Elif worked on my wife's case around 2013. My wife had been previously married on a conditional green card, but returned to her home country without properly closing her GC when the marriage failed. When I met my wife I was an expat living outside the US, and we found out she had a deportation order that was a few years old even though she had already left the US. So getting the court to reopen her case required knowing the ins-and-outs of the system. Elif knew exactly what to do and filed the correct joint motion to have my wife's deportation order terminated. Fast-forward to 2021 and my wife just successfully received her US naturalization document. We filed for this on our own, however they reviewed the prior court motion Elif had prepared and everything was in good shape. Thanks!

My case was a disaster. I and my wife received removal orders from immigration court . I had no hope to get relief. Because of reviews I choose Attorney Kelles to appeal my decision in Board of immigration. The work she done for me, I have no words how thankful I am to her. Because the way she explained my case to BIA , my case of approved and my wife's case remanded back to immigration court. ( I live in new England, 3000 miles away, so was not able to get her services for immigration court) Even though my contract with her was over. Adam is great! He's very easy to communicate with, stays in touch as things progress, explains how the process works, and explains his fees upfront right off the bat with no hidden costs. I was extremely nervous, but he handled everything quickly and efficiently. I found him because he was one of several attorneys who sent me mailings after my case was opened. I liked him best because after talking with several offices it was clear he wasn't one of those corporate legal machines just trying to rake in cash from me. He was being straightforward, to the point and communicating with me directly; unlike the other offices where it was more like a call center person trying to sell me legal services as if they were phone plans. I'm really glad I chose him!

Disarmingly confident about making sure my case will be dismissed. Took the time to explain our steps and with covid hitting my initial case date, it took almost a year and 3 reschedules for my case to be finally dismissed. I didn't have to chase after him for updates, he kept me informed closer to each scheduled time. Money well spent for peace of mind. Do highly recommend!!

We had a Lemon of a travel trailer purchased brand new. When we discovered that the heater had never been installed and could not be properly repaired by the dealer we hired Lemon Law. It took some time and patience but they were able to get us a full reimbursement . We were very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the people involved.

I bought a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 and after a few months noticed it kept leaking oil out the bottom of the engine. After a couple failed attempts at the dealership to fix the problem I knew I had a problem. I googled lemon law and I came upon Lemon Law Pro. They had the highest stars and and I didn’t know anything about lemon law so I gave them a call. They were so professional and straight forward about what the process looked like. They were able to completely resolve my issue and I was able to return the truck and and be properly reimbursed. They have the most polite staff and truly felt like they empathized with my situation and fought hard on my behalf to correct the issue. I strongly recommend, and have to friends, their expertise. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with just an attorney who wants to rush the process but rather a friend who was there ti help me. They deserve 10 stars but Google only has 5. A big thank you goes out to them for their great work!!

After some disappointing experiences with attorneys, a mutual friend recommended Robert. Best thing she did for me. He is thorough, well prepared, quick and decisively efficient. Robert has handled (and won) all of my business legal problems with crooked contractors and businesses. His Morales and Ethics are unapproachable. He usually won't take a case if he doesn't champion the cause. I've seen him work and I wouldn't want to be on the other side.

I had little success with my case prior to hiring an attorney. The only compromise being made was by me which only empowered my ex husband. The success that I did have was the divorce itself. I gave up a lot for the legal parting of ways with my ex husband but he wanted my misery, and he went above and beyond to hurt me and make my life difficult . I am the least likely person to do the things that he was accusing me of, in the presence of strangers or meeting people for the first time it was difficult knowing that their only idea of me is coming from a man intent on taking my children away because that is the most pain he could inflict on me. My ex created a narrative about me that described a horrible mother a horrible person in general, court was very intimidating, he said everything that would make me look like an unfit mother. I was frequently rendered speechless in court, always emotional. My judge was not empathetic to an emotional display. I would leave court feeling defeated. I was getting nowhere. I began to realize that anyone could say anything about someone in court and bring them to court for any reason. After four years of court appearances I saw the light and hired Joe to represent me. The relief I felt after our first appearance was incredibly uplifting. I wasn't feeling defeated leaving court for the first time in years because Joe is in his element in front of a judge. Outside of court Joe is not a man of many words but what he does say is well thought out, honest and impactful. It's easy to tell someone what they want to hear or mislead a person to get their business. I was told what to expect and to be in it for the long haul which definitely was not what I wanted to hear, court is seriously costly. Knowing what to expect takes a lot of the stress out of the situation. I no longer have to speak to my ex-husband, he speaks to Joe and Joe knows how to handle the bitter ex and move the conversation forward which has been incredibly satisfying. Not only are we moving forward while my ex-husband’s stall tactics have been rendered useless. I have the right person to speak on my behalf, I couldn’t ask for more, Joe continuously finds tactful ways to convey to the judge the character flaws that made it necessary I get out of a marriage that had become a prison sentence. The huge amount of gratitude I have for Joe’s integrity and commitment to the outcome of my case and his unburdening me of the bullying and torment that comes with personally corresponding with my ex husband cannot be measured. There has been a positive change in my overall well-being that Joe has given me. Joe is a very talented attorney, he doesn’t just blandly write a response he composes a statement that better expresses my experience than I did for him. . I now enter the court room with confidence, I leave having made a step in the right direction and I see that there will be an end to this stage of life of frequent visits to court. There are times in life that require you to leave it to a professional. With something as personal as your time with your children being in serious jeopardy it is very hard to hand it over and trust that it will work out. Joe can be trusted to handle the delicate and personal issues of your life with great care while relieving you of the stress that can diminish your quality of life. I did not expect to know what it is to be relaxed again. Nothing compares to peace of mind. Hire Joe to represent you, bring peace into your life.

I had hurt my back pretty bad at the beginning of the year. The place I worked didn’t believe me and the insurance didn’t believe me either. There were days I couldn’t walk or move. Mr. Roberts really stepped up for me. Just being able to talk with him when I needed helped to keep me calm during the whole ordeal and he fought to help me be able to back to school and settle my case. He’s no nonsense and a straightforward person and that meant so much to me.

I was arrested for DUI in Alameda County. Marc was recommended to me by a family member. I did not know whether to hire him before the District Attorney would make a charging decision. Marc advised me to hire someone good to represent me asap because he said that based upon his former experience as a prosecutor, it was much better if I had a good lawyer plead my case before a charging decision was made. And also for the DMV hearing process. The DA decided to not file a DUI case against me!

I was facing a first DUI in SF with fines that would be a big burden on me. Marc basically got me a wet reckless which meant no fines, no jail, and I only had to do certain classes which is very doable for me. Marc also followed-up with me to ensure I would get my restricted license from the DMV.

We recently used Sarkis Babachanian when a family member of mine was being accused for a "hit and run" and charges were about to be filed when in fact my family member was the victim of the "hit and run" as it was the other party that hit our car and did not stay at the accident scene. Sarkis gathered the necessary evidence, started working very diligently with the detective who was investigating the case, had numerous telephone conversations with him, also had a face to face meeting and was able to get the file closed without any charges being filed. I was approached by my primary multi billion $ supplier to purchase my company. I was sure I could negotiate the deal myself and use a local Minnesota attorney for the details. After my first phone conversation I realized I was hopelessly out of my league. I was put in contact with a consultant I had worked with previously and he suggested I include Bill Cumming of Cumming and Associates as my attorney. What a home run that turned out to be. My stress level initially was off the charts when I saw the scope of the due diligence required to close the sale. Obviously, Bill handled the legal portions. He proactively told me not to be overly concerned about my legal record keeping because he knew most small business owners didn't have time to keep track of all the details and he could help me with that. The peace of mind that gave me was tremendously comforting. Bill didn't make me feel embarrassed that I didn't always do a good job keeping my corporate minutes up to date while trying to run my company. Attorney Jason Martinez was absolutely fantastic to me and my family throughout my case. When we first bought the 2015 Nissan Murano , we thought this was our last car . Unfortunately we started having trouble with the Forward Collission Avoidance System , which defeated the Cruise Control . After many , many attempts to have this repaired , we contacted O'Connor Law Group . We had experience with them on a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe , which we used the Lemon Law to return it . O'Connor Law Group advised us on what to do with the Hyundai and said if they gave us trouble , then call them and they would take our case . This was not the case with Nissan . They had us going in circles and did everything they could to deter us in our endeavors . O'Connor Law Group took over and we worked with them dilligently . After many hurdles we perservered and won our case . David and his team are the best , getting us every dollar due . I can't thank them enough for their hard work . Mark O'Connor and his team handled a very difficult case for me. I asked Toyota twice to take my 2018 Highlander back under the Lemon Law. It was declined twice. Even though there wasn't much precedent regarding my issues, Mark and his team went to work. They found all sorts of technical history to support my case. That, coupled with the expert he retained to assess and record the irregularities of the car, carried the day. Toyota had to buy the car back and pay me a substantial sum of money. As a budding entrepreneur I've had the fortunate problem that young growing companies face where there are too many responsibilities for a small staff to do leading to not having all the necessary policies in place to safely protect our company against unethical players. An action taken towards our company forced me to quickly need a lawyer to help represent us in a legal matter. Josh was recommended to me by my best friend who has worked with him before and was very satisfied. I had reached out to Josh a year ago regarding a review of a 1099 contract (which in the end fell through and so I did not contract him then). I got a very good feeling then as his responses were clear, quick, informative, personable and very helpful. When I reached out to him this second time there was a lot I needed to learn and decide in a very short time-frame. Due to our goodwill approach to doing business we had a lot more legal exposure in this matter than I ever would have considered possible for a small company wishing to do well by others. On the first call Josh was helpful in putting all the facts forward and explaining the various scenarios that could possibly play out and recommended a plan to follow to help resolve this as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Throughout 3 weeks of calls, emails, fact searching and finally a negotiation he was able to guide us through a very complex landscape of tricky regulatory legislature to reach a resolution that was much less expensive emotionally, time-wise and financially than anticipated (by a significant amount). This situation could have ended up costing our company a sum that could easily put a small team like ours out of business. As I expressed to Josh, I can now look back and feel gratitude that this unpleasant situation happened as it has allowed us to learn and put in place the necessary policies to make our company compliant with local and federal law to ensure similar problems don't occur to us in the future. Consulting a good lawyer ahead of time is like investing in a good insurance policy. Once problems arise having an excellent lawyer at hand to help and guide you is worth its weight in gold. I am thankful to Josh not only for the legal support he gave, but his humanity and the emotional support extended in dealing with this delicate and potentially harmful situation. I found the transparency and professionalism he practices not only in his work but in his billing a refreshing and unexpected surprise to the anticipated notions about lawyer fees. Though it is best not to need them, it is important to have a lawyer of trust and excellence as part of your team for if/when it is needed. I certainly could have waited to write this review until the lawsuit I'm involved in has wrapped up (I'm a defendant). Hopefully that will be in the next couple of months.
