I would give 100 stars if I could. After spending one year in a very complicated divorce, I realized I needed someone new and I was recommended to Lyndsey and Paradise Family Law. It completely changed everything. I could not have asked for a better advocate: she is highly skilled, excellent listener, meticulous with everything she does and she is very responsive. Sometimes I wonder how she sleeps, but she gets the job done! Ginger is fantastic too, and I could not be more grateful to have found them.

I had a great experience with Attorneys Lindsey and Ginger at Paradise Valley Family Law. Ginger was especially helpful in preparing all the necessary documents for my court filing. She has excellent communication skills and was always attentive to my questions. Whenever I called regarding my case, she was willing to assist me in any way possible. I would recommend Paradise Valley Family Law to anyone going through a divorce, but it would be helpful if they had a payment plan system.

White Mountain Injury Law and Mr. Michael Ellsworth are exemplary. My husband and I are in our 70’s and had our first car accident last year. It was not our fault, but we were overwhelmed with stress, whiplash, headaches and backaches. Furthermore, as our only car was deemed a total loss by our car insurance, we had to buy a new one right away. This life-changing event had immediate consequences to our health and well-being - not to mention the anxiety involved in speculating on how we would get compensation for our injuries from the at-fault driver’s insurance. We got an appointment a couple days later with Mr. Ellsworth, and we immediately felt a burden lifted from our shoulders. He not only took our case, but thoroughly explained the way forward, giving us an estimate of how things would play out in detail. Financial aspects were laid out, police report and our medical history reviewed. He knew exactly what he was dealing with and the types of injuries we were having and might have later. He immediately recommended a local chiropractor for us that was managed through our claim, as well as the importance of following up with our primary care doctor. The psychological aspects to the shock we experienced was reviewed as well. Our PCP ordered physical therapy and an eye exam for my husband due to symptoms of possible retinal damage, while I continued with the chiropractor. Medical records for all these visits were collected by the lawyer’s office - we did not have to worry about anything. There was regular communication through Marlena Goodman, who is so professional, compassionate and prompt at clarifying progress along the way. Near settlement time, Mr. Ellsworth reached out to us to discuss the probable outcome and even negotiated costs with the providers, Medicare and lowered his own costs to get us the best result from the payout from the insurance of the driver who hit us. The claim was resolved within 9 months from the date of our incident, and we were very pleased that the settlement amount was more than expected. We cannot put a finger on anything that did not go exceptionally well for us through our experience with White Mountain Injury Law!

Micheal Ellsworth was with us at the beginning of the accident. He took the time to visit us in the hospital in Scottsdale. Marlena did an outstanding job with the medical bills. She was able to cut our medical flight by 95% of the cost. I felt, all the time Michael and Marlena put into our case was priceless. They did an outstanding job, and we are truly grateful for their hard work.

I am in a difficult situation with an employer i have been employed by for almost 2 decades. I hired Laura due to being served by both of my kid's moms after getting married to my wife. I give Jeff 0 stars for the amount of years and the "qualifications" he claims to have. He did absolutely nothing for me or anything I wanted done. For a court case in a family matter if you want to save your kids don't not go with Jeff, he will drain you of all your money and drag everything out as long as he can drain you of money! I was promised by his daughters if I spent the $5000 he would get me everything I wanted to save my daughters and after $20,000 I wasn't even close to anything when I first came to him. My ex wife is a drugs addict, alcoholic who's in an incest relationship with her biological brother, drugged my 3 year old and allowed my infant daughter get sexually abused by family members in her care. Been to jail for breaking court orders, with so much more indecent's and yet still couldn't stop her in court. He's allowed her to force herself on my children and I paid $10,000 for a trial and never got one. He charged me multiple times for all the emails my ex wife would send him after I requested him to stop responding to her and would not pay for her emails. So much more on top of that. I told him I no longer needed his representation. Do not take Jeff on as your attorney.

I had hired John as my attorney last year (2018) and the way he communicated with me was a cold shoulder feeling, very little interest in my case. Expressing how important the custody of my children were and making sure they were under the best care it didn't seem to phase him. He continued to just express we will see what the court will do. With little to no attempt to make me feel confident about this process, it made it even more stressful. The lack of communication, confidence, and stress that he was going to make this situation worse I had to finally drop my divorce because it seemed no matter what I said it wasn't going to be a high priority. I will be hiring a different attorney who will fight this battle with confidence and not waiting for a judge to do his job.

What we had to do was very hard , John went out of his way to make me see that we had to stand up for our rights and not be bullied by our adult son. He told us what we could get together ourselves to help keep our cost down with him then he did his own research when he put it all together he had enough that just the show of it scared our son into dropping his case. Then John ask the judge to have our son pay all attorney fee. John has checked in with us in the days after court. I believe John truly cares about his clients and takes the time to show it.

Having been on the receiving end of an ugly divorce I am forever grateful for Amber Guymon and for the professional "I won't stoop to your level" way she handled my case. Divorcing a narcissist is not an easy task. Ms. Guymon refused to allow myself or herself to engage in the meaningless banter and threats my ex chose to throw at us and at the courts. His constant complaining and refusal to accept that he must follow the law like everyone else was both exhausting and time consuming. Through it all Ms. Guymon remained positive, focused and went above and beyond my expectations to bring a solid resolution to our divorce, much to the dismay of my previous husband. I found her services to be much more valuable than the rate she charges, never once feeling like my best interest wasn't her top priority. Finding a lawyer that knows the law, practices it with high standards and won't bow down to those who try to bully their way through the system was both refreshing and a blessing. If you are looking for a lawyer to protect and stand up for your rights, I highly recommend you take the time to meet with Amber Guymon and her office staff. I'm glad I did!

Ms Guymon was recommended by common friend as a good family lawyer. She was my divorce attorney. However, upon hiring her I noticed her tendency of making threats saying quote “if you do not do this the judge will order you to pay your wife trial legal fees”. I am a post university graduate and I start studying the family law. I discovered that it was a lie and her threat qualified her as lying. Majority of my emails, text messages and voice mails were not returned and she responded on only she was interested or wanted, avoiding to answer my questions. The invoices and statements were more frequent than her answers to my questions. Due to the divorce I was in I had to surrender a settlement lawsuit check that was supposed to be split 50/50 with my ex. At one point, without my permission, Ms Guymon started to pay herself legal fees from that check that was deposited in her trust fund. My email sent to her got no response and when I confronted her first time she said that was a misunderstanding…After being caught by the opposed attorney trying to take the money, she called that attorney “stupid” via text message. Ms Guymon failed to file documents with the court, causing me to pay thousands of dollars in family support, stress and anxiety. To make things worse two weeks prior to my divorce trial, she quit my case justifying a break in relationship, communication and because I was $500 late in legal fees I owed her. She also tried to take control of the proceeds from selling my house. Once I refused, she filed to withdraw from the case. She is a rookie attorney that is driven by making money and finding the easiest way for her and not for clients. The lowest rating I could give her it was 1 star. “0” It was more appropriate… I will not recommend her and I would look for an experienced and ethical lawyer who charges more, but it will serve and protect your interests.

I recently had the pleasure of going against Ms. Sheldon in court and although my side won, she put up one heck of a fight. She was very emotionally involved with her client and even worked pro-bono on her behalf. Would strongly recommend her to anyone that would do anything to try to win their case as there are no boundaries for this women and nothing she will not do or say for her clients.

Terrible law firm. The lawyer I used made frequent mistakes through her staff including: incorrect information communicated in email, needing frequent time line reminders, not remembering important case details, not paying court fees the lawyer was instructed to pay (thus delaying the process), omitting important details in the divorce settlement relating to property settlement allocation and who would retain possession of individual accounts (this resulted in additional paper work filing with financial institutions and unnecessary closing of accounts), alarming and stressing the client due to incorrectly remembering details of the case. These failures resulted in unnecessary delays, created anxiety, and increased fees charged to the client.

I began working with her through the Hernandez family law and it was the worst decision I ever made. She made me feel like a horrible mother and dad almost got what he wanted because this “attorney” never filed the proper documents to the court. Had I not changed attorney’s, I would not have not had full custody of my daughter.

Joel has been extremely patient with the ex in our case. Her stall tactics and lies only made Joel work harder to get us a fair agreement. Joel’s assistant has been very helpful in getting us the time we need with him and making sure all details are prepared for him to represent us fully. Joel pays attention to even the smallest blips by the opposite party and makes sure all evidence gets presented in a useful manner. We would definitely recommend Joel to everyone.

It is with pleasure that I review the expertise and service I received from working with Dan Zanon. I hired Dan to step in quickly and fix a fairly large mistake made by a prior attorney. Right from the first communication he offered his weekend time to connect and see whether he could help me with my legal issues. He asked great questions, and more importantly, he listened to what I said. Dan immediately made me feel comfortable because his promise to serve my best interests was authentic and each action he took proved it. He did exactly what he said he would do...promises kept. Additionally as a single mother of two teenagers and making a very meager income, Dan was extremely thoughtful in how he billed his time in order to stretch my dollars as far as possible. The amount of uncharged hours is unknown to me but most certainly there were many. I strongly recommend Dan Zanon as a specialist in family law, keeping his promises, and exceeding expectations.

Mr. Everts represented me in a very difficult divorce about 10 years ago. It involved AZ law, International law, and another State's law for a prenup. He was able to maneuver through all of it succinctly and accurately. Highly qualified and I was in very good hands in my representation. Extremely thorough and offered complimentary consult when most seasoned attorneys with his tenure would charge a minimum of $150 - $200 /hr. I was impressed he requested additional material to review/ consider to provide a more thoughtful analysis of my case. No denying Steven is an expert and sincerely appreciated his time.

I hired Mr everts to be my attorney for a divorce modification child support, & custody. long story short he didn't catch something and something they told me all along they would do could no longer be done because I had not done my paperwork incorrectly. He was hired as my attorney and even had me correct the child support worrsheet but blamed me for his error in not catching it. I did file a complaint with the AZ STATE Bar and because this was a mistake I was advised to look for a legalmalpractice lawyer because he cost my son close to $35,000 in back child support that we could not get because he made a mistake not me. I will be building a webpage to post my story, in the end at my child support pre hearing with my x attorney in the room, and the end my x first words out of his mouth where him thanking my attorney. Justice was not served and this momma is on fire with what he put us though. My son is special needs and he did not advocate for me for him like he was hired to do so. DO not hire them!

Everyone that we talked to told us that its impossible to get you child back at a temporary custody hearing. Ann told us not to expect her to come home that it is very hard to win these hearings. Ann has been not only a great attorney but a very caring and compassionate person.Unfortunatley we had to hire her for a child dependency case. She was referred to us by Mito Action and was the only Az attorney that was recommended by them.You can not put a price on what Ann has done for us.All others said that no one gets their kid back at a temporary custody hearing.Ann even said that it was extremely hard but her 40 plus years experience in family law brought our daughter home.Ann is beyond brilliant in the court room.She is not only aggressive but but very well spoken.I have had to to hire other attorneys in the past for different circumstances and i have never felt more confident with a attorney then we did with Ann.She is very straight forward and honest.There was no false promises she told us the way it was and what to expect. Sheri, Randa & Karen are amazing, great team constantly updated us through the entire process answered every question and went above and beyond when we needed them to make sure I was being treated fairly by the circumstances. She represented me in a child custody case where the other parent filed for sole custody. Sheri is amazing both in and out of court. She explained the process clearly for me to understand in the beginning and there were no surprises. She communicates well and is extremely professional. Sheri was able to get my monthly child support obligation lowered and my daughter born out of wedlock on the same custody agreement which I have with my son's born during my marriage. Colleen promised us so many things in our case that was not provided. After hiring her I felt good about where the case can go. Shortly after being hired the responses and worked slowed down. My husband and I did not like her antics during the case.

My experience with Marilee Miller Clarke, Attorney, outside of the church context I knew her in, was not what I expected. I found her approach litigious rather than mediating. What I thought was a firm quote based on an email, turned out not to be. She reduced her bill to $2,005 instead of the $800 quoted me in an email. When I questioned her fee, I received no apology, but self-justification. Mistakes I pointed out involved omissions on her part, tone, typos from her and her staff, introducing an error, and unnecessary complexities. She charged me for her time involving those changes even though I pointed out that they were her or her staff’s mistakes. She drew a legal document to correct the work of another attorney. I can only hope that it will serve its purpose if and when needed.

I recommend Marilee Miller Clarke without reservation. Her knowledge of the law, and years of experience Practicing law in Arizona were a clear advantage to us in the legal action she helped us with. In the beginning, she explained many aspects of the legal proceedings that were not clear to us, and help us come to a strategy for proceeding. She is patient and thorough, but she will not run up the bill by speaking at length with you if she has what she needs to do the work. She answers all communications promptly, and you should be prepared to do the same for her as she has a very strong work ethic and you do not want to slow her down. She is a strong strategic thinker, and helped us achieve our goals. In a dissolution case with contested child custody, she was able to achieve a win, in spite of many obstacles and prejudices which do not favor a win for the father. She is an excellent communicator, both written and spoken. For written court documents, she leaves no detail unattended. Her Courtroom demeanor is thorough, respectful and effective. She has an amazing ability to think quickly on her feet and adjust strategy quickly when required. We are so grateful to her and her very professional staff, for all they have done to help our family. We hope we are done with legal stuff for now, but if not, we would rely on her in the future.

I was referred to Steve's firm by another firm that handled my divorce. I had a difficult (well I thought it would be) issue with a commercial contract and an investment account and a breach which locked up everything I had. Steve went through everything with me then took a few days before coming back with a great solution which meant we didn't even go to court. Would definitely recommend if you have a complex case.

There's a lot of lawyer's out there but not everyone wants to deal with family law "Probably because of the drama involved" but when I meet and hired Tabitha as my lawyer to represent me in court she completly understood my situation and handled my case really professional and always answered promptly to my emails, texts and phone calls.
