I wish I could rate her more than 5-star as rating just 5 star is not enough for a person who is so dedicated to a profession, so caring for those in distress and above all for those who have been burnt previously by a class of greedy, money-hungry , unprofessional attorneys.
She is a Christian and a true Christian attorney who would spare no efforts to fight for you, disregarding amount of compensation she would get in the process.
I was so lucky that my good Karma prevailed and brought me to her to help me .
If one can judge an attorney by knowledge, experience, care , I think she is by far the best I have ever met in my 30 years of interaction by attorneys.
She greeted me right at the door-step of the building and even helped me carry heavy boxes of documents. She is so consistent, thorough , knowledgeable that I was amazed .
She listened to me for hours and immediately offered help . She took my most horrible case mismanaged by another so-called Board Certified Real Estate lawyer who had made a complete mess of the case.She has been calling me and sending me prepared documents disregarding the amount of compensation she has received.
She is an amazing attorney, out to helping someone in dire need without any objective but to bring smile on one’s face.

I went in for a free consultation and it was more than just a consultation she was very considerate and compassionate and really wanted to help and gave a lot more than just a free consultation she should have been paid for all the time she spent with me but it was free, in the end the only reason I didn't hire her was I did not have the affordable start-up fee she needed but when I can afford her and if I ever need an attorney for anything I will come to her always now!

We consulted with Margaret in March 2019 to represent my sister for her divorce. From the moment we met Margaret, we knew we had the right person in our corner. Her knowledge and caring demeanor made a very ugly situation as painless as possible. During the entire process, Margaret kept us informed of what was going on and was readily available for any questions. She fought hard for my sister and the outcome was more than favorable.
In October of 2020, following the death of my sister's son-in-law and unforeseen and untimely death of her daughter to Covid-19, we had to retain Margaret's services to handle the adoption of my sister's grandson. Again, Margaret acted promptly and efficiently. There was never any hesitation on who should handle this very sensitive matter. Yesterday, not even 4 months later, we received the news that the order for adoption had been granted and signed by the judge!

Mr Cepeda did a great job on my case. He was there from day one. He showed to all my court dates. He informed me of any changes as my case progressed. Scott represented on an eviction, which He won based on the notice was not received only the summons to appear from the constable. He had to do an Exparte for a Writ of ReEntry due to the person not adherring to the Dismal of the Eviction. Today we had the hearing on the Writ of ReEntry which Scott and his partner Bryce won. He gave me advice in 2014 I didn't take, in a divorce I should have gotten. Now its 2017 and here we go again. Scott has been very diligent in helping me this time around, and has done an excellent job with only 3 days notice getting everything filed, and keeping me calm while explaining everything in great detail. If you are looking for a family lawyer Kim Kleinhans and her team are amazing. I would highly recommend this law firm, they go above and beyond to make sure they listen to what you want and need. They will also do the same when it comes to representing you and your family in your case. I hired Thayer after I got in trouble returning from Colorado. He got me a great deal! The ordeal was very expensive but you get what you pay for! He got my 1st degree felony down to a misdemeanor which was very important for my career of choice. He is very up front and honest. I've never seen a lawyer maneuver through trial the way this guy does. I was going to hire him as an attorney and decided to sit in on a public trial he was arguing. Holy SHHHHH is this guy good. Mr. Minton was hired to represent me in a case where I was being sued by a former tenant of a commercial property that I owned. I wanted to take a minute to recommend Mr. White and his firm to interested parties. I was involved in divorce proceedings which are never pleasant. As it turned out the opposing attorney for what ever reason attempted to delay over and over again despite the fact he had made the original filing. During my divorce I hired Todd to represent me. Todd aggreed to represent me even though I was in middle of my divorce and was not comfortable with a previous attorney working my case. Todd's assusances to me that he would work more diligently to a faster resolve gave me a comfortable and confident feeling. Unfortunately things turned bad and Todd was ultimately prepared for what ever was encountered. Todd did not allow me to be run over by opposing counsel. I was pleased with the professionalism and respect that Todd and his staff showed. This office was all about me and careing for my needs. Secondly after the divorce unfornate circumstances with child custody arose. During the dispute Todd and his staff worked even more diligently and confidently for the health and saftey of the children. Todd was very quick to file all apporpriate cases without hesitation. I don't even know where to start I have so much good to say about my experience working with Grant.
I was originally divorced in 2014 and have had 11 legal proceedings since the divorce. Attack after attack after attack from my ex. She had unlimited resources through her mom and used financial extortion tactics by hiring attorneys that could stage a better "performance" in court than the ones I had hired. Facts be damned I was punished over and over. It was disheartening because my kids were affected by all of this insanity and eventually pulled away from her and lived with me full time. They were 14 when this first started happening, and despite me having these kids full time she continued to attack me legally asserting that I had poisoned their relationship with her and alienated them from her. She knew because of the financial destruction she had caused me that I did not have the resources she did and wielded that as a weapon again and again.
When I finally had an option to fight back I was referred to Grant by a friend. HE WAS SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR from the other attorneys I had worked with. It is obvious he loves what he does, he is enthusiastic, he genuinely cares about his clients, and he is a BULLDOG in the courtroom! A respectful but firm and incredibly detail oriented cross-examination of my ex completely unraveled her and created the opening I needed to get a Motion To Confer allowed by the judge for my kids. Grant, unlike the other attorneys I had in the past, fully embraced this option and pushed for it hard. The judge allowed the kids to visit privately with him, and after more than an hour with each kid exactly what I had wished for years happened. I was vindicated and the judge shut down every angle that my ex was using to come after me yet again a full 4 years after our divorce.
Grant helped me believe in the judicial system again. He also helped me believe that the right thing will eventually prevail if you have GOOD REPRESENTATION! Do not make the mistake of thinking that all attorneys are created equal. Grant was the perfect fit for my case. He is young and energetic and gave my case a massive shot in the arm. He has a team of other seasoned attorneys in his firm that worked together on my case, and his enthusiasm was the secret weapon. It was such an amazing experience having him represent me and my kids.

Beverly has been a God sent Angel to our family. My daughter is going through and viscous divorce along with a child custody fight. I'm a sinlge mother and my son has severe disabilites that limit everyday life for a young child. I recently started tto get back on my feet when the unthinkable could ever happen to anyone that have children with any disability. My landlord was evicting me and my family for any reason he could come up with because he didn't want my son to destroy his property.
