On the multiple occasions we worked together, Val did superb work -- her attention to detail is excellent and her view of the big picture is comprehensive. Mine was a divorce because of domestic abuse. Valerie negotiated with my former husband's attorney to get my former husband to accept a 3-year stay-away order without my having to testify in court! It was an achievement I hadn't expected but was extremely grateful for. It truly saved me a lot of anxiety. On the other hand, Valerie needs to acknowledge that older people have more life experience than she does and are frequently more experienced in human behavior, especially their spouse's behavior and thinking processes.

It has taken me some time to figure out what to write in regards to Mr Spear because no matter what I say its going to be an understatement of how amazing of an attorney he is. He joined my very difficult and dragged out dissolution case later on but picked up on the essence of the case, the issues and both parties strategies immediately and he started moving all matters forward. Mr Spear is fair, brutally honest, efficient, caring, very respectful and will represent his clients with integrity. He is very experienced and knew exactly how to proceed with the issues we had, he puts his clients first and will always ensure his clients are in good standing with the opposite party and the court. I can't rave enough about Mr Spear, I have spent more than 2 years fighting a lengthy complex battle against my ex husband and I am finally able to breathe knowing Mr Spear is handling my case. Best dissolution attorney out there.

I'll be honest Family Law is messy and emotional and I feel so blessed to have been referred to Marc Mitzner and his team. They helped me with a complex Domestic Violence, Custody and Divorce Case. From the moment I came into his office everyone was extremely accommodating, professional and very conscientious of the intense emotional state I was in. They executed everything as they promised and in the time frame they said they would. I was constantly updated of my case status. I never had to follow up and ask for any paperwork as it was always emailed to me immediately. When I went to court with Marc and Christina it was easy to see that their reputations were well respected in the court room and with the judge. There is so much emotion involved in Family Law and during this crisis I was not thinking as clearly as I normally am, I couldn't have been in better hands during this experience. I never felt like I didn't ask enough questions or that I was rushed and if I did have a question they were always very timely to get back to me. It was clear they were extremely experienced, their knowledge speaks for itself, but from day one they clearly informed me of their plan of action, the possible outcomes and continued to do so throughout the process. I know they went above and beyond for me, even for my kids -when I had to bring them into the office they offered them tv , snacks and drawing supplies! Mr. Mitzner and his team are, hands down, the most professional, hard working and attentive attorney team that I've ever worked with. His extensive experience and high standing among his peers coupled with his in depth knowledge of California Family Law along with his work ethic combining the 'science' of a divorce and with the 'art' of a property separation ensured that not only were my current interests protected in a fair & equitable manner, but that my future was ensured as well. Finding Marc and his staff was a true blessing in my life. I was facing a horrible child support case for my first time, lost and naive to the entire process. Most attorneys I met with prior to Marc tried to take advantage me by attempting to make things more complex than they really were knowing that desperate people always pay. Not Marc though he explained the process so simple and straight forward. During the court hearings he doesn't just show up ,he comes prepared and fights for you in a professional way that I felt the judge really responded well to. He helped me win what should have been a losing case and I can't thank him enough. I would absolutely recommend Marc mitzner and his staff too everyone In need of a family law attorney. I would recommend Christine Kerian for couples who are going through a divorce and want to work things out outside of the courtroom. Christine was helping me and my ex-husband with dividing our assets and writing an agreement. From the beginning, Christine was trustworthy, professional and responsive. She always kept me updated, and responded to my emails and phone calls quickly. She is not concerned about making money, but cares more about her clients being satisfied. Because she loves what she is doing and she is very dedicated to her job, she is a good mediator. Thank you Christine for your help.

It's difficult to write a glowing review due to the context (a divorce) as it would sound a bit odd. That said, I did a lot of research before choosing Christine and she more than lived up to my expectations. She is very good at finding middle ground in a difficult situation and is good at bringing both parties back to the topic at hand and explaining the different facets. If you're looking for someone who cares, she's it. She really does try to make things equitable and less painful for everyone. I can't say I'd recommend a divorce lawyer as that's a very hard place for anyone to be, but if you're in that situation, I'd say go this route with her instead of pointlessly fighting a battle that's already been lost. She'll make what's very difficult a bit easier. And that's worth quite a lot.

I met Carsen almost several years ago when I hired her. My case required a special kind of attorney who could think outside of the box, someone who would know how and when to mediate with the other parties, but also when to bring things to a judge. She is always there to coach me and work through the difficult issues that come up with a high tension case. She approaches things differently each time because every day the circumstances are different and I am so thankful for the insight Carsen has had because it has helped me be successful as a parent in getting all of the time I have had with my kid. I would be a total wreck without Carsen's expertise and skills in navigating family law. I am so appreciative of the time and energy she gives. Ronza was my 3rd lawyer after my own first two supposedly "good" lawyers sucked me dry of money in my divorce case. Despite all the skepticism towards lawyers I regained trust, thanks to Ronza, at least in some lawyers out there. Ronza rightly says in her profile that she will guide you in the right direction early on, wherever she thinks someone else may be in a better position to help her clients. That is the biggest thing a client can hope from a lawyer. Apart from her sincerity, she is aggressiveve and gives full attention to her clients case, is very clear on where it would cost how much. Works with you in helping to cut cost where possible. Gives a clear picture, grim or solid, whatever it maybe. No sugar coating or unnecessary fear mongering which some corrupt lawyers use to milk their clients. Would have givenher 5.5 stars if that was an option :) Thanks Ronza!!! Before Ronza I had very little direction from all 3 of my previous divorce lawyers. They all wanted me to settle for their best interest but Ronza made me feel like she really cared and did not let me settle for anything less than i deserved. She made sure i was not being taken advantage of by my ex wife and her team of attorneys. I highly recommend her to anybody going through any family difficulties.

This is why, if you must seek legal counsel, you should choose Ben Wishart. Martina is the best thing that's ever happened to me. After going back and forth on whether or not I needed a lawyer, I finally decided to make a few calls and speak with a few different attorneys. Martina right off the bat was the most informative, helpful and was the only one who seemed genuinely invested in helping. Most other attorneys I spoke with had a very cavalier attitude. She was very easy to get ahold of throughout the duration of my case, and consistently kept me in loop as to any changes/progress being made. I have never felt like someone worked harder for me in my entire life, and retaining her services is without a doubt the best decision I've ever made.

Mrs. Martina was the most honest and decent attorney I have ever encountered! I had four traffic cases open and my license was suspended due to non failures to appear , I called her up and she right over the phone checked the status of my driver license and right away gave me a very fair price. compare, to attorneys that feel their time is so valuable that they don't even take a moment to deal with you directly and right away charge you $1000's of dollars to just look at your case. This Lawyer is the best around hands down! She is an amazing human being and very professional in every aspect. What's best about her is her virtue of patience. She understands her clients and treats them as an individual and from their point of vjew. Also she makes you feel as comfortable as you possibly need to feel and acomodates her schedule to fit yours as best as possible. We hired her practically last minute and she still did her job like the professional she is. We are very satisfied with her services and would highly recommend her to anybody! Nicole is the type of attorney who actually fights for you and doesn't just try and rack up the charges. I had an issue that Nicole took on and was extremely prepared when it went to court. I am writing on behalf of my husband and myself. Mr. Fey helped and supported us through the entire process. He was very willing to explain everything to us as this was our first encounter with the process. My husband was diagnosed schizoaffective disorder and his need for a good lawyer was dire. Steve handled my divorce with skill, compassion, and wisdom. He supported me regularly when things got difficult, and helped me make reasoned, rational decisions throughout the process. If Steve agrees to handle your case, you will be well-served! Selecting the right attorney in a divorce case makes a world of difference. I had to learn it the hard way. I had hired a family law attorney to represent me in my divorce prior to working with Steve Zand; the experience was a nightmare. The process of divorce by itself is convoluted and intimidating with paperwork, disclosures, sensitive deadlines, and hearings. Adding to this mix an attorney that is either less than competent or have their interest in areas other than the well being of their client makes the experience nearly impossible. After careful research I came across Steve. In my first consultation with him, I found him knowledgeable, caring, diligent, and honest. He reviewed my case with great care. It still rings in my ear what he told me during our first meeting: “when I take your case, I will worry about your case more than you ever will.” Looking back today, this was so true in every twist and turn that was particular to my case. From the day we entered the contract, it was a teamwork with him giving me guidance through a very difficult time. He was compassionate, fair and always available with advice to help me make the right decisions. Steve worked very hard in and out of court to get a just and fair result. The final judgment was not only good for me, but ultimately was also good for my ex and our daughter. And, in the process I found a real friend. Throughout my divorce proceedings, Steve was very fair and conscious about how he billed his services. Reducing cost and increasing effectiveness were two of his most important considerations when proposing a strategy. Steve Zand is a must use family law attorney. He is an excellent communicator, kind, and yet strong enough to fight for you. I highly recommend him.

I interviewed four lawyers that ranged in price and experience. I found Mr. Zand's rates to be reasonable given his experience. I also that Mr. Zand gave practical advice as to the likely outcome of various issues in court and in weighing the options of settlement vs. going to court. I also found that Mr. Zand had an immediate grasp the legal challenges I faced in my case.

First off, This is the first and probably the only review that I will ever write, because I am not the type of person to do so. But if I am doing it , trust me there are reasons. From the start, I fell in love with how serious he is about his job, and how he took the time to explain everything. Throughout the process , he always made sure that I am strong and always showed me the sign of how much he cares about my case. But I think the biggest surprise of all, was how honest he was throughout the two year process.. As you know , attorney live for these moments to take advantage of client vulnerability, and to be honest , he never tried to call me or email me about things that weren't important to my case, just to jack up that monthly statement. Never thought I would ever see my retainer check back, but I did. He is just a great man , with lots of knowledge. He thought me when to be though and when its time to let go for my own benefit. Steve, You made this though road full of emotions, much easier, and I THANK YOU for that.

I was involved in a car accident in 2012 and I had to deal with my car issues but just didn’t have the time with work. I started to have pain after a day or so and I was determined to find an attorney. I called Mr. Henrik Karapetian and he immediately followed up with my accident case. After hiring him he kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired, a rental was given and my injury case progressed. I never needed to call him for an update because he would let me know of any new developments as they came so I was really happy about that. Most important, my car was fixed immediately and my injury claim settled for an amount that I was very happy with. After receiving my 2nd DUI I got in touch with Amy. She was very straight forward and honest with me about my case, which meant I was always aware of every possibility. During my pending 2nd DUI I made the stupid choice to drive again and I ended up receiving my 3rd DUI. Amy showed me no judgment and openly accepted both cases at a increadable rate. Amy went to bat for me in front of both judges and I received only the minimum sentence of 10 days in work release for my second charge and almost the minimum for the 3rd. A very genuine and experienced lawyer. I came to him for a consultation about starting a business.
