I'm glad I was able to find Justin to help with my will and the other forms he suggested. When I got hurt from an accident I knew I needed to get my things together. Justin was able to do everything over the telephone and email because I could not come to his office because of the accident. When it was time to sign all the documents he was able to get a notary and witnesses to come to my house. I did not have to worry about doing anything.
If you are considering getting your will I suggest speaking to Justin. You will be happy that you did.

I hired Justin after my wife filed for divorce. I was nervous about everything because you hear so many horror stories about losing everything and having your kids taken away. With Justin, he kept in constant contact with me to explain how everything was going and what were my best options.
In the end, the divorce was completed just like Justin had explained. I'm glad I listened to his advise and didn't try to rush it.

My husband and I both decided we wanted to get a divorce and not make it a bigger deal than what it needed to be. My husband was referred to Justin through Fathers for Equal Rights. Justin was very attentive to listening to our concerns and knowledgeable about how we should proceed with the divorce. Instead of feeling any pressure to hire a lawyer, Justin suggested that we may want to consider not each hiring lawyers and we each represent ourselves. Justin did suggest having someone draft our documents just to make sure our documents were done correctly.
Looking back, I am so glad we took Justin's suggestion. We decided to have Justin draft all the documents we would need for court. He spent time with us to go through the entire process and answered any questions we had. What made us feel more at ease was that Justin was quick to get back to us if we had any questions.
We were able to save a lot of money by working with Justin. I recommend you speak to him just to go over your options.

I hired Mr. Stone off the recommendation from a friend. In the process of trying to recover my wrongfully withheld security deposit from my former landlord, I was countersued and subsequently lost in small claims court. After Mr. Stone reviewed my case, he gathered evidence in my favor through various legal routes that I would have been unable to myself. We then filed an appeal which was heard in a higher court. My landlord settled days before the trial and dropped his countersuit. Additionally, he returned my full security deposit and paid all my lawyer fees, including other accrued charges in the legal process. Mr. Stone put a tremendous amount of effort and time into my case and I would trust him with any other legal issues that would require an honest, experienced lawyer.

I was facing a very long process from a wrongful eviction to my deposit of $1400.00 being kept. I covered myself knowing the type of landlord I had. Being a single mother of two with a grandbaby and never being in this situation before I felt hopeless, until I went online and seen this site and chose to try Mr Stone he answered we started to talk about my situation and from then on we never lost contact. Mr Stone made sure I was informed every step of the way. With his knowledge and firmness displayed to this slum lord it was without a doubt he was representing me and to the fullest. Gardner has done what I thought was impossible- enforcing my divorce decree. My ex-husband is a lawyer and even though he agreed to the divorce decree, after it was final he told me he wouldn't pay child support and would bring my son home when he felt like it. He said if I didn't like it then to take him to court.
After four years, of trying to be understanding and work things out, I reluctantly turned back to the courts to intervene. Gardner was recommended by a trusted friend. He understood the situation and the personality of my ex-husband immediately, which was incredibly helpful. He was focused and never gave up through all the legal antics. Much quicker than I ever imagined possible, he stopped my ex-husband from changing the schedule and he also actually got him to start paying child support! I am still just amazed.
I've learned firsthand that Gardner is confident in taking on the difficult situations in family law, because he has the tenacity, skill and experience to fix them. He cares about his clients and will be your champion through difficult situations. He has my highest recommendation.

I came to Me. Eastland when I needed help handling my divorce. Before I even hired him he agreed to review my case and help me. Once hired it took only a few weeks to come to a settlement and complete the divorce. Any questions I had during the whole ordeal I would text to him and get an immediate response. Hired Mr. BURLESON to defend me against a bogus charge in Harris County. Supplied him with video/photos of my vehicle and took a polygraph test (passed) , he compiled a report, presented it to the GJ and a month later my case was dismissed. Can't ask for much more than that....

I don't know if I can say enough about Mr. Olsen. He was recommended by a friend but she didn't say much about him other than he was "a good lawyer". Well, I will tell you that he is an amazing lawyer and a wonderful man. He didn't call or email me unless he had information that he felt he needed to share with me quickly to keep my costs down. He was always honest with me, even when it was brutal, and he kept me calm. I am not always the easiest person to work with. Now I want to tell you about Rose. Rose is Mr. Olsen's paralegal. She is the first voice you hear when you call the office and she is a breath of fresh air. Now, if someone saying "bless your heart" to you offends you, be ready to be offended. But she does it in such a loving way. After my divorce, on the same day, she called to check on me. I will probably continue to call the office just to say hello to Rose.

My divorce was a very difficult time and I was grateful that I was represented by Lawrence Behrmann.
