No words to explain how good Tom is he is very professional and educated. Tom Kurta is an amazing lawyer, he is smart and efficient. He was easy to talk to not like other lawyers that I have dealt with in the past, that were always 'too busy or too good' to return my phone calls. He was down to earth and easy and pleasant to talk to and so was his entire staff. Kurta Law guided me step by step through my bankruptcy case. They were very professional and understanding of my particular situation, to the point where they gave me payment arrangements. I highly recommend you contact Ellis & Ellis prior to dealing with any insurance company. Insurance companies only serve to try to place blame on you so that they may deny coverage on your claim. Even if you are not at fault, these companies prey on consumers and will use your words against you. Ellis & Ellis will make sure your claim is handled the proper way so that you are given a fair chance for a just settlement.

When I was in a car accident last year, my sister referred me to Ellis & Ellis. They have been a great help to me and my family. They did all the work and were able to get me more than the car insurance was able to provide. They settled everything on their own and kept us updated throughout the process. Ron Champoux was recommended to me by my business attorney to handle my divorce case. That was very fortunate. Ron clearly knows the law and better still what to expect from the court. He was able to predict with a high level of accuracy how the court might decide an issue, and develop a legal strategy around it. I respect that he never once spoke disparagingly of my ex-wife and did not foment friction. Unfortunately my ex-wife's attorney did the opposite. Ron Champoux was a step or two ahead of my ex-wife's attorney at every juncture. I could also see that Ron had garnered the respect of the court (Judge Beverly Wood) and was clearly liked by everyone, including opposing counsel. He's basically a nice guy who is very competent, treats everyone with respect and gets it back. I witnessed the value of having an attorney that the court respects. His personal integrity is a given in the courtroom and his representations carry weight. He makes honest statements and winning arguments. My case was very litigious because my ex-wife's attorney was money hungry, hostile and unethical. Ron was able to deftly thwart the other side's aggression and shady tactics. He also very importantly explained the court's attitude toward entitlement and hard work. The Marin County Family Court is dominated by successful women who have balanced career and family, and do not agree that a spouse is entitled to a free ride while the other works. Ron understood that basic concept and the court's propensity for it and I was better served. It makes a big difference having an ethical attorney who thinks well on his feet. Ronald Champoux saved me at least a half million dollars in settlement and perhaps over a million. So obviously I'm a big fan. Ron has mastered the nuances of managing a case, which means you are buying a high level of legal expertise and good sense. If you're looking for an attorney who will scorch the earth, then keep looking. But if you're looking for an attorney with class who knows how to win, then Ron Champoux is your guy.

I was involved (starting in 2004) in a probate case with another lawyer. I spent the next 5 years trying to get him to be a lawyer. He was very incompetent and the experience was horrible. I needed someone to help me out of the mess the other lawyer created. And it was a mess and complicated by this time. I found Eric Gordon by a referral, and from that day my entire case began to look like something that We could resolve. Eric shared with me all the unethical actions of the other lawyer. Once he took on my case it all came together in MY favor. Eric walked with me through the legal system steps and all that he needed to do so that I always knew what was going on. Huge for me since the other lawyer was impossible to get return calls and emails from. Besides his total professionalism, Eric was available to me on every level. I felt watched out for and cared about as a real human being. He goes the extra mile to do what is necessary . A rare trait these days. Not only is the whole case finally behind me, I was also, with Erics help awarded a settlement!! If I ever need a lawyer again, I only wish It could be Eric Gordon.

When I contacted Christopher Martens law firm they seem so sure that we had a case worth fighting for, so I was convinced that we stood a chance against the system. We went in for our consultation and they made us feel very comfortable, then a few days later i spoke to Ms Verville and she was able to answer my questions and concerns . We hired Loni for a very complicated and stressful case. Her experience was extremely valuable in so many ways. In particular, it was a VERY emotional case for us and Loni helped us keep the proper focus when our emotions took us off course. She is extremely patient when listening to her clients. In our case, Loni appeared to be very respected by the Judge. She is skilled at negotiating, as well as litigation. Our daughter decided we were trying to steal her child and hired an attorney and fought the Guardianship. We had raised our grandson and he had lived with us since 5 weeks old, and is now 2 1/2. Our daughters alcohol addiction and the fathers criminal past and inability to support our grandson necessitated our request for Guardianship. We now have General Guardianship of our grandson, and are FOREVER grateful to Loni and her staff.

I hired Loni to file for emergency guardianship of our nephew. It was a complicated case and our family was a wreck. Loni was amazing - she is one of the most empathetic people I have ever met. Her work was exceptional. She is a very skilled litigator. The other party ended up assenting to the guardianship - due to the strength of the case that Loni put together. The negotiation was intense, but Loni kept us calm and focused. It is rare to find an attorney that is equally good at litigating and negotiating but Loni excels at both. What an amazing experience! My husband and I had been putting off the task of setting up our will and trust, but we finally made it happen and Brenna made the entire process SO easy. Shumika is an amazing attorney. She is not out to do anyone dirty or lie about anything. She was very honest with me and I was with her. She had great communication with me during my whole divorce case. Even when my ex's attorney failed to even educate themselves on the case and attempted to play dirty pool, Shumika stood her ground on what was right and didn't stoop to their level. Shumika and I were a team on everything, working together like a well oiled machine. I recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney. This Lawyer helped out with my Bankruptcy case which was a total mess because even after the bankruptcy was filed, my court opponents still wouldn’t let up. This lawyer went above and beyond to help me through that situation. As a result, my side got exactly what we wanted. Consulted and hired Errol for some construction issues that came out in a project. It did not come to a court proceeding but Errol provided the legal advice that helped us move to the right decisions. He explained from the beginning that he is not a construction lawyer and we understood so while some angles on the issue could have been explored differently, the assessment of the situation and his good reading of people's personalities mattered significantly. He is the lawyer that you can trust to be on your side. Great communicator and reviews documents thoroughly. He uses interesting stories you can understand and which shows his depth of experience.

Trying to decide on a lawyer is very stressful, you have to go with you gut and best decision after just a few short consultations. I felt comfortable and at ease with Anne right away and knew she was the right one to help me through this difficult process. I am sure glad I found her and know that she is the reason I was able to make it through this with a successful resolution. Anne was extremely thorough and timely with my case. I wanted to thank Andrew Mckewon at Harris Family Law for the incredible work. I was referred to Andrew by a close friend. As many in similar situations can attest to, having to go through any family law situation can be harrowing and stressful. I had spoken to several attorneys who were all competent, but Andrew was the only one to take the time to listen, understand and reassure me that this matter would be taken care of. Scott was so great to work with. I received a dui while I was visiting California from Nevada and he was able to get everything handled for me with me being out of state through the whole process. He also was able to get my dui dropped down to a wet and reckless which was so amazing. If you live in the central coast area I definitely recommend Scott!!

A five star rating and more for Fred Schwartz, is more than deserved. He handled my case in a calm, confident manner which included a compassionate concern for my well being. Fred investigated the accident in minute detail, gathered evidence and handled my claim negotiations. While it was a difficult path to physically move through this injury; I was surprised to experience an emotion healing when I received significant compensation for my pain and suffering. Angelica took care of my Adjustment of Status case in the best possible way. My spouse at that time didn’t have job and I thought there is nothing we can do since we couldn't find a joint sponsor. Kelly was honest and supportive from the day I met her. She did not give me any false hope of any out come I desired and guided me in the direction of the most predictable outcome based on the law and her experience.
