We used Josh's services during the purchase of a house and then the sale of the previous house. He was meticulous at everything he did, from numbers and documentation to dates and location. He was responsive to calls and emails and stayed on top of things the whole time. Chris is an excellent and knowledgeable lawyer!
He took on my case with a very difficult property manager who refused to return my security deposit without showing me the rental townhome first.
I met with Chris on a Wednesday and on the next day Thursday, Chris said that the property manager agreed to return my security deposit. Chris was extremely efficient and prompt with handling my case! I highly recommend Chris who is a very professional and understanding lawyer!

Jacob Silver is an outstanding attorney! My partner was dealing with bad debt and went through a hard time with not being able to make ends meet. I found Mr. Silver on google and saw the amazing reviews and had my partner make an appointment ASAP. Within 2 months Mr. Silver did everything with paperwork, meetings, etc. for the bankruptcy as he felt necessary and let me add that he is always responsive and available for questions when his clients need him because my partner would email at some random times and always received a response! My partner is now debt free. This was such a big weight lifted off of both of our shoulders, and I am happy I found Jacob Silver. Thank you for giving my partner a new start in life. From the initial consultation Todd made me feel calm and that he was there for me. He knew just how to keep things light and when to crack a small joke to keep me in good spirits. He lead me through the process step by step and made sure I felt supported. He kept things level headed when they could easily have escalated. Specifically, in our 4 way meeting my ex husbands attorney came in like a bull dog ready to fight and he calmed her and the situation down instantly so that we could get through it without any tension or uneasiness. Plenty of other firms that will treat you with respect and compassion. Stay away from this place!!
Absolutely HORRID / UNPROFESSIONAL experience with Brandon. He had left me a voice message to return his call as they had received my contact info from another firm which I submitted to an inquiry to for a legal case online. I returned Brandon's phone call the very next morning and he began berating me on the phone as to why I didn't answer his call when he called and why I didn't call him back right away. I said are you serious right now? It was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a company in which I was a potential client for in my life. He kept going on that I didn't answer his phone call and I didn't call him back right away. This "lawyer" is unhinged and off his rocker thinking he can treat / speak to people in this manner.
I returned the call the next morning well before what is customary in business of 24 hours, even so, I AM THE POTENTIAL CLIENT!! He then questioned me demanding an answer as to why I didn't pick up his call or return his call the second he called. IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHY I DIDN'T ANSWER AN UNKNOWN PHONE NUMBER OR WHY I RETURNED YOUR VOICE MESSAGE THE NEXT BUSINESS MORNING!!! I was dealing with my stomach disease being in bed all afternoon in excruciating pain after leaving my job. THAT IS WHY I DIDN'T ANSWER ANYONE'S CALL YESTERDAY AFTERNOON YOU INCONSIDERATE (I want to write an explicative term but I am more professional than that). ESPECIALLY AN UNKNOWN NUMBER!!!
I was dumbstruck in shock of this actually happening. If you can imagine being questioned by a stalker ex-girlfriend / boyfriend, this was it.
If I yelled at my customers in my own profession for not immediately answering my calls or calling me back immediately, not only would I have no customers, I would be out of my profession! I then said well I don't want to work with your office if this is how you treat clients and before I could finish my sentence he hung up on me.
How dare you speak to me like that berating me when I am the one has been dealing with traumatic event in my life which has caused a cascade effect in my overall health. This is one of the most preposterous situations I have ever encountered. This office is terrible for allowing this type of culture in their company. Stay away from this place. There are endless law firms out there. Just google another one so you don't have to experience this insanity.

Watching so many of William Mattar’s funny commercials, I never thought I’d be needing the assistance of his office. My son made the call for me as I lay in the trauma unit at Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital after a car crash close to my home on Christmas morning 2023. The folks at the Law office were kind, considerate, efficient, and checked in on me frequently. The case had a very good resolution and I’m very pleased with the results.
