They have a revolving door of associates and they try to get you to mediate with one of their friends that will talk you into settling and giving away everything. They didn't really care about my case and immediately filed a lien for charges they never even billed for. Avoid this firm as they care more about money than your case.

When I found myself being served with fraudulent papers relating to a Contempt Action and a Change of Primary Physical Custody, I immediately started my search for representation. I called countless lawyers, partook in endless intake consultations, and even answered several questionnaires. However, from the first time I spoke with AC at the law firm, I knew Anene Farrey & Associates was the firm for me. He reassured me that their firm was more than equipped to be able to handle my case. He let me know that Attorney Farrey was known for her thorough approach in handling cases and she came with the needed fire to win. From what I saw throughout my case and especially during my trial she lived up to her reputation. She kept precise notes and each time we spoke she remembered specific details (this is even with the court dates being pushed back repeatedly and the case spanning over two years). Attorney Farrey meticulously held on to even the smallest nuisances of my case. From the very beginning Attorney Farrey made it clear that we would win this case. That was a promise she kept. This victory came although we were up against the biased court appointed Guardian ad Litem, the Forensic Evaluator that did not properly evaluate anything, opposing counsel with their made-up stories, and even opposing witnesses throwing every lie they had. Attorney Farrey defied the odds and was victorious. Regardless of what the opposing side came up with Attorney Farrey maneuvered through it all expertly. She possessed the grace and a determination that ensured the best outcome for my daughter. She had a fire and a tenacious attitude that commanded the court room. From her rapid and well thought out line of questioning, to her ability to listen and ensure that the truth was truly revealed to the court, it was a job well done to say the very least. I appreciate all that she did more than I could ever express. I would give the highest recommendation of Attorney Farrey to anyone in the unfortunate situation of fighting for the best for their child.

Mr. Bell knows the law front and back, and thinks quick on his feet. He even works with you on your legal fees. I would have given him 5 stars, but he's very hard keep in contact with and don't keep you informed on the progress of your case. But If you want someone who knows what he's talking about I would highly recommend Attorney Bell.

He went to bat for me and my daughter all the way to the Court of Appeals and back. Im from Penn and the case was in the back woods of Georgia. There were two other local attorneys against us and he man handled them both. To be honest the case was bogus and the people against me having rights to my daughter were racist. They mother tried to claim she had hardly knew who I was but in fact she and I had been a relationship for years. In the climax of the trial during her cross examiniation - she stated she never considered me the father. And in most dramatic fashion - attorney bell said "throw me the ring" I took from around my neck the fathers day ring she bought me a year ago and tossed it to him. He caught it mid air and said " Miss can read the words on this ring. She paused and swalled a painul mouthful of humillty and said "DAD" - then admitted she bought it for me and the judge called time out. endedthe case and we won. Then appeal after appeal and we won and won again. Now Im happy. My daughter is with me and Lifes a blessing.

I am so happy I found Doug Davis. As co-counsel in a very difficult and contentious case, Doug gave great legal input and advice throughout, along with personal care and compassion that really helped me in a difficult time. Doug is tough, smart, and knowledgeable, with a wealth of experience that will get you a very fair settlement. Almost impossibly, he helped get us to "us" in a mediated outcome that is fair to both parties. I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a person and a professional he is second to none.

When it comes to choosing the right attorney for your legal-ease, there are often bad, good and great referrals. However, Attorney Douglas Davis is an exceptional one!
Mr. Davis was recommended to me by a dear friend, regarding my family court matter, i.e., contested divorce, unusual property title issues and basically a virtual legal quagmire; yet Douglas has been expediently proactive from our first communication and highly effective to date.
As a fellow attorney and business owner, I ascribe to the invaluable 3 C's when it comes to handling my business clients' affairs. Comfortable, Confident & Capable. Doug Davis immediately made me feel Comfortable about my situation. His multiple years of experience, creates his unique methodology and ability to "think outside of the box" which made me completely Confident in his ability to handle my case. Doug's passion for the law and his clients' interests have made all of our consultations professional, clear and concise. In addition, his follow-up actions are deliberate, commanding and resolute. His personal, hands-on approach only resounds his Capable ability to effectively "make things happen himself." In essence, Doug truly enjoys and knows what he is doing! I know unequivocally, that I have made the right choice in retaining his services. Current & Future, Repeat Client

Waste of money for an unprofessional attorney. She gets an attitude with you if she actually has to speak with you about anything and accomplishes nothing. She was nice at first, until she got the money and then she changed. Don’t waste your money. Pick another attorney. Maybe one that will care about your case instead of simply getting paid.

I am compelled to preface this review, as it lends high credibility to Paige Jennings. I am definitely a senior citizen. Over the last 50 years I have been married 3 times, and divorced 3 times. I have had three different divorce attorneys, Paige being my most recent. My first divorce was highly emotionally charged and contested. That attorney thought it would be great for me to take the case before a jury ( lots more money for him). Obviously, I was not very happy with his perspective. My second divorce was not contested and I got a bargain basement fee on a rough draft insisting that I retain ownership of a 1989 Ford station wagon that belonged to neither me or my wife. Paige Jennings represented me with my most current divorce. My experiences in the past confirms that she is a saint and down to earth hero. This review is based on multiple divorce experiences with attorneys. Paige is at the top of the list! Paige Norwood Jennings can be incredibly compassionate, she understands you, but will quickly boil a situation down to the sometimes hard to take honest truth. She will give you down to earth advice and support. You feel like you have gained a good friend. She is aggressive, when she asks you to make a decision, she wants it "NOW", does not favor " LET ME THINK ABOUT IT FOR A WHILE". Her approach has a definite advantage to it. Things happen fast. Paige works for you behind the scenes. She knows that you are much more capable of gathering and analysing the background information regarding your case than she could ever be. Her job is to use what you give her to your best advantage. And she's very good at putting it all together for a great defense. On the routine questions, she may appear to be hard to get ahold of. But rest assured, when you really need to talk, she's there 24/7. I believed in her, she never let me down. Amazing! I took a highly contested divorce to her. She mediated an uncontested divorce beyond my most hopeful expectations. All in just 8 weeks! Retain her services, you won't be sorry.

It became evident from the outset that this lawyer's primary concern was money, not the well-being of their clients. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was just another source of income rather than a person in need of assistance. Not only was the communication lacking, but it seemed that every decision made was based on what would bring in the most profit for the lawyer, rather than what was best for me as the client. There was a distinct lack of empathy and understanding of my situation, and it was clear that their only motivation was to maximize their fees. The young girl that runs the front desk is very sweet but extremely inexperienced. If you’re a firm representing high conflict cases , you need someone at the front just as knowledgeable and ORGANIZED. In court, their lackluster performance was evident. It was apparent that they had not put in the effort to adequately represent me, and it felt like they were more interested in rushing through the proceedings to move on to the next paying client. Their lack of dedication and genuine interest in my case was truly disheartening. I strongly advise anyone in need of legal assistance to steer clear of this firm. Their focus on financial gain over the well-being of their clients is unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of professional ethics.

She will take your money then have the audacity to come after you seven months later since her clientele is poor, making up fake deductions, requesting for you to pay her more. After she failed to represent you. I sat on my computer for two hours, uploading pictures of my child, and she didn’t use one. The other party provided pictures since she failed to provide all the documentation I provided I had the judge a Fulton in County viewing my Instagram story days after the hearing due to her negligence. I honestly don’t see how she has not been sued for malpractice. Her husband is a judge in cobb county and uses her husbands title to gain clientele. An attorney’s duty is to use such skill, prudence, and diligence as lawyers of ordinary skill and capacity commonly possess and exercise in the performance of tasks which they undertake…. An attorney is not bound to extraordinary diligence. He / She is bound to reasonable skill and diligence, and the skill has reference to the character of the business he undertakes to do. She threw my case together the day before my hearing also told me I was gonna lose custody the day before aka “preparing me” failed to have the knowledge of certain things she should have she willingly allow me to walk into court knowing I was going to lose custody of my child to gain some money: the loss was the result of this lawyer’s action or inaction. I do not recommend using her as a lawyer ,if you go to search for Google reviews, nothing comes up except for this platform with only three reviews. This whole law firm is extremely narcissistic. Her assistant was extremely rude as well. They act like they’re sh*t doesn’t stink and don’t know what they’re doing.. but are quick to tell you what you want to hear to get your money. I’m convinced majority of these reviews are fake. The binder documentation she had was a bunch of nonsense of repeat copies She failed to use any of the documentation I provided that would help my case I should’ve represented myself

Katie K Leonard represented me when my pilot- husband abandoned our family. She is exceptional on every level. She does not waste your money, is a straight shooter, and she will fight for your rights if you have been mistreated. I frequently say that her closing arguments on my case should have been recorded to use as teaching material in law schools. Compared to my ex-husband's attorney, she hit it out of the ballpark. She was prepared, detailed, specific, and extremely tough. She didn't waste time with irrelevant questions and she clearly "knew her stuff." I was ignorant of the whole process and a total basket case when my husband left my daughter and me. She prepped me well for what would take place in the courtroom, and she tolerated my meltdowns with ease and grace during the time leading up to the court date. I cannot say enough about her and her firm. They are wonderful in every way.

We hired Jennifer to represent one of our family members to appeal a conviction. Initially, Jennifer was very informative and helpful. She has a very nice and trusting demeanor. After viewing the case file, she informed the family about the mistakes that were made during the trial including violations of his civil rights and ineffective assistance of counsel, and gave us her recommendations on how we would proceed. Then we lost contact with her for about a month or so and had to literally search for her and her partner. We were desperate. After finding her partner, she informed us that they had severed their ties with one another, and gave us Jennifer's home address and telephone number. To make a long story short, upon contacting Jennifer, we were able to pick up where we left off. Things were going great. She filed all of the paperwork and sent us copies. She kept us informed. As time went on, her contact with us became less and less. It was next to impossible to get her on the phone. I left numerous messages with her staff, I left voicemail messages and even paid a couple of visits to the office to no avail. She was paid to file paperwork that we found out was not filed. When she did file the brief for the appeal, she failed to notify us of the outcome. We got the results of the appeal by personally calling the court and inquiring. The court informed us that the decision had been made three months prior and that our attorney had been informed.. She completely failed to notify us. She stopped returning our phone calls and stopped replying to our text messages. We were so disappointed and we felt let down because we are a family with limited means and we trusted her..... We later went to pick up the briefs from her office. After informing us that she was now newly married, she said that we should tell our incarcerated family member to file for "ineffective assistance of counsel."..... She offered no apologies or explanations...

I hired Jennifer to handle my recent divorce. She came highly referred by a friend of mine who hired her to help his son. I was trying to go through the divorce process without hiring an attorney but my ex-wife hired a pit bull who was really trying to rake me over the coals. While I didnt want to spend the money I was told by people that this would really determine the rest of my life-- and definitely define my relationship with my children. I finally got up the money to retain and it seemed to be going a little slow at first and sometimes I had a hard time reaching her which was frustrating. I almost quit the whole process and stuck my head in the sand. Then we went to court for the temporary custody and alimony hearing and I saw her in action. All I can say is WOW. Did I underestimate her. And not to be sexist but I was also concerned about her being a kinda young female. But she completely exceeded my expectations and then some. I got joint legal and physical custody of my kids (one week on, one week off) and no child support obligation as long as we divide expenses. And NO ALIMONY!! I couldnt have asked for more! I didnt even know what rights I could get going in and she got me more than I even knew to ask for. Very thankful I spent the $$ and hung in there during the times it seemed to be going slow or was hard to reach. I highly recommend her to all folks looking to set a good foundation for the rest of their lives with their ex and raising their kids.

After speaking with Esther Panitch, I decided to hire them to help me get an order that would terminate an income deduction order as my daughter turned 18 and is graduating high school on June 3rd. I worked with Attorney Victoria and the Paralegal Rachel and I was blow away at how efficient, detailed, and fast they were able to get this done. I was under the impression this process could take 3 months but with this firm it took less then 1 month at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services. Gave clear information and helped me understand the proceedures involved in my case. She always took the approach that was in the best interest of my children. Some aspects of the negotiations were not to my liking, but that is to expected. She kept me well informed of all possible outcomes of my case. Again, always having the best interest of my girls first. Ms. Head did a good job of taking a tough situation and easing some of the anger and anxiety in what was one of the hardest times of my life.

Lacretia is very sweet, but was very forgetful of key facts of my case and situation and made many boneheaded decisions. I would have been better off defending myself. She is not a good strategist and very naive to the motives of the opposition. Even though she is relatively inexpensive on an hourly basis for an attorney, she cost me a lot of money due to her severe lack of competence. My advice is to find another attorney.

I cannot say enough good things about attorney Jody.  I initially called Jody on Saturday at 9 AM and got a call back from her by 1 PM. As with legal matters, it was very important to me to be represented by someone I could reach any time it was needed. She was upfront with her fees, and there was no retainer until she spoke with the opposing counsel and it was certain she could help me. As promised, I got a call the Monday that followed, and she started representing me.The outcome, Jody helped me navigate and survive the divorce and saved me thousands of dollars on my settlement. Why Jody was a good fit for me:  -Jody was recommended by two other attorneys -- that said a lot to me! -When we first spoke on the phone, her personality type came across clearly, and I knew we would work well together. -Jody knew the opposing counsel-She was more than fair on her fees. I never felt she was overcharging -She was very straightforward with me -- which helped me let go of the trivial things I wanted to fight for that would have ended up costing more on attorney fees. -I am very organized and proactively provided everything needed to work on the financial figures of the settlement.  -I let her do her job. Most of the time, she would be updating me on the progress every few days. -There was no drama, and I never had to deal with the opposing counsel or the divorcing spouse.  I could have not gone with a better attorney to represent my case. Jody has my seal of approval.

I recently decided to use Jody Miller for my divorce. I cannot recommend her as an advocate for mens rights. She constantly pushed me to settle my case. She was easily frustrated and automatically believed what the other side claimed (even though not true). My representation with Jody Miller was terminated and it was the best thing that happened for me in my divorce. I ended up getting a much better settlement in my favor than I would have had I listened to Jody and taken the settlement offer she pushed me to take. Either she doesn't push hard for men's rights or easily intimidated by other lawyers. I would select other representation if I were you!

Jody is the best lawyer you can ever get in the area of family law. After having a really bad experience with my previous lawyer I was very grateful for having found Jody and availing her excellent legal counsel services. She is very knowledgable and where she thinks she does not know, she quickly and diligently finds out the latest applicable legal details. She charges very fairly for her services, my prior lawyer wanted a $5,000 retainer after already taking $750 for which he did nothing. Jody after seeing the latest about my case went ahead and took care of my divorce, billing me for only 3 hours. She was very responsive to my every query and called my phone or answered my calls and emails very promptly every time. I reached out to Chiri Rutledge’s law firm after a previous attorney I hired resulted in me getting my license suspended. My license was never suppose to be suspended. Frustrated with this outcome, I reached out to the previous attorney I had but she went ghost and wouldn’t return my calls. When I called Ms.Rutledge and signed her paperwork she immediately filed a motion for me. I had to wait 4 months to get a hearing but Ms.Rutledge kept me updated and even thought of creative ways where I could possible seek a limited driver’s permit to help with the cost of Ubers and the inconvenience of not having a driver’s license. On the day of my court hearing Ms.Rutledge promptly showed to court and she was fully prepared to make her remarks to the judge to reinstate my license. The judge agreed with Ms.Rutledge and I got my drivers license back after having it suspended for over 6 months because of the mistake of a previous lawyer. I am forever grateful to have a lawyer who truly represented my case with facts, evidence, and justice.

I hired this attorney from off the record to dismiss a simple traffic ticket. It took many months to do so. She is mostly unresponsive, but I gave benefit of the doubt. Finally, she had me meet up with her to provide cash for this ticket that she said was reduced to a nonreporting ticket. I paid the fine. It took almost 3 weeks to get confirmation of a receipt or case closure despite me asking constantly with emails ignored. Finally she sent me paperwork stating she entered a GUILTY plea WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE FOR THAT PLEA! She NEVER communicated that was the plan. If I knew that I would've fired her immediately. I have 3 points on my license, my insurance went up, I paid a fine, AND an attorney for this outcome? I could've done that MYSELF! I could've gotten a better outcome myself! I am a student which is why I chose to get a lawyer to handle this. I regret my decision. She's also rude with a bad attitude. I am so disgusted with her and her service. Stay far away. You will lose your case.

I will be recommending Howard to any friends/family that are looking for a family law attorney. He helped me through a very difficult and confusing case and came out with a positive, fair outcome. He is professional and also understands the psychology behind family law. His paralegal, Matt, was so kind and understanding. He's incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, and attentive. They make a great team, and I felt confident being represented by Howard. I went from being upset and confused to empowered and confident about my case because of Howard and Matt. If you want an experienced attorney with not only the best legal relationships, but a paralegal that is absolutely the top of his field, hire Howard.

we had Carl to do a case for us and he is a good lawyer but he plays around acting as if you are the victim. he makes deals with the DA and leave you once he's got your money and have made a deal with you such as payment arrangements. these cases are life circumstance. then he goes off as he is the victim of non payment and drop you in the middle of you case. I even referred him to couple of people. he just is the lawyer cut out to be YET , need little more growth .Deals aren't always best when you turn on your client. just for money. if he had stuck with us we would had given him a bonus which we received two month after he drop us. we only own him few thousand ,and we was going to get a couple more, but he rear ended us . sad for this type of Lawyer if you stick with your client ,you never know what you will receive, in the end. everything look poor not always poor

Ok. So I hired this guy around 10 years ago. He made many promises. We hired a private investigator and the investigator interviewed everyone involved and not one story added up. Carl told me the DA wouldn't budge. The DA waited until literally one week before the trail and needed to make a DEAL because she had no evidence of the said crime. Carl could have fought harder but instead just offered me a garbage deal. I learned what law was all about the hard way. Be aware.

What a Family Law Lawyer Can Do for You

A family law lawyer provides legal services related to family relationships, including marriage, divorce, child custody, and adoption. Family lawyers help clients navigate emotionally charged legal issues, providing guidance and representation in disputes that affect spouses, children, and parents. Whether you're going through a divorce, seeking custody of your children, or drafting a prenuptial agreement, a family law lawyer ensures your rights are protected and your interests are represented.

Family law attorneys often handle sensitive matters and offer objective legal advice, helping clients reach fair outcomes either through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

When Should I Hire a Family Law Lawyer?

Hiring a family law lawyer is beneficial in several situations, especially when legal matters involve close personal relationships. Common reasons to hire a family law lawyer include:

  • Divorce or separation: When ending a marriage, a lawyer can help you navigate issues such as division of assets, spousal support, and child custody arrangements.
  • Child custody and visitation disputes: If you and your co-parent can't agree on custody or visitation, a lawyer can represent your interests and work toward a solution that benefits your children.
  • Child support: Whether you’re seeking child support or defending against a claim, a lawyer can help ensure the appropriate amount is calculated and enforced.
  • Prenuptial or postnuptial agreements: A lawyer can help draft or review agreements that protect your assets in case of divorce.
  • Adoption: Family law lawyers guide you through the legal process of adoption, ensuring that all requirements are met.
  • Domestic violence or restraining orders: If you're a victim of domestic violence or being falsely accused, a lawyer can help you obtain or challenge protective orders.
  • Paternity cases: If there are questions about the paternity of a child, a lawyer can help establish or dispute legal fatherhood.

Hiring a lawyer early can prevent issues from escalating, and they can offer you the best chance of achieving a favorable outcome in emotionally charged situations.

What Does a Family Law Lawyer Do?

A family law lawyer provides a wide range of services depending on your specific legal needs. Their responsibilities may include:

  • Advising on legal rights and options: Helping you understand your legal rights regarding divorce, child custody, support, and other family law issues.
  • Filing legal documents: Drafting and filing petitions, motions, and agreements with the court, such as divorce papers, custody agreements, or support orders.
  • Representing clients in court: Arguing your case in front of a judge if a settlement can’t be reached through negotiation or mediation.
  • Mediation and negotiation: Assisting with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, to reach agreements on issues like custody, property division, and support without going to trial.
  • Enforcing court orders: Helping you enforce court orders related to child support, alimony, or custody if the other party fails to comply.
  • Drafting prenuptial or postnuptial agreements: Creating agreements that protect your assets in the event of a divorce.
  • Handling adoption proceedings: Ensuring that the legal process of adoption is followed, from filing paperwork to finalizing the adoption in court.

How Are Family Law Lawyers Paid?

Family law lawyers typically charge clients in one of several ways, depending on the complexity of the case and the lawyer’s experience. Common payment arrangements include:

  • Hourly rates: Most family lawyers charge by the hour, with rates varying based on experience and location. Clients are billed for the time spent working on their case, including consultations, court appearances, and document preparation.
  • Flat fees: For more straightforward legal services, such as drafting a prenuptial agreement or handling an uncontested divorce, some lawyers offer flat-fee arrangements.
  • Retainer fees: In cases that are expected to require significant time and attention, such as contentious custody battles, a lawyer may charge a retainer, which is an upfront payment that covers the initial costs of legal services. The lawyer then bills against the retainer as they work on your case.

The exact cost will depend on the complexity of your case and the lawyer’s fee structure, which should be discussed upfront.

How Much Does a Family Law Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a family law lawyer varies based on factors such as the lawyer's experience, the location, and the complexity of your case. Here are some general cost guidelines:

  • Hourly rates: Family law lawyers typically charge between $150 and $500 per hour, depending on their experience and the complexity of the case.
  • Flat fees: For simpler cases, such as drafting a prenuptial agreement or handling an uncontested divorce, fees may range from $1,000 to $5,000.
  • Retainers: For more complex matters, such as contested divorces or custody battles, lawyers may charge a retainer ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 or more. The lawyer will bill against the retainer for the work they do on your case.
  • Additional costs: You may also be responsible for additional costs, such as filing fees, mediation fees, or expert witness fees.

Always ask for a clear breakdown of the lawyer’s fees and any additional expenses during your consultation.

Top Questions to Ask a Family Law Lawyer

Before hiring a family law lawyer, it's important to ask questions to ensure they're the right fit for your case. Here are key questions to ask during your consultation:

  1. What experience do you have with family law cases like mine?
Make sure the lawyer has experience handling cases similar to yours, whether it's a contested divorce, child custody dispute, or adoption.
  2. How will you charge for your services?
Clarify whether the lawyer charges by the hour, a flat fee, or requires a retainer. Ask for an estimate of the total costs involved.
  3. What are the possible outcomes of my case?
An experienced lawyer should be able to give you a general idea of what to expect based on the facts of your case.
  4. What is your approach to resolving disputes?
Ask whether the lawyer tends to favor negotiation and mediation or whether they prefer to take cases to court. This can help you determine if their style matches your goals.
  5. How long do you expect my case to take?
While it’s difficult to predict, the lawyer should give you an estimate based on similar cases.
  6. Who will be handling my case?
In larger firms, junior attorneys or paralegals may do much of the work, so make sure you understand who will be your main point of contact.

How to Check the Credibility of a Family Law Lawyer

To ensure you're hiring a reputable family law lawyer, follow these steps to verify their credentials and reputation:

  • Check state bar association records: Verify that the lawyer is licensed to practice in your state and is in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Look for reviews on websites like Avvo, Google, or Martindale-Hubbell. Previous clients can give you insight into the lawyer’s professionalism and success in family law cases.
  • Request references: Ask the lawyer for references from past clients who can speak to their experience with the lawyer.
  • Review their website or professional profile: Look at the lawyer’s background, case history, and areas of focus to ensure they have substantial experience in family law.
  • Look for professional memberships: Membership in reputable organizations, such as the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), can indicate a lawyer's expertise and dedication to family law.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To get the most out of your first consultation with a family law lawyer, it’s important to come prepared. Here’s what you should bring:

  • Relevant documents: Bring any documents related to your case, such as marriage certificates, prenuptial agreements, financial records, custody agreements, or court orders.
  • List of assets and debts: For divorce cases, prepare a detailed list of all assets (e.g., homes, bank accounts, retirement funds) and debts (e.g., mortgages, loans, credit card balances).
  • Details of the family issue: Provide a written summary of the situation, including key dates and facts related to your divorce, custody dispute, or support issue.
  • Questions for the lawyer: Write down any questions you have about the legal process, costs, and potential outcomes.
  • Your goals: Be prepared to discuss your objectives, such as custody arrangements, property division, or spousal support, so the lawyer understands your priorities.

Being organized and clear about your situation will help the lawyer evaluate your case more effectively and offer the best advice for moving forward.
