but Ms. Kestel made sure to meet with me various times in person also.
Offered advice on matters we didn't even know to ask.
Had started out with Ms. Kestel sending a personal checklist of information, so we had a good idea of what to expect/needed.
Took the time to explain. Gave details. Followed up.

I hired Mr. Brown in 2015 to find if my Mom was entitled to pension from a closed company. At the time I only wanted to find the information for my elderly mom. She belong to a union when she was employed by this company. I approached Mr. Brown and provided very little information. I was amazed Mr. Brown worked on this case with limited information. He was able to contact the union and provided all the necessary documents to the union. My mom was able to received the pension retroactive from April 2003 to now. I am very satisfied with his excellent services. I will now need his services on probate the will and transfer of Coop Apt. I am confident he will provide excellent services again!

I hired Rich Toscani to handle my fiancé’s case, who happened to have charged in two separate counties.
