Julia is great. My only regret is that I wish I had found her sooner. I had to learn the hard way that there are a lot of bad lawyers out there. Divorce is very stressful, but Julia was able to minimize that stress and help me come to the resolution I was looking for with out destroying any future chances for a successful co-parenting relationship.

I now realize why they call it a custody battle. I went to war with my former spouse to get custody of our children. We did take a few blows in the battles, but I had a great commander and chief keeping me out of harm's way, her name is Attorney Karen Miller. The worst thing in the world is that our children's college money was used to finance this war. The problem is not with the attorneys but with the system. Many times we went to court, the Judge would ask us to return. I just want readers to know that I wanted to give up on many occasions; however, Attorney Karen gave me positive reinforcement to not give up on my children. We finally have our victory, and I am grateful that I stuck it out with Attorney Karen. If you do what she says, you will do well in court. It does not happen overnight to get out of your troubles, but I had to realize that our legal woes did not happen overnight either. Bless you Attorney Karen and your wonderful staff for always offering me and my family hope that we would prevail. I still owe you and your staff that dinner by the ocean.

Ms. Miller cares about her clients. I have been a client for the last 15 years since my eldest son was 3. Fortunately he just turned 18 and is no longer a victim of his mother. I have 2 younger children, 16 and 14. We are still going to court everytime their mother wants to make a change in their stable program. Everytime their mother looses thanks to Ms. Miller's superior skills as an attorney. The children's mother has hired over 6 attorneys in the last 15 years and all have of those attorneys have been defeated mainly because I have had Ms. Miller at my side. Thank you for being a winner for my chikdren and saving them from their unstable mother. If you have a horrible ex who keeps taking yiu back to court, I would highly recommend Ms. Miller. She is a great attorney who fights throughout the years for her clients.

My friend highly recommended Karen after I told my friend the problems I was having with my now former attorney. My former attorney was called a pit bull, but turned out to be a pussy cat. Karen was in my corner day one. She knows the system and how to win this game. From the very first time we stepped into court, it was apparent that this is her home at court. She takes on her opponent and gets excellent results for her clients. I thank Karen for helping me win a long drawn out case due to my ex's attorneys and an unreasonable ex husband. She is experienced and uses her knowledge to look at the case from various aspects; rather than collecting a retainer and carelessly shuffling your case thru the system. We recommend using her as your family law attorney. She helped us with a very stressful spousal support termination case and she was a blessing for our family.

Felicia Lucero handled my Divorce impeccably. The whole experience from start to finish with Felicia's help and emphasis in a almost mediation or collaborative fashion between both parties made the case very smooth. Came to Lawyer Kevin with a. Issue regatding my visitation and the lack of compliance with my EX. Megan was assigned to my case and did an excellent job. At the time I was having major anxiety towards the entire situation and was treated really qell by Megan. Her expertise in the field proved to be extremely valuable and helpful in working through an emotionally charged situation. She constantly guided me rhrough the process and even disagreed with how I was going through it. In the end everything she suggested and did worked out. I am back to seeing my son on a regular basis with a mich more solid schedule than I previously had. Would recommend Megan to anyone going through a similar situation and would feel confident she would do an excellent job in any situation.

When I had a civil harassment restraining order filed against me, I was confident that I could handle it on my own without an attorney. My fiancé, who recently hired Megan for her own court case, pleaded with me to hire an attorney, because we had a lot at stake if the restraining order was granted. Megan graciously agreed to take my case, and I am so glad that I not only hired an attorney, but that I chose Megan. We only had a couple weeks to prepare, and Megan was very quick to plan a solid defense for my case, which I admittedly never could’ve done on my own. Megan was effortlessly able to get the restraining order completely dismissed on the first hearing date. A year and a half ago my divorce and custody process started and I had no idea how to even begin to find the right attorney for me. I was referred to Jennie's office by a mom on my son's baseball team and that referral was the best thing to happen to me! Jennie offered a free consultation and as I sat there in her office feeling nervous and scared about the ordeal in front of me, she listened and took copious notes, and gave me genuine guidance. I felt truly heard and understood by her. Jennie and her team were with me every step of the way. They explained every step along the way, guided me in making the right decisions for myself and my son, and helped me to manage every curve ball that was thrown at me by my ex. Without question, Ilian is my hero. I am a widow and my case was unusual. My husband and I owned a vacation home located in the Idyllwild area. When he passed, it became necessary for me to sell the house. Two real estate agents persuaded me into acting as the bank for a 'buyer' they both vouched for. He did not obtain a bank loan. In the four years he lived in the home, his payments were consistently late (for the last one and one-half years no payments were made); he NEVER paid any of the real estate taxes, home owner's dues and fire insurance fees. Because the home was technically in his name and I was not a bank, this became a very challenging case for Ilian. He encountered many road blocks yet always found resources to get over the hurtles. Did I mention that the 'buyer' thought he was smarter than anyone in the room, was a persuasive talker (con-man), and a pervasive liar. I came very close to actually losing my house to this man which would have severely damaged my financial health. Due to Ilian's knowledge, thoroughness, attention to detail and immense patience, the house successfully sold. He routinely sent me a monthly detailed account of his activities, hours spent and cost. He was always fair and accurate. Absolutely worth every penny! I highly recommend Ilian Alchehayed.

Russell Col was hired to file a motion to assign legal counsel on my old case penal code 1473.6 He spent many hours to investigate and write a motion. Granted. Now I don't have to hire another atty to file Motion to vacate my previous conviction at my cost. Judge also granted even subpoena fees as well. Russell Cole did excellent job .

I worked with a divorce attorney before. I didn't know I could have been more protected until I found Arelis. I wish my previous attorney could have protected me more. Actually, I wish I found Arelis sooner and hired her as my attorney back then. This is the second time I had to go back to court because my ex wanted to stop paying child support. Going through a divorce is very stressful and emotional beyond words can describe. Arelis helped calming me down as I was so lost, nervous and stressed.
