Over the course of my recent issue I have talked to multiple lawyers. Tim didn't talk down to me, he spoke to me like a regular person would. My daughter hired Mr Ingersoll for a child custody issue. During that, she was arrested for a felon. Mr Ingersoll gave her his cell phone number and she had little to no problem reaching him. He has successfully managed her child custody and child support cases and was able to get her felony reduced to a single misdemeanor and she only got probation. His advice was solid and his relationship with the courts and prosecutors make him a strong litigator

I have worked with Mr. Ingersoll several times over the last 15 years. Tim has handled my business in a knowledgeable, timely manner. Tim always looked out for my best interest and I trust him to do his job. When Tim handled my divorce I was very ill. To make a long story short as possible,I recently was arrested for criminal possession of a illegal handgun in the home,which at one time was a misdemeanor, but not any longer, I was charged with a felony, and that DA offered me one year in jail,with no probation, or five years probation and a felony charge,which would stay on my record for a life,i was busted dead to rights, and the DA did not want to reduce the charges that i mentioned,because.the cards were stacked against me, and seemed like no way out of this mess that I got myself into, after taken his advice and got letters from some professionals, which I cannot mention, and after at least five court appearances, he somehow got that DA to reduce the charges to a misdemeanor and only three years probation, and at a very reasonable fee,much cheaper then all the other lawyers here on Staten Island,he seemed to know his way around the court very well, and seemed to be very well-liked and everyone knew him.I hope to never need him again,LOL but if God forbid I ever get myself in trouble again, he'd be the first person I would call.
PS. Whenever I called him with any questions and he could not pick up the phone, he would call me back promptly, I felt like he was a friend not just a lawyer, you can't beat that.

Im going to be frank . I was seeking an affordable criminal defense lawyer in Staten island to handle my case and no luck . Every lawyer seemed like they hired me before i hired them. When i came across Mr. Capofari he had a differernt demeanor about him. He was honest about my status , punctual upon appointments, and always kept me informed with any updates pertaining to my case. Daniel was by far the most engaged, responsive, and personable, so we decided to hire him. He really helped us along the process and was always available by phone. The closing was a fast and painless affair.
In addition, Daniel is an in-network provider for the MetLaw/Hyatt Legal plan. I had heard horror stories that lawyers use those plans to rope you in and then get you to pay for all kinds of additional services that your plan doesn't cover, but that wasn't an issue at all with Daniel.

After years of maintaining a clean driving record, I received two big tickets within a short time. Together, they amounted to a total of 14 points. I was despondent. Facing the possibility of big fines, increased insurance premiums, and possibly the loss of my Driver's License, I decided not to risk fighting this myself. One short phone call changed all that. From the first phone call, I spoke with Ronen himself, and he was very reassuring. He never promised miracles, but charged me a fair price, and said he would aim to give me the best possible outcome. In the end, one of my 6 point ticket was reduced to zero points, and the 8 point ticket to a 2 point, non moving violation. I am beyond satisfied with his service, and would definitely give him my highest recommendation.

OK, so I just bought a house in Homestead and during the closing the lawyers were talking about my "new" taxes. Yeah, that's cool, they aren't too crazy, but anyway, they were saying that this guy was hired by the city and he's crushin' all of these slime balls who haven't paid their taxes in like over 20 years!! They were joking that if I didn't pay some taxes that were owed that this "Sherriff Cowboy" would show up and make sure Yonkers got paid. So one of the lawyers went on the computer and did a search and he said that this guy has gotten MILLIONS $$$$$ of dollas from a whole bunch of people who haven't like EVER paid their taxes - in like over 20 years straight. So I say GO GET EM' Mr. C. I want our COPS to get paid and FIREMEN to come to my house if I need help and TEACHERS to keep teaching my kids . . . and so I don't have to pay ANY MORE MONEY cause of these slumlords not paying their taxes!!!
