A ticket I received turned out to be a Class A misdemeanor. Couldn't just pay a fine, had to appear in court. After looking up Class A misdemeanor it appeared more serious than a standard ticket, so I chose to seek legal advice. I called the Baker law firm and Mr Baker himself returned my call. I was set up with a meeting the next day and related what had happened. He felt quite certain he could get the case dismissed, possibly without a court appearance, and if that wasn't possible a short appearance in court and court costs, and the problem would be solved. Within a few hours his secretary called and informed me he had negotiated the dismissal. I did have to appear in court the next day but that went smoothly in less than a half hour. I felt like he and his staff truly cared about my problem. I give the Baker Law firm my highest recommendation.

Trudy and Jeff are a dynamite team! I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. Such a blessing! Trudy and Jeff helped me through a downright awful divorce. My ex tried to take my son from me and put me in jail through multiple false abuse accusations to the police in three different states. While these were investigated I lost out on an entire year with my son. But Trudy was able to take this horrible situation and turn it around for a complete victory in the courtroom! Not only did we win a default judgement, but I won 100% custody of my son! Now my son is a straight-A student, in Cub Scouts, in sports, and in church. As a father, I cannot even begin to tell you how much I appreciate Trudy and Jeff. Nobody will fight harder for you. Nobody will communicate with you better or care about you more. Rachel gracefully supported me during my divorce process, which began as uncontested, but shifted into a contested divorce, along the way.
Rachel was always responsive to my emails throughout my case, and I experienced her as patient and kind during each communication we had during my case. Additionally, I experienced Rachel’s legal guidance throughout my divorce as wise, responsive, and precise, while always keeping my best interest as her client front and center. Rachel had a balanced approach of being warm, while also being realistic and “telling it like it is,” regarding each detail of my case, which I deeply valued and appreciated, and helped me to wholeheartedly trust her as my counsel.

During the mediation portion of my case, Rachel was very dedicated to ensuring that my hopes and wishes were consistently reflected and advocated for, throughout the process. Additionally, I am grateful for Rachel’s support, surrounding my ex-spouse and I ultimately reaching an agreement that was satisfactory to me, and the most desirable outcome possible, considering some of the more difficult (beyond her/our control) pieces of my case.

Daniel is the best lawyer for family court that I’ve seen in a long time. Went through 2 other lawyers and then I made the decision to transfer my case to Mr. Cantwell. Don’t be discouraged by the name, it should have been Canwell! lol. He will fight in the courtroom as if he is fighting for his own family. I started this case in September 2022, and once it was transferred to him in March I’ve seen this case move at the speed of light and him even working weekends to get this finished for me and my family. I lost custody of my child and jimmy said he got me and i paid him 7,500 he promised me and once he received the money on my moma he a fraud and scammer be careful out there he a sweet talker and all he care about is money nothing else. I sure hope after all the money I spent I get exceptional service. Some of my concerns were addressed. I just need a quick divorce and for it to be simple. Wish it wasn’t so pricey though. I am a Minister and felt God led me here, so I felt I should have gotten a discount, especially since I prayed over them and even did a little preaching during my appointment. I think they see how God is leading me & preparing me for divorce so I can be with the woman I love, who was sent straight from God. I’m praying for a quick & speedy divorce before my wife finds out what I’m doing and mainly because I took the money for the divorce from my daughters savings account and now my daughter can’t buy her 1st car.
