I have used the services of Rich Peters and his colleagues for approximately 18 years. He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. In all of these cases, he delivered the results that I expected with professionalism and care. He is a good communicator who gave sound legal advice and explanations of what to expect in the execution of these cases. I hope I do not need any future family-related legal services, but if I do, I know who to contact.

rich peters and his team never fought for me or my family - in fact they were supposed to register a family court order in arizona and never did but still kept collecting my money while arizona NEVER had jurisdiction- a couple of attorneys failed to keep my family safe but the last one Sophia realllllly messed up by not adequately protecting my address from my abuser and stalker - an address that was never meant to be handed over to him - she allowed the judge to mistreat me and did not represent me at all. i even told her things were not being handled properly and she assured me she could do better - she did not. Rich peters has ignored my emails for MONTHS now but still has no problem demanding payment - a payment i will never send - i believe i am owed my money back in FULL - now that you are back in the country mr peters i do expect a reply

Everyone there was professional and had my best interest at heart. Both Paul Bowron and J.M. Stanlee West-Watt were top notch. I Contacted Ms. Sandoval's office on 8/23/2023 and spoke to Katelyn. I provided Katelyn my credit card information and was scheduled for a consult with Ms. Sandoval on 9/1/23 at 11:30am. After rearranging my work schedule, on 9/1/23 I sat awaiting the phone call I was to receive at 11:30am. Ms. Sandoval nor anyone from her office ever called me. I then called Ms. Sandoval's office thinking maybe I was supposed to call in?? Katelyn again answered. I explained that I was scheduled for a consult with Ms. Sandoval at 11:30 and she hadn't called. Katelyn then said "We never received your information from the email you were sent so you don't have an appointment".
I explained to Katelyn that I never received an email. Katelyn went on to say "Oh ya people sometimes miss it because it goes to their junk mail. I had already checked my junk mail prior to my call and I there was no email. I told Katelyn again, I did not receive an email from her office. Katelyn would then say normally their office follows up a few days before appt to make sure everything is ready to go but she had been out sick so that didn't happen. Katelyn then told me even if I completed the paperwork that day the appt would not happen.
Since the issue I was calling about in the first place was time sensitive, I asked Katelyn when I would be able to reschedule? She said it would probably be 2 weeks out. This wasn't acceptable to me so I asked if should would please see if something sooner could be scheduled (especially since it was her office that dropped the ball). She said she would look into it and call me back that day.
I never did hear back from Katelyn or anyone else from Ms. Sandoval's office again and here it is 9/13. Very unprofessional for any business, much less a law firm.

Upon my initial meeting I found Sarah competent in my divorce and financial divorce struggles. It wasn’t long after that she was intimated by me ex-husbands counsel and no longer represented me as I paid thousands and thousands for. I overheard her with opposing counsel belittling me while I was waiting for a scheduled meeting, that I paid for. Sarah then failed to show up to hearings as a competent attorney. She never raised when the Judge spoke etc. I had evidence in my case that she should have submitted and she never did even after asking her to. I was a victim of extreme domestic abuse that she discounted. My ex husband was jailed as a fugitive from justice in Columbus, Georgia. She never brought gun t any of that into the courtroom. Instead, I had to pay my abuser fees on his false claims. She told me that she specialized in getting children back…then told me that financial divorces were not her specialty. Being upfront and 25k later. Also, she referred me to another financial attorney that required a 10 k retainer.

Sarah was compassionate while being straight forward and to the point. She doesn’t mince words and gets the job done! She handled our parental termination case quickly and very efficiently, I had a court date before friends of mine doing the same thing, even when they started months before me! Cory took on my tough custody case. I am a father who lives out of state and we had no previous court order for my children. I was gravely concerned for the well being of my children and Cory was facing a mother biased judge. He presented the law to me and did not make any false promises. His preparation for the trial was phenomenal and he prepared me for what to expect on the stand. When I first hired Keith for my family law case, it was clear he can be a brilliant attorney if he chooses to be. However in my case he was lazy and disinterested. He had the ability to help me and he chose not to for whatever reason. My overall impression is that he is arrogant and patronizing and it’s hit or miss whether he will take an interest in your case or not. Unfortunately for me I wasted thousands before I realized he simply didn’t care.

At the time of hiring Bryan in 2016 I didn't realize how important it was to have a lawyer that didn't over react and would help you reason. It was my first time in a court room and since my case was a divorce with children involved it was of course very emotional. Especially since the custody of the children was in question. Through the entire situation Bryan always made good middle ground recommendations. Informing me that it was in our best interest to shoot for middle ground even though my ex wasn't being reasonable. As the custody battle played out this was a key part of helping the Judge realize we were trying to be reasonable where as the other party wasn't. This made a huge impression on the Judge and the final decision. This wise influence was priceless. I would think all law professionals would behave in reason but seeing the other lawyers in action this was simply not the case. Bryan was very good at keeping expectations realistic and not over pursing unnecessary litigation. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and couldn't have asked for any more.

Along With a delightful and knowledgeable support staff, Mr. Sherrill took on a case that had already been years in the making when he began with us. From family court to appeals court to juvenile court , Mr. Sherrill has seen us through some ridiculous times in dealing with a slippery and devious ex-husband. I feel confident in recommending he take on similar cases because he has the skill and temperament to solve any family court mess and he does it in a way that is reassuring for those who hire him. Mr, Sherrill was by far the best lawyer I could have asked for. He went above and beyound to help me with my case and make sure i fully understood what was going on. His intelligence and full knowledge of the law made it easy for him to be straight to the point and vocal with me so i never felt confused, worried, or left with tons of questions. He wasted no time in getting my case handled. Where as the laywer I had before kept going in circles, dragging it onand making me feel very worried about whats to come. He charged a fortune and did nothing more than get me 50% of the assets. However, through fancy legal jumbo jumbo, he tried to disguise it to make me think I got more than that. Save your money. Arizona is a community property state. If your case goes to court, the most any judge will award you is 50% because that’s the law. Don’t let a shyster like Sternberg charge you more to get what you would’ve got anyway. He deserves zero stars.

Mr. Sternberg creatively and professionally aided me in my divorce. Calls were returned promptly by his paralegal if he was otherwise occupied in court proceedings. We ultimately used an extremely adept negotiator to more quickly and economically resolve our issues, much to my satisfaction. This pre-empted long, expensive, and acrimonious court proceedings. He was kind, a good listener, and a creative problem-solver, given his extensive financial background and training. A great combination in a divorce attorney!!

Sadly, my marriage of 28 years ended in divorce. My lawyer, Melvin Sternberg, successfully guided me through the legal process. The title says it all... Londa is simply amazing. I first came to her 2 1/2 years ago and she has become more of a friend than an attorney. She answered all of my questions and told me all of my options. She didn't sugar coat anything- she was very upfront and honest with me. There was domestic violence history in my case and she did everything possible to make sure that my child was protected. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and was always available when I needed her. She is a very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable attorney. She was so good that my daughter's father had three different attorneys through the whole case. He kept firing his attorneys because none of them could compete with her.
