Chris Welch is my recommended lawyer for anyone in need of legal counsel. In my experience with Chris, he held himself to the highest of standards and professionalism in all regards. He was able to answer all of my questions, as well as my mother's questions when he met with us. He calmed our nerves as this was the first time we had ever needed a lawyer. Throughout the process, he was always supportive and kept me updated. I felt very confident in my choice of lawyers with Chris. In May of 2016, I consulted with Mr. Brooks on the possibility of him representing me at a hearing specific to a security clearance investigation being adjudicated on my behalf. He was very clear on his fee and was direct on what he would provide for me as my attorney. I hired Mr. Brooks, even after consulting with an attorney who 'specialized' in the type of hearing I was to have. Mr. Brooks was extremely professional and competent in the matter telling me exactly what I needed for him to proceed possibly eliminating the need for the hearing at all. In early September of 2016, I was informed by Mr. Brooks, and by the Department of Defense, that their need for clarification on concerns they had was satisfied, and a hearing was not required. I received formal notice from the DOD cancelling the hearing. I strongly would recommend Mr. Brooks and if necessary, would use his services in this, and other legal representation matters.

I went through a completely unexpected divorce and custody situation and had no idea where to turn. Everyone I spoke with recommended Jim. I had no prior experience with any type of courtroom proceedings, and I had no idea what to expect. I do not regret my decision to go with him in any facet.
Custody battles bring out the worst in people, and emotions can run high. I have to admit that for myself, there were times where I felt lost and hopeless. It was hard for me to accept that sometimes my point of view wasn’t correct, and Jim stuck by my side regardless and continued to provide me with the best and most accurate answers to my questions while helping me have reasonable expectations. I’d also like to add that when comparing his prices with others, Jim had a very competitive rate considering his level of experience.
If you are looking for an honest, reasonable, and straight-shooting representative that behaves like a man amongst boys in the courtroom, Jim is absolutely the best. I only have him to thank for the wonderful relationship I have with my daughter.

This law group is, in my point of view, a scam group. They responded to you pretty well for initial contact and payment collection, however, they disappeared later. They took 15k from me and wrote me a demanding letter based on my personal narratives. Since then, I never had any updates, however hard I tried to set up a communication. Very disappointing experience. So after almost 10 months, I requested that the service fee to be refunded and one more time, they disappeared. My life needs to move on with more important aspect and I had unsuccessful experience searching for legal service from Lento's and so should you not consider hiring them. Terrell Ratliff was the so called attorney that was assigned to me and he is horrible. He doesn't seem to have any professional competence for what he is doing and nor does he care about customer, very cocky. Stay away.

I did a chat on the website because I was looking for an educational attorney after a thorough explanation of my situation the employee failed to mention this is a law firm that handles criminal defense not and educational attorney. They then proceeded to send me an email to collect a $350.00 consultation fee to speak with one of there attorneys about a matter they don’t even handle. I would steer clear of this place deceptively trying to collect unfair fees for services they don’t handle.

I filed trademarks with the USPTO and then received office actions from the examiners. I was not equipped to handle the responses so we hired Company Counsel LLC. Only because he doesn’t have any assets at all nor did his ex wife. There are no children involved. Two years later after the ex finally decided to sign the paper work, we get an invoice of an additional $3500 dollars. They said he spent 16 hours on a divorce that had no assets, absolutely no property and no contest. It was just sitting on his desk waiting for the ex to sign. My son was charged $6500 for this. This is unethical.
