I was referred to Ms. Munoz by a long time friend who used her services to settle her divorce. I hired Ms. Munoz after interviewing 5 other attorneys and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was down to earth, unassuming and made me feel at ease. She was to handle what should have been a slam dunk short term marriage. It turned out to be much more difficult with complicated tax scenarios and an uncooperative opposing side that wanted to drag it on. Ms. Munoz listened to my concerns and went to bat for me when the going got tough and got results quickly. She was patient with me when I was faced with an emotionally charged and difficult situation. Her office staff operated as a tight knit unit to service the needs of my case and keep me updated as needed. no one wants to be in the difficult position of getting a divorce but Amy and her team made the process so much easier! after calling her office for help, she quickly went to work & got all of my paperwork filed with the courts extremely quickly. From start to finish, she made this complicated process simple and as painless as possible. Amy Lass is thorough, professional, and efficient. I hired her to handle my divorce. My ex-husband ended up firing his attorney and we just used Amy to finalize our divorce. She assisted us with finding solutions and ways to meet in the middle that left us both feeling we got what we deserved. She is an excellent listener and communicator. We finalized our divorce quickly and with the least amount of conflict possible in this situation. If it were not for Amy, I don't believe that would have been possible. I hired Mark several years ago. My process involved important property and child custody issues. While going through a very nasty divorce (3 years and counting), my ex took control of my business and stopped paying all debt I co-signed for including community property debt. I was faced with the decision that nobody wants to make.... I had to file bankruptcy. I met with numerous large, medium and small law firms. Most meetings were with either a sales person with little knowledge or a paralegal. Having done my own research, I quickly learned that each time I was given bad advise and pressured to "sign up before it's too late". I came across Brian via Avvo and scheduled a meeting. Expecting to meet with another sale person or paralegal, I was pleasantly surprised to meet with Brian himself. I kept him busy with question after question during a meeting that lasted almost an hour. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. In fact he kept asking if I had further questions for him. He seemed to like the rapid and numerous questions I kept throwing at him. He had answers to the questions nobody else did and knows bankruptcy law inside and out. Some other firms I met with told me I had to have my divorce finalized before I could file. However, Brian was the only one with the knowledge and expertise to get my Chapter 7 filed and discharged. My case was not a simple one as my ex attempted to block my discharge and I had numerous creditors due to my business and assets. However, Yuri and Brian got it discharged with no problem. Both Brian and Yuri are the only attorneys I would recommend. If you have a simple or complex bankruptcy, I would not recommend anyone other than Brian and Yuri. The entire law group couldn't have been better to deal with! Don't waste your time like I did with bankruptcy "mills", sales people and paralegals. I simply can't say enough about how great Yuri and Brian are...... They will take good care of you!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Denise Trevino. My divorce and child custody case was an extremely complicated case. She represented me in California while I live in a different state. The care that she showed me and my children was more than I could have hoped for. She truly looked at us as more than just a case. Dealing with the court system and lawyers is a scary and stressful thing, but she made the whole process a lot less horrible, as well as getting me the best possible outcome for me and my children. I will always be grateful for what she helped me accomplish.

I hired Mr. Cook after my previous attorney delved out the work to an inexperienced associate who messed-up my case. Andy was on the ball, quick, and got the results I needed. Trust me, he is an excellent attorney and he really cleaned up a mess that my previous attorney made, which cost me $10,000.00 and resulted in the opposite of what we were trying to achieve. I was unexpectedly served with an order preventing my son and I from moving across the country two days before our planned relocation. I was losing my mind and ended up through blind luck, with Mrs. McKeag as my attorney. From day one she calmed me down, always listened to me rant and rave, and was realistic with me as far as the possible outcomes. She never looked for a way to nickel and dime me and charge me for every possible thing she could have, and above all she made me feel like my son and I were her utmost priority, as opposed to being one of many cases on her plate. She was realistic in what we should and should not do as far as filing motions. There were several times we could have taken a course of action that would have cost me thousands, yet had a very low chance of succeeding. We saw this when the opposing council took this route. When our court dates happened she was always prepared, always solid, and never once was caught unawares. She always took the high road, and always provided solid advice. I honestly believe that if I had not her as my lawyer things could have turned out much differently no matter how in the right I was. She is the sole reason I won my move away case and was allowed to move across the country. She was able to read the judge and adjust her approach to the case on his rulings, and decisions in cases prior to ours being called. I would say this is one of her strongest qualities as opposed to a lawyer who just gets up and reads from a legal pad, or tries to stretch and twist circumstances to fit an altered version. I consider Mrs. McKeag a friend and will never be able to express my gratitude and what a phenomenal lawyer she is adequately enough through words. Her character is beyond reproach, and if I ever find myself in a position that I am in need of council, she will be my first call.

This was my first experience with a lawyer. I was embarking on an extremely stressful high conflict custody dispute. As a father, I falsely believed I was at a disadvantage simply due to my gender and felt the court would side with the mother no matter the situation. In this instance I was confronted with a motion for my child to move out of state with the mother. Alexis Revelo went above and beyond representing me. Her and her team such as Shaina Garcia are highly motivated, easy to talk to and are amazing at interpreting the sheer amount of noise that a custody dispute produces. She was honest, practical with custody expectations and always kept me true to the matter at hand when my personal emotions got in the way. Thanks to her, I am more informed of my rights as a coparent and now have protected rights as a father to maintain the bond with my son in the state of California. Hands down this has been the most stressful parental experience. I do not wish it upon any fellow soul. I would agree with most positive reviews about Ethan and more. I have known his father Merritt professionally for a long time and I met Ethan years ago at their office. Ethan was a young sharp attorney then and he is a brilliant attorney now. My divorce was complex and difficult as it emanated from a foreign marriage. Ethan was not only prepared to deal with issues dealing with an ill conceived attempt at a reconciliation of marriage but also with issues stemming from a foreign marriage contract. He not only navigated through the reconciliation issues but also complex property issues, alimony, child support, custody and visitation aspects of the case. I couldn't have hired a more knowledgeable, aggressive and well prepared attorney. I could write a brief on Ethan. He is not only readily accessible but friendly and down to earth. There's no hint of arrogance or standoffish that you might find with other attorneys. I would say Ethan takes each case very personal and high professional. I never thought I would ever find a lawyer who could assist collect a divorce settlement awarded to me six years ago. It was easy to speak with him over the phone, as it was in person, in his office. My first impression was, he is bright, experienced and skilled in family law, sincere, and will definitely protect my interest as his client. During my visit in his office, I did not have a second thought at all to hire him and represent me. And during the process, he was always available to receive or return my calls to answer further questions, inquiries, or clarifications. He was way on time during the court set date. At the court, he was very focused, steady, so professional during the back and forth negotiation with the other party. I decided to hire Tara after attending a workshop she presented on family law. I was impressed with her quick wit, extensive knowledge of California family law and her confidence. She gave me much needed support during a tumultuous time. Tara is brillianty organized, thorough and one step ahead of the opposition. The prevailing thought I had during the entire process was, “I am so glad I’m not on the other side of this table .” Tara does not like to lose and she argues flawlessly. Her adherence to ethics cannot be compromised. Divorce is a nightmare and brutally stressful. Tara succeeded in winning me more than I expected. I can not say enough about how relieved and pleased i am with the job she did for me. Additionally, her staff is amazing, professional and delightful to work with . When I hired Tara, I honestly did not know how I would survive the thought of being divorced and raising children on my own. I was depressed, angry, and destroyed. Tara went above and beyond, was available to me anytime day and night, and she went toe-to-toe with opposing counsel who was very aggressive and had years of experience on Tara. We prevailed on every issue. By the time we were done, I had my sanity back, money to survive, and more property then I expected. Tara's fees are fair and her staff is amazing. I will start by saying that I cannot praise Tara Rojas enough. Having now been through the seemingly endless strife of a custody battle, I know that if you are reading this that life might be hard right now. This is why I feel compelled to write about my experience and how Tara helped me through it. She has been the bridge between me and a relationship with my children. My case was complicated and tough, but Tara got me through it all. My plight started with an ill-conceived marriage settlement agreement with a disingenuous former spouse. After taking up residence in another state, said former spouse then fabricated abuse allegations against me and got the court to cut off contact between me and my children. I consulted with several other attorneys, and did not get a good feeling. Then a friend referred me to Ms. Rojas, and the rest is history. I was confident in Tara’s ability to get the right outcome for my family from the moment that I met her. I went from being a stressed-out mess, to calm and confident. I attribute this to Tara’s tireless efforts on my case. She made me feel as if I was her only client, and I slept soundly knowing that she had my back. After our first meeting, she evaluated all courses of action, and kept me informed every step of the way. I feel it is important to mention that what set her apart from the other attorneys that I met was that she took the time to get to know me. By doing this, she was able to tell my story to the court. Nicole did an excellent job in finding the hidden kernel of law that resulted in a favorable outcome for myself. Most attorneys wouldn't have bothered to look at the true law and would have taken the facts for granted, while Nicole dug in and found the hidden gem that completely turned around my case in my favor. My experience with Greer & Rineer Law was a life-changing one that will never be forgotten. In my situation I was dealing with a landlord who owed me back rent due to the fact that my apartment had been an illegal unit. The city made him close down the place and pay me to relocate but it also became apparent that I was owed back rent. When the landlord found out that I was going to pursue getting back some of my rent he began threatening me with all kinds of things that people with lots of money tend to do. He told me that he would sue me with lawyers that were way more expensive than what I could afford and used all kinds of supposed terminology and fake paperwork that he sent to me showing that I would actually owe him more money if I sought reimbursement. This was a very stressful time for me but, when I was referred to Allegra's Law Firm it was then that everything immediately started to de-escalate and I in turn began to de-stress. The best thing I can say about Allegra's Law Firm is that she and her partner never let anything go over my head. A lot of times if you're the layman and you don't understand legal terms and legal jargon it can be very confusing. I find things cmabout the law confusing when I'm just watching on television! Allegra and her partner Kathryn made it very easy for me to understand everything that was going on, they also helped me understand my rights, and they basically made it impossible for my landlord to scare me any longer since I truly knew and was aware of what I was to get back in return. Took on my Unlawful detainer case for a LA student housing right before trial as I was feeling not confident. Representation was holistic and received a Judgement in my favor. Atty. Madeline was very professional and compassionate for the eviction case against the tenants who used every attempt to delay the process. The tenants used different tactics: covid, avoided service, uninhabitability, and bankruptcy twice. Each time she was able to defend and also, recoup for our losses, and win against the tenants. When I was frustrated, she was reassuring and confident in our case, which reduced a lot of stress and fear due to the situation. I am definitely, glad that I hired her and hopefully, never have this situation again, but would and have gladly referred her to others landlords that need help with eviction and were unsuccessful.
