Dimitri Gross came highly recommended and it was clear to me why, after I had the pleasure to work with him on what I consider a difficult case. A long-time customer of mine had become extremely delinquent and was refusing to bring their account to balance. After experiencing several months of futility, with a balance owing in the high six figures, I sought Dimitri’s help. Dimitri explained in plain English the options I had and how a lawsuit would proceed. He was very fair and reasonable with his costs and retainer arrangement. He was transparent in his communications with the opposing side and I felt like I was an integral part of the process from beginning to end. It was obvious to me that Dimitri makes it a practice to put himself in his client’s shoes and that he truly cares about those with whom he works. I also very much appreciated Dimitri’s prompt responses and updates throughout the entire process. With his outstanding efforts over a five-month period, Dimitri was able to recover 100% of the sizeable dollar amount owed to me by my customer, plus interest and all attorney fees. I could not have wished for a better outcome. Recovering these funds was certainly a goal, but with the questionable behavior of the customer over many months, there was never a guarantee that I would be able to recover the entire amount. So, needless to say, I was thrilled with the outcome. Dimitri is thoroughly professional, efficient, honest, and a good human being. Truly a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Dimitri, without question, to any individual or organization seeking legal representation by an attorney who proves in his performance that he is at the top of his profession.

Mark Wilson is the best attorney I have ever worked with. Mark and his team were extremely professional and empathetic in their approach to our situation. They are very efficient with their time and extremely knowledgeable. One of the most impressive things to me was the fact that they provided a budget after initially reviewing our case, and in the end they spent a few dollars less that they had budgeted. That HAS NEVER HAPPEN in all the years I have dealt with a number of attorney’s!! Our case centered on a fee dispute with another law firm, and was resolved to our satisfaction. After getting in a car accident Hovik was recommended to me by a family member. He immediately instructed me how to proceed and stopped the insurance calls. I was impressed on how knowledgeable Hovik is, and appreciated that he took the time to make me understand what was going on. Getting a larger than expected check from the insurance company was nice too. I hope I never get in a car accident again, but if I do I know who my first call will be!

Hovik is the type of attorney every client needs! He is on top of his cases, always super prepared and excellent at giving advice and guiding you thru the process. He was always there to answer any of my questions and always addressed my concerns. The more trust I put in him to do what he does best, the more amazing my results were. Got into car accident recently and was referred to Oganes by my friend. What could I say? Oganes is a remarkable attorney who has incredible knowledge in his field, who is always available to you and has your best interest. I was so frustrated and nervous after accident. We had a very messy issue with a Trust, no money to pay for legal fees and every attorney we spoke with turned us down without a retainer. Time was ticking and we began to lose faith. I did lots of research and spoke to different attorneys before deciding to hire Antionette. She was awesome! She connected with us right away. I had interviewed several lawyers before I picked her as my lawyer. She was the only one who called me back directly. The other lawyers had their secretary called me instead. She also had a novel approach to my divorce. Unfortunately, it didn't pan out. Throughout the case, she represented me even when she had to taged out of my case due to personal issue, she still helped me find a new lawyer. Her price was the most reasonable out of all the lawyers I talked to. She is not the type of lawyer who is trying to squeeze as much money out of you. She is very caring. Even though my case didn't come out as I would like, I would strongly recommend her as your personal lawyer.

Kathleen was my attorney for Divorce and custody case, She did an amazing Job in negotiating last minute! She literally did a “Hail Mary” minutes before Trial she struck a deal on my high conflict ex that saved me Thousands of Dollars. She always kept her cool and calmed me down when I felt like I was loosing everything. Kathleen is a tough attorney and I pray I never ever need an attorney again but if I do she’s my girl! I consulted with many attorneys before and after her but I knew the moment I met her she was the one. I made the mistake of ignoring my gut and went with a way more expensive attorney that someone recommended because I assumed “You get what you pay for” although that may be true in some situations… Not in my case. With my first attorney the retainer was gone within first couple courts dates , had I kept the other attorney I would have lost thousands of dollars. Kathleen wasn’t just trying to get a pay check she was actually trying to help me she actually cared. Attorneys are busy people they have a lot going on and I sometimes felt discouraged when I didn’t hear back from them seconds from me emailing or calling I remembered they are busy and I just had to be patient and usually the things I emailed them about where just me being anxious and worried so if it was something that really required immediate attention they would respond immediately! But when it was just my anxiety I think they saw that and let me be until I calmed down and I see that now and appreciate it. Plus I did email them A lot I will admit that. I’m very thankful to Kathleen and her staff for all the hard works and stacks and stacks ( atleast 2k pages) of paperwork During discovery they had to look through. Highly recommend Kathleen on your side in Family court.

My wife and her ex had agreed to have her son come back to her when she settled back into Florida. In 2020 when Covid hit he saw that he started to get stimulus checks for the boy and refused to return him in addition to hitting her up for child support. They handled everything. Kathleen had a plan and executed it perfectly! In front of us, because we had to fly to California for the hearing. I spoke to a social worker in regards to the stability of their home life when they aren't with me. Being concerned about my daughter, and the inconsistency of her lifestyle which concerned me quite a bit whenever she would take the kids or present a different new boyfriend/place to stay.. (for the most part I have raised them/they lived w/me) I began to get concerned about how they were being affected by her irresponsibility as a parent. Later to find out that they were not attending school, and my oldest grandson taking on the babysitter role and would get in trouble for his little brother in which he became a totally different kid (quite angry about his whole environmen) he was told to lie to me if I asked him questions. My grandson started to call me when his mom would sleep/ or wasn't home and he would tell me things. I convinced my daughter to let me take them to live with me during the week so I can enroll them back in school and fix the inconsistency again time passed and they were safe with me; She started telling me things when she didn't get her way, trying to manipulate saying she was taking the kids from me (*if I talked to her about lying, and being irresponsible etc...) I got to the point that I needed to help these kids before she really screwed them upore and swore to look; nyo things and if she ever got into trouble shoplifting etc... I would use it to my advantage. The social worker referred me to Legal services for children and I started to work on getting guardianship and soon enough she went to jail. They were great, they helped me so much with everything including emergency paperwrk for serving her in jail for restraining order etc .. they came to my home to talk to the kids and I. They made it smooth like butter explaining everything!!! So glad she recommended this place. Perfect for kids who eed help!!!

Dealing with the death of a loved one is hard, dealing with an untimely death that necessitates litigation is beyond comprehension when you're grieving, but it's sometimes the choice you need to make. Our family had no experience with lawsuits and that's daunting. Kathryn, Karman and their entire team gently guided us through every step of the process. Everything was explained in a thorough but easy to understand way, making us feel cared for and confident in their expertise. What to say about Goldie... She is a pushy, strong, fights for your side and will not stop. She is a powerhouse. There is nothing that my now ex wife wouldn't do to try extort money from me and being dishonest with the judge was also a normal thing for her to do along with her lawyer who also did not tell the truth. In the end, Goldie was great and got me divorced and also ended the crazy with my ex. I am free no matter how much my ex wanted to be married to our divorce to punish me. I am so thankful for Goldie as she always set me straight and was my rock.

Goldie always listened to me. I was divorcing my husband and we had 2 young kids together. No matter what the other side did, Goldie would fight the fight for me. She would say things to the judge that I could not believe she remembered I told her. She knew all the details. The other side would hire and fire lawyers. Each lawyer was worse and they would just lie to the judge to try and get something. Goldie always prevailed. She won the war for me and I am now free and I have sole legal and sole physical custody of our kids. She is truly a miracle worker. I love you Goldie.

Wow!! Beth is exactly what I needed to save my career. She is extremely knowledgeable of military law, and a lawyer who gives it to you straight! I used her for my ADSEP process and she never once sugarcoated any of the process to include her recommendations, the possible outcome, and her plan of attack. Jag Defenders have certainly shown me and my family the value of never giving up and pushing through to persevere no matter how hard it may seem. Bethany was absolutely amazing in helping me for the past two years. I had served for over 20 years and went through a court martial and later a BOI where I was discharged out of the USMC with an OTH. I had lost all my benefits and retirement, adding to it, job searching proved a real challenge. It was not easy for a while finding work and taking care of my family, but I knew that Bethany and her team were working hard behind the scenes. This is a long road, but one worth fighting for. In the end, she helped me get all my VA benefits, including my disability rating with back pay from my discharge date. She then succeeded in getting my OTH reversed to an Honorable status with a new DD-214. I gave over 20 years of service and now I have my honor restored, benefits obtained, and no fear when it comes to background checks or having to ever again explain why I did not have an honorable discharge. On a drill weekend where I was meritoriously promoted, received Sailor of the Quarter, and where my mentor flew in to tack my rank on, I also popped hot for DAMP. I was spiraled for a month not knowing what to do. A buddy from a previous command gave me the contact for Bethany Payton-O'Brien, and told me to contact her immediately.
