Was supposed to have counsel of one lawyer that was requested was not told until a week after signing papers that I would be given to another attorney. A new attorney to PA at that. Then did absolutely nothing to defend me in the courtroom the day of the hearing. When I expressed I would like to have a meeting with the attorney representing me and the attorney I was supposed to have explaining why I was unhappy, they decided not to even have a meeting and hear my concerns to maybe work on what could be better for the client as most attorneys would do. Instead stated I would never be happy and they can’t represent me anymore. Very curious as to why they wouldn’t even have a meeting if someone your paying a lot of money upfront at that to represent you and they don’t and you try to work it out and they won’t even do that. Shows how much care they actually have for their clients. Then get the itemized list of what they billed and of coarse an extra hour is on their for a day we had a hearing that lasted an hour and somehow got billed for 2. Not even worth the fight. I wouldn’t have kept you after that meeting anyways. Just please if you decide to go there. Try and decide against it.

Used them for our title when closing on a house with Toll Brothers and TBI Mortgage. Unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, and firm. We ran into a horrible situation and without this law firm, I can honestly say we would have been put in a horrible position with the closing of our house. Abby and Kevin were tremendous. I have to say after a very very long drawn out divorce. With appeal after appeal. Linda was the constant professional dealing with an extremely difficult opposing counsel. When using a Criminal lawyer, the one thing required is a professional who knows the job, explains the scenario, offers the best options and does not lie. Also the main factor is that the lawyer has to be prompt and truthful when it comes to answering back.
In every scenario, Kathryn Roberts, Esquire stands out as a Lawyer par excellence. She fights for you, believes in you and tells you upfront what to expect. She got me out of a bad situation and is very responsive and caring. She understands your emotions and handles things very efficiently. Goes through every little bit of information, however miniscule it might seem and even reprimands and scolds you if you make a mistake.
She fought hard and did exactly as she promised avoiding a criminal charge and even a fine. She fought for me every step of the way and believed in me, which was a blessing. Debra Mehaffie and her law farm is very unstable. Two attorneys quit in a matter of one month. There is no professionalism and Debra talks over you. There is no accountability. Do not hire this law firm to represent you in any matter. She is also money hungry and the billing department is not correct when sending statements. If I could recommend a 0 it would be negative 0. The treatment and tone of emails from this law firm and Debra Mehaffie herself is disrespectful in so many ways.

I retained Lance Nelson as my divorce attorney a little over a year ago. Throughout the year he provided me with complete feedback on a regular basis and represented me very well. His staff went above and beyond! My divorce was final in November of this past year and everything turned out successfully With a reasonable settlement, I can’t recommend Lance highly highly enough. I highly suspect the 5 star reviews are fake. They keep you in the dark, hold internal meetings without your awareness and make decisions without your input or knowledge (only to learn about it at the next billing cycle) and are very, very difficult to get hold of. Almost all emails are met with out of office replies and no voicemails ever responded to. When a status hearing I did not know existed was extended by my attorney without my knowledge (only to learn this in the next billing cycle) and saw my attorney had answers to interrogatories for nearly a month without telling me only to discover this from OJS = you're fired. OJS literally laughed and smiled... like yeah good luck with that, seemed par for the course. Not to mention a strong, positive person for my case was not contacted three separate times my lawyer told me he would, only for him to say when I finally called him out that he didn't think he was important, is more than messed up, it's unethical = you're fired. Didn't trust me, and didn't even contact the person... so how would you know? That's just a small piece. I highly do not recommend this "law" firm.

Unremarkable experience which was disappointing seeing as she was recommended by a lawyer I’ve used before. Didn’t seem willing to go to bat for me, generally abrasive, and I believe she hung up on me to boot.
It was “you need to bring this” instead of “here’s what we can do to solve the problem.” Why hire a lawyer anyways at that point?
She was responsive to messages though and called back in a timely manner.
