Matthew coordinated a settlement with my landlord over an illegal, unsafe apartment violation. Before working with Matthew, it was an incredibly stressful situation and my landlord was not taking the situation seriously. Matthew helped me resolve a dispute with a landlord who wanted to break my lease to sell the house I had recently rented. It was a difficult situation as I had barely settled into my new home. He and his staff are super nice and really pay attention to every detail, and they made this process so easy for me.
I leased a beautiful new 2022 RAM 1500 right off the showroom floor. But within just a few hundred miles I was already taking it in for repairs. I took it in 9 or 10 times in less than two years.
Thankfully, I have a lemon-law lawyer in the family, so I called Doug to see if I had a case. He had me gather every work order (pre-work) and invoice (post-repair) and email them to him. The service department didn’t have any problem emailing copies to me, either. THAT made everything so much easier, too.
I did have a case, and in a phone consultation, Doug walked me through the process. The whole process took about 6 months. And now I have a small chunk of change that I had not expected to have.

After refinancing a property, The title company messed up in
recording of our quitclaim deeds. It seemed that something was wrong. We informed the tittle company. It took a while, going back and fort, the tillite company claimed that it was fixed.
By now we lost the trust in accuracy of the deeds. We needed an expert to review the documents.
Marc was very personable and knowledgeable. He reviewed our documents and told us that everything was ok.
He answered all of our questions and explained relevant details.
He was very professional and friendly. We felt very comfortable.
It seemed like we were meeting a caring family member.

In short, some people tried to take a lot of money from my elderly cousin who has dementia. And my cousin had no will or trust. Relatives got upset and before I knew it a dozen lawyers were involved. It was unpleasant to say the least.

I arrived in the United States in 2019. I failed to pass the interview in 2021. I found Lawyer Wang. After waiting for a long time, I finally went to court on June 4, 2024 and passed the interview. I first consulted with Kevin in 2018 when I was suspended from my job as a nurse and reported to the BRN. From the first meeting, it was clear that Kevin is extremely knoweldgeable and skilled at what he does. He expertly advised me on what would happen next and steps that I could take to be proactive in helping my case. Kevin fought hard and advocated for me at every turn. Throughout my BRN case he kept me informed and prepared me so well for each meeting or hearing. With Kevin's help I was able to have minimal probation requirements and keep my recovery cost low. This was hugely helpful financially and logistically- as BRN probation requirements can be very time consuming and costly. Most importantly Kevin reached out to let me know that I was eligible to apply for early termination and again fought so hard on my behalf. My license was restored early and I am so grateful to Kevin and his team for helping me to be supported and informed during the process and get my life and career back to normal as soon as possible. If you're facing licensing issues or probation- you may hear that you can navigate the process without representation but I DO NOT recommend this. You need a lawyer who truly knows all the ins and outs of the process and when and what to advocate for. Kevin is the best there is. I also have to acknowledge that his entire staff is super responsive and efficient. With Kevin and his team you get great representation but you also get a genuinely caring team and approach as well. Cannot recommend them enough!!

My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. Our landlord was insisting that we sign a new lease for 1 year (our initial year was almost complete) and we kindly asked for a month to month contract. We were excellent tenants who took care of the house. Normally a landlord can refuse and we all move on. But this was during covid and we had no intention of moving. Eric ameliorated the situation through suggested courses of action without ever having to file a claim or do any formal proceedings. He is patient and really knows real estate law.

Eric is a great attorney. We retained Eric as our counsel for our mortgage transaction. In short, he was superb and everyone should retain him.
To be more specific, his knowledge of real estate laws, especially the CA building and safety code(s) helped us tremendously. His replies were always in detail and he addressed all my concerns, including any hypos I presented to him.

First off I want to say that I feel very blessed that I was recommended to Amy, I have a Special Needs Trust that my parents left me when they died .In the Estate & Will they named my sister Susan as the Trustee of my SNT, to make a long story short my sister was not impartial with me and we both had conflicts of interest.
