I personally had a great experience with both Wes (representing me) and Vanessa’s (assistant) assistance throughout my court case. I don’t recall who I did the initial meeting with, but it was very professional and I couldn’t beat the price. I believe this was the most reasonable pricing for anything that I have needed legal service for in El Paso. I will say initially, I felt as though communication was “far and in between” and I am a person who prefers frequent communication. What helped with me was emailing them both and they would respond to me in a timely manner to my questions. Any questions I had they were both able to answer, and though at times I thought I may have known best Wes would come to me with great reasoning. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. Thank you.
I will add:: We do have to remember that the legal system goes at its own pace and as much as we want things to speed along, the ones who represent us can only do so much in that regard; they are also at the “mercy” of the courts.

If you want to win a case , just HIRE someone else. Your life and future is on the line. He was just lazy Throughout my whole case , I was humiliated during my trial he never once put my side of the story out to be heard. A few seconds after I was found guilty he was already sitting down stuffing his face with pizza, laughing and having a good time right in front of me , This is not someone you want to represent you if you care about your record your identity and future. I am not the type to leave any reviews but this was my life and my future I was fighting for my dreams of becoming a constable are shattered atleast for the next 5 years.

Being detained and taken into custody is an extremely traumatic experience. It's during those times that you need an experienced legal team to be by your side in court. For myself it came in the form of a 3 AM stop where I was soon sitting in a patrol car waiting to be transported to the magistrates; by the time I was allowed access to a phone there were only 2 numbers to call: my family to tell them I won't be home for supper and The Locke Law Group. Being tightly shackled in county lock up, surrounded by 80 other detainees is trying and exhausting; but even after a full 24-hour-no-sleep-detention, I knew the long day wouldn't be over until I spoke with Shannon on the phone. After some time, Shannon, Javier, and the team at the Locke Law Group were able to represent my side of things fully and got the case closed and dismissed. Como no isieron nada y el abogado de mi esposo fue con el abogado Castillo el dia 16 de abril el dia 17 ya tebia puesta la demanda. Fui a preguntarles y a decirles si no se van a mover devuelvanme mi dinero o parte de el $2500 aparte muy despotas sus asistentes en esepecial 1 de ellas. El abogado me dijo No te voy a pagar nada xk yo hable con abogado Castillo ya . El caso que ese fue su MAL SERVICIO.... estoy tratando de resumir mi Mala experiencia. Espero muchos paisas no pasen por esta oficina. No confien en ellos . Aveces es mejor pagar mas con un Verdadero abogado que con este tipo de "personas" que no hacen nada y al final Roban tu dinero.

They have represented me in the 3M settlement. They told me the letter was sent to my bank on 5 September. They also said the were I constant contact with my bank. My bank has not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails and called 3 times. They have yet to call or respond to my inquiries. As of 24 Sept I still have not received money from them. If I could give a negative star it would represent my feelings toward these scam artist.

I would not recommend this Law Pratice to my worst enemy. They do not follow up or return phone calls. When you first consult with her she sounds like she will fight for you but actually doing the work I'm not sure.
I have had to threaten if she can't handle my case then I will go somewhere else, at this point she finally gave me a call back. I have never experience such an lack from any law office I've worked with. I've left countless voicemails we started a simple case in August of 2024 it is now the end of October and I'm not sure what is going on with the case.
I have used TX legal for this matter and because of her lack I will also be contacting them today to let them know how working with this firm has gone. Please be aware and don't hold your breath.
