I cannot praise Mr. Hagan and Ms. Baker enough for solving a real family crisis! Bill Hagan is single-handedly RUINING Lawyers' bad reputation! He and Ms. Baker got us through a difficult Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption Case professionally and empathetically. They knew what needed to be done from the very beginning and followed through with NO SURPRISES! I was very impressed with the way they coordinated everything though the Court so both Appearances went quickly and exactly as planned. We felt that the charges for their service were VERY reasonable and far less than what we had originally estimated. Mr. Hagan and Ms. Baker are a JOY to work with and EARNED our complete trust and confidence!

Mr. Hagan was such a huge help to me in my divorce. I needed to relocate to another state and wanted primary custody, and he made everything happen. He and Ms. Baker were great about answering my many questions and emails, and our divorce was finalized in under seven months. He even asked the judge to allow us to have our divorce hearing over Zoom, since I am living in another state. I could not have made it through such an emotionally painful time without his objectivity and counsel.

Brooke and her team did an absolutely amazing job helping me navigate a not-so-standard divorce. My husband and I had multiple properties and a business together, and let's just say things were not amicable between us. From the first call to the final decree and beyond (while sorting out financial separation), I couldn't ask for a better advisor. Brooke made a very intimidating process very easy to understand, and she did an amazing job guiding me through each step while also being sensitive to the emotional and other burdens of divorce. I cannot say enough good about Brooke. From our first consultation, I knew I was in good hands. She has navigated my extremely tumultuous case with ease, keeping me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend using Jake Nemer if you are going through a divorce, you truly get what you pay for. He explains the process, steps, and gives a fair estimate on cost. Jake gives you realistic expectations and time frames, which I appreciated. He is almost always available, via text, email or phone if you have questions or want to change any thing. Jake made this not fun situation as stress free as possible.

Not only did Mr.Byars sound the most confident out of all the lawyers i spoke with, he in fact gave better projections for what he felt was possible and stuck to his word. Not only did he predict and achieve better results than any other lawyer i talked to in Cookeville, but he also saved me thousands compared to others who weren't even sure they could keep me out of a jail cell. The only Putnam county lawyer to consider.

The divorce process has been a new and stressful experience for me, as it also involves my children. I did my due diligence, as a first time candidate, and interviewed 3-4 attorneys to familiarize myself with the process, understand the expectations and see which attorney best met my expectations on knowledge, partnership and engagement. After meeting and speaking with Marissa on a couple of introductory/exploratory meetings, I was convinced that she will be a great lead and I can confidently state that she has been that and more. Marissa has been a sounding board and strong proponent of me throughout the process and her passion/compassion and knowledge has been on full display. Mary is great. She is knowledgeable on family law matters, always returns messages/calls in a timely manner, and is definitely the best attorney I have ever had. I've been in and out of court with family law matters for quite some time and she ranks THE BEST. She knows the laws, and does not BS about anything. She did not sugar coat anything or tell me what I want to hear (like many attorneys I have dealt with in the past). She does not give false hope, but she is stern and direct when it comes to practicing law. She is prompt on all paperwork and filing. I am never left wondering what is going on or the status of anything related to my case. She's reasonable and fair on pricing too! Gosh where to start! I have had a very long road with my case and Curt and his staff have been very helpful along the way. Curt is very organized, professional, and a direct communicator. My particular case was divorce and custody, but it was anything but cut and dry. When I started the process I was very ignorant to how it all worked, but he always answered questions( many questions) and explained what was happening. I noticed he always has a plan A, B, and C thought out. His staff, especially Emily, always returned my emails and calls in a timely manner. If you are needing a lawyer that is thorough, Curt is your guy!

Ryan Davis is an exceptional attorney. He is an exceptional communicator. He is an exceptional listener. He is an exceptional writer. He is an exceptional speaker and an exceptional litigator. He is also demonstrably exceptional at selecting staff. Because his associate, Jorie Zajicek is an incredible attorney as well - smart, fast, thoughtful and deeply committed. Ryan and Jorie were always responsive to my questions and concerns, whether they were important or (in retrospect) trivial. They made certain that I was aware of every step along the way and even provided precise directions to the courthouse parking. My son got caught up with a friend while away at college this past spring!! The trouble resulted in a my son being charged with a felony!! Not good for an 18 year old who’s never been in any trouble via school or the law prior to this!! He was expelled immediately from college and needed an attorney fast! He found Mr. David Von Wiegandt on his on and we reached out! He gave my son a reasonable quote and we obtained him for the case!! Mr. David was successful in having the case dismissed altogether which is better than great! The fact that we took a chance on him not knowing whom to hire because we’re not from Nashville, Tn. I’m so grateful that he was whom we chose because he got the job done without hesitation. What can I say... Nobody wants to have to use a lawyer, but if you ever find yourself in trouble with the law and in need of a good team, call Dunham & Jones Attorneys at Law, P.C. I was facing a felony charge outside of Nashville and scared. After calling them, they took over my case and quickky put my mind at ease. Fast forward to my cout date, I was sure I was facing some jail time, a large fine and would have a criminal record that would always haunt me. I was going to be labeled a felon. I was in some serious trouble, but they did what they said they would. They got my charges dropped and my record expunged, And after everything was said and done, I walked out of court a free man. If you're in some trouble with the law and scared like I was, give them a call. I'm so glad I did. And on a more personal note... Thank you Mr.Tomlinson, you're one of the good guys.

I'm so glad I found Dunham & Jones. I was in an accident and was charged with a first offense DUI. After my blood results came back under DUI legal limits the worked to get my case dismissed. Rodger promised to work with me on many projects. During my time with Rodger, I had to pay him money to do this and do that in the end. Rodger failed to live up to his side. Be very careful with giving him money in advance. I’m not over $70,000 with Roger do not trust him or his team.

So let me start by saying this was by far the easiest event I’ve ever been a part of. My wife and I started talking about me adopting her daughter so we could complete our family of 4. We have been part of each others lives for a while and she’s always referred to me as dad. After my wife had called numerous offices with no answer or call back, we were kind of beat. One day I called 2 firms and got nothing back. Then I called Yates & Wheland. Not only did they answer on the first ring, I had an appointment set before I got off the phone. In less than 2 months we were in the courtroom finalizing the adoption. Best phone call I’ve ever made. They were very upfront with all the information and steps that were taken. We never felt like something was out of place. Everybody involved was very responsive and caring. Fortunately all it took was for the phone call to be answered and we are very thankful they answered.
