Everyone there was professional and had my best interest at heart. Both Paul Bowron and J.M. Stanlee West-Watt were top notch. Mr. Bowron would allow me to do as much legwork as I wanted in an effort to keep my bill down. This Practice was totally worth the money they cost. They were tough when they needed to be. They kept up on my case and were proactive on deadlines. I would recommend them to anyone.

Seems like a reputable law firm with good reviews, however the staff hired is a direct reflection of the company, and their current front desk receptionist Kayla Bates came to my place over the weekend in my parking lot smoking weed and threatening to fight me and asking me if I want to come downstairs and get beat up over a man. A woman she knows is pregnant. What type of professionalism is that? I called and spoke to the executive team Holly and Tammy and was assured they would address the issue with said staff.

Angie helped my daughter through a very stressful divorce. She and her team were AMAZING. She is super sharp and strong- gets right down to it; however, they were so comforting and empathetic! I dont usually do reviews, but i want to say Thank you Thank you, again to Kristina Sitton. She was an amazing Lawyer. On our initial meeting she looked over my case letting me know what we were up against and what we could do to fight it. She really listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease so i could focus on other things. She was always available for questions and She always seem to be a step ahead of the courts. Kristina really knows her law and shows it. She consistently kept me updated on new findings and took care of everything pertaining to my case leaving me virtually stress free. My outcome was better than I could hope or expect for thanks to the amazing Kristina. I truly was impressed by the whole experience and would recommend her to all my friends and family.

I was represented by Kristina in both a federal case and a state case. Throughout the entire process she was very hard to reach by phone or email. Not to mention when I did have court appearances she would often send someone else to deal with me. I have dealt with many different attorneys and have never encountered this. I paid to be represented by her, I did not appreciate her sending associates, often her as well as her associates would show up past the expected time agreed upon. The biggest issue for me was her not following through with the duties I hired her to handle, along with being EXTREMELY FLAKY as far as handling communication with me as a client.

Steven jumped right into the mess I had made after filing for child support and full custody by myself. The dad had never been around and wanted full custody now that I was making my full custody legal on paper. Steven picked up where I left off and really explained everything to me and made me feel alot more confident. We won our case in court thanks to him. I now sleep much better at night knowing that everything is legally set. Thanks a million!

This attorney did not help me thoroughly with my battle against mother. Even tho mother was in contempt for many things and I wanted to obtain full decision making. Mr. Sufrin made me settle to agreements with opposing party when he could of potentially gone to trial and fight for what was right for this case. Now mother is back in contempt of other things when this could attorney could of performed better. I ended paying Mr. Sufrin more than 4 grand for a lousy settlement. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

Mr. Sufrin was knowledgeable, understanding, and patient in his handling of my divorce and related matters. Through every challenge my court case brought, he was always there for me. During what was surely the worse time of my life, Mr. Sufrin brought compassion and professionalism to the task at hand and I achieved the results that were best for my children and myself. Hire someone else. I never post review like this, but I feel a duty to warn the next person. She started off great!y wife and I really liked her way of handling things! She was doing a great job on our case. Problem is she doesn’t k ow how to effectively manage her practice so she takes on way too much of a caseload. We have been waiting literally since December for her to type up a settlement offer for our case that should have taken 1 day. Her office staff keeps telling us end of the week and yet another week pushes by with no response. To make things worse she also is late with her billing for the same reasons. She charged me late fees and interest in Oct and Dec invoice when I sent the check the day I received the invoice. Very unprofessional. I have 850 credit score and never pay anything late. It’s a slap in the face for her to just slap interest and late charges on all of her invoices without reason. I have tried to get her to adjust and no response, but that has become very common with her. I actually haven’t had an email returned since Jan 10th a month ago and I have sent several emails. Still to this day Feb 4th 2022 I have no settlement offer from Selena and no replies to any of my calls or emails since Jan 10th

I wish I would have found Selena from the beginning of my divorce. I was with a different lawyer at the beginning that I felt just took advantage of me and didn’t care about my case or what I was going through. Mid-way through my experience I switched to Selena and that made all the difference in the world. She got things done!!! Quickly and efficient and kept me up to date all the way through in a way I could understand. I highly recommend her and her team. They were amazing and I’m very happy with my results.

Mr. Alexander is most helpful, however he is hard to reach because his personnel do not relay messages to him and also refuse to set up appointments to speak with him. I was told she will not set up an appointment to waste his time. Excuse me, ensuring my husband's safety is not a waste of time! Additionally, Jeannie is rude, and incredibly unprofessional. Jeannie also hung up on me. I reached out several times for my husbands discovery packet and she mentioned that it is not a priority of hers and that she is busy and too busy to care if he get his discovery packet on time. It is sad because Mr Alexander is very straight forward and overall a good attorney but the staff he keeps very unprofessional! All who have been incarcerated know how important it is to have the legal paperwork submitted timely.

Dawn took care of my every need. She is very professional and gets the job done. She was able to get me the exact time I wanted with my children. In addition she was able to get me exactly what I wanted with assets, child support, etc. I would recommend Dawn to anyone that is going through a nasty divorce. Dawn is the best you can find in the state.

I hired dawn for child custody reasons. I called her with my concerns and it took her a week to get back to me and it wasn’t even her it was her assistant. I had to make a phone appointment to even talk to her about my concerns and why I needed a lawyer to help me. They take forever to answer emails and phone calls. Every email you get from dawn she charges you for. I didn’t like the way she handled my case at all. A lot of mistakes in letters. Very unprofessional. I told her I don’t feel like she is representing me and I feel like she wasn’t on my side which is what I hired her for. She tells me that she’s not that kind of lawyer. She is on both sides. She doesn’t take one side. She listens to both sides. And helps both sides. I thought if I hire a lawyer I pay them to represent me and me only. Not my ex as well. She failed to tell me this when I hired her. Not personal at all and not willing to help you with your concerns. Not happy with this lawyer at all.

Deborah Varney is very experienced when it comes to family law and I'm very pleased she represented me during the process of my dissolution of marriage. I first started with a document preperation company but talks broke down and the delays started. Kyle got me on track with a direction to get the divorce finished. I felt comfortable and always felt he and Lyndsey had my best interest in mind. He was always availible for me and Lyndsey was on top of all the document preperation and communication with me. I recently moved from Arizona to New York and I contacted a New York divorce attorney to handle my case. She advised me that I had to file in Arizona. She recommend several attorneys including Kiilu Davis. Kiilu is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. I came to him as a truly shattered woman after a 30 year marriage. At our first meeting, Kiilu was professional, calm, and comforting . . . understanding that for many people, a divorce is one of the most difficult things to go through in life. I explained my situation. He listened, summarized my situation and concerns and provided me with the necessary feedback confirming that he heard and understood my situation. He was also very clear with me about the divorce process, something I knew nothing about, clear about the time frame, what information that I would need to supply to him, and what I should expect throughout the challenging journey. After our first meeting I was sure that he was the right person to handle my divorce. Kiilu always spoke with me calmly and respectfully. Professionally. From the moment that I met Kiilu, I knew that he was an extra-ordinary person and attorney. He came to me highly-recommended from a friend in Tucson. He has lived up to all of those expectations, and far exceeded them. At our first meeting, Kiilu was professional, and calm, and comforting . . . understanding that for many people, a divorce is one of the most difficult things to go through in life, especially when it is complicated with businesses, and especially when it involves children. He was also very clear with me about the divorce process (something I knew nothing about) . . . Clear about the time frame, what information that I would need to supply to him, and what I should expect throughout the challenging journey. Integrity and Intelligence. Two qualities which Kiilu prominently possesses. Even when we were up against a less-than-scrupulous attorney, Kiilu remained true to his integrity, and honored the letter of the law. He always “crossed his T’s and dotted his I’s”. He was always one step ahead of the game. Kiilu was timely with all of his correspondence, and at all times was completely prepared for court. He impressed me with his thoroughness, knowledge, and attention to detail. I just cannot think of one negative attribute to say about Kiilu. I recommend Mr. Davis without any hesitation for a divorce or custody issue. Efficient: My divorce was very complicated with multiple assets, businesses, etc. Completed in 9 months. Mr. Davis knows people and is a very good predictor of behavior which assists him in his efficiency. He doesn't string you along with false expectations. He stays calm and cool and always seems to be thinking 3 steps ahead. He also isn't necessarily going to clue you in on every detail, thought and process unless you ask him to. He will make sure all angles are covered but tells you what you need to hear to minimize your own personal stress. After it was all finished and I could breathe I was able to look back on all of it and realize how much his calculated strategy assisted in a successful and fair and efficient outcome. If ever I thought he missed something and asked he always seemed to have it covered already. On a more sensitive side...when I was most stressed he helped me to take a less emotional approach and remain objective and focused on the task at hand.

First of all she’s about 80 years older than the above photo. In my opinion she may be suffering from dementia,she hired my ex, claims to have forgotten that I consulted her but after I reported her “remembered” and removed herself from the case…. Additionally she defended and sat in court for a man who is a known child abuser and is domestically violent, alcoholic be cause he has money. That should be enough to not want to hire someone of her caliber. KNOWING he was a domestically violent man she actually came to court and supported him, after she removed herself from the case. This woman has no morals, values, or ethics. Her retainer is ridiculous and not worth it. Her and Keith Berkshire are absolutely horrific lawyers and humans. It’s easy to paint a woman as a gold digger but when a middle eastern man gets up under oath and lies and she’s supporting him. I lost all respect for this woman.

She appeared for me in a high conflict divorce. She was very reasonable lawyer and led me through the process. Costs were high but at the same time she was very reasonable. She was very eloquent and helpful. Even after the case was over, I contacted her many times. She has responded to my queries.

Chris is one of the smartest attorneys I know. She is strong and aggressive, but also very nice. She is willing to mediate, yet ready to litigate. She explains things very well. Still there were some things I didn't understand, but I knew I was in good hands. Her knowledge of case law and how it effected my case was impeccable. Attorney Joseph Romiro-Shanahan is a very approachable, clear communicator with unwavering sound judgement and all that we hope a lawyer to be. This only matched by their effectiveness. We had a right and good outcome; something possibly achievable 5 attorneys ago but that's the difference between right and possible and seeing it through until a mom and daughter are together again.

Mr DeRienzo helped me when my attorney was unable (they had an agreement.) He was very helpful to get that over. But since I can't get any help. I just ask for a simple referral, and get: "Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to help you in either of your matters. I’m not sure who to send you to that may be able to handle both, or if there is an attorney would could. You can start with the Arizona State Bar and try the link “Find an Attorney.” [from email received from Ember from Office sept 2023.] THANKS for NOTHING. Sorry I am not chasing an ambulance.

Paid $200. for a half hour consult with a paralegal, not attorney like you are assuming. Never got the other half hour, and found out some of the information given was incorrect after I looked into it. Tried to go through the email I was required to set up and text. Nothing. Wasn't worth it.

My former landlord had pulled illegal tactics in trying to sell the house I was renting. Broc Wickland educated the landlord's rear orifice and obtained monies due to me. I can only vouch for Broc but I would assume the other attorneys are just as competent. Fees are consistent with other attorneys I have dealt with over many years for both personal and business.

I have used the services of Rich Peters and his colleagues for approximately 18 years. He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. In all of these cases, he delivered the results that I expected with professionalism and care. He is a good communicator who gave sound legal advice and explanations of what to expect in the execution of these cases. I hope I do not need any future family-related legal services, but if I do, I know who to contact.

rich peters and his team never fought for me or my family - in fact they were supposed to register a family court order in arizona and never did but still kept collecting my money while arizona NEVER had jurisdiction- a couple of attorneys failed to keep my family safe but the last one Sophia realllllly messed up by not adequately protecting my address from my abuser and stalker - an address that was never meant to be handed over to him - she allowed the judge to mistreat me and did not represent me at all. i even told her things were not being handled properly and she assured me she could do better - she did not. Rich peters has ignored my emails for MONTHS now but still has no problem demanding payment - a payment i will never send - i believe i am owed my money back in FULL - now that you are back in the country mr peters i do expect a reply
