I was recommended to Jon by a friend in seek of a lawyer who could help me establish my business partnership. It was very important for me to be represented by someone who understood the tone of terms I was looking to create in the contract. I wanted to be represented well and also keep a peaceful negotiation between my future business partner and I.
Jon was amazing in hearing my concerns and providing the right steps, guidance and legal stance for me to move forward confidently and propose my terms for the business partnership. He found a lot of loop holes in our partnership agreement that would have greatly worked against me and was able to provide the solution. We Hired Nick to help us with an issue with the Solar company. Nick is super knowledgeable and aggressive and he’s great at keeping in communication with you and letting you know exactly what is going on and what to expect. Earlier this year I entered into an agreement for an HVAC Contractor to do some major work on my home, but the contractor failed to complete the scope written in the contract. I refused to pay until the work was completed, but the contractor filed a mechanic's lein on my property. They dodged my contact attempts and seemed determined to take my home.
In a sea of personal injury lawyers on the market, I was lucky enough to find an attorney that new contract and construction law through and through. Immediately after my first consultation with Nicholas, I knew he was the man to get it done and felt relieved immediately.

Dealing with legal stuff can really tie you up in knots, but Simon Law made the process bearable. Had to sort out some paperwork that felt like it was written in ancient Greek to me. Their team was patient, broke everything down so even I could get it, and they were on the ball with all the deadlines. Felt like they actually had my back the whole time. My mom wanted a will and trust created for her but she didn't know where to get started as far as finding an attorney to do the work. I'm a do-it-yourself kind of son, but for this I knew that wouldn't be wise because I didn't have any experience in such matters and I've learned the hard way about the hazards when overlooking details. On top of all that, I don't live in Los Angeles, so I had to ask around among attorneys in my professional network in my locale for a reference. KC's firm was offered up as a good place to give a first try. Well, I didn't need to go any further! Wow, KC is a great attorney and what a great team. The legal processes and requirements were laid out in a very logical fashion with plenty of time for questions from day one. I am in the 4th quarter of my case as pro se litigant. And time is running out. My case goes to trial March 4, 2019, and I am beyond exhausted. I had a telephone consultation with Mr. Eanet last week, and he was very responsive, reassuring, highly efficient, and got to the meat of my case, very quickly. It is unfortunate that I did not find him sooner. He has it! to secure a win in any simple/complex case. You can just tell when you are talking with someone that KNOWS how to win, and he does. If you want victory, he is the attorney to call. I could not afford to hire him because of the high retainer required when a case is so close to the trial date (4 weeks), but he did give me a referral to another attorney, and I should know soon if this attorney will be able to help me. Mr. Eanet is very professional, empathetic, helpful and beyond capable.

Probably one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He really is a godsend.
Originally, I had an older lawyer, and he was not doing a good job at all. Three years in court with no results. I fired him and Hired Richard.
In less than a year Richard got the 4 unit apartment building transferred into my name that my mother had left me in her will. He really took it to the opposing council at trial. We are waiting for the Judge's decision now. I feel optimistic about the outcome. So glad he was recommended to me. He is worth every penny

I was referred to Richard by my mother’s previous attorney. When I called him, I needed a legal guardian for my elderly mother to make sure another family member was not pressuring her to do anything against her will. She needed objective legal advice and Richard provided her with that.

Richard was able to work with my brother and I during a conservatorship proceeding regarding my mother. We were at conflict with her second husband. Richard was able to deal with my brother and I as we got emotional during the negotiations before we went to court. He helped us come to an agreement that was agreed to by both parties before the courts were involved. Richard also really seemed to be cognizant of the cost and in my opinion tried to keep it as low as he could for us. This was appreciated.

Sean is honest, kind and proactive – he lifted such a huge weight and worry off my shoulders. I felt backed into a corner, trying to defend my daughter and I by getting a restraining order on my own. I was naïve to the court process and thought I could do it on my own. He jumped in right away and helped me to see the situation differently to release the upset and worry. He worked with the other side to put out the fire rather than inflame it to run up his own fees. Sean’s integrity shines and I have to say…. I was prepared to write a good review for Sean Patrick because I could sense from the get-go that he is refreshingly honest and well intentioned but I was not prepared to write such a phenomenal review. I was truly blown away by his performance in the courtroom. Sean was retained very late in the game and a continuance was unfortunately denied but he did not appear to be any less prepared than he would have been otherwise. He was also not up against just one attorney but two on the other side, one of whom I understand has a 60 page resume and is "the best of the best" in what he does. Despite such impressive and intimidating representation from the other party, Sean held a perfectly calm assertiveness and nailed every point on its head to an extent that I honestly just did not expect. The other two attornies together probably cost 3 times what Sean cost yet I did not at any time feel that reflected in the trial. Quite the contrary, actually. I share this as a token to Sean for his great work but more importantly because I feel that people need to know who they can trust in the game of retaining attornies. Sean really is one of the "good guys, " which is unfortunately more few and far between than I would like to believe. If you didn't know this already, know it now: it is so incredibly important to walk into any attorney-client relationship with eyes wide open because (let's be honest) there is just so much senseless corruption and dishonesty that tends to be involved. After having been through the whole process with him I can genuinely say that Sean can be trusted. There were opportunities to where he could have taken advantage of the situation and claimed that he was owed more money than he was or created more unnecessary work for himself but he did not. It is refreshing to know that attornies like Sean exist. He is a great choice and absolutely first recommendation on my list.

At the beginning of my legal situation, I was representing myself and went between feeling unsure to fairly confident. This was up until the time when my husband hired a lawyer.
I felt completely overwhelmed and actually afraid. Too much was at stake. I knew I was no longer qualified to provide for and protect my children in the court setting.

I very seldom write reviews but I feel compelled to tell people what a great experience I had with Benjamin Fox at Hubert Fox Trust and Estate law attorney office in Elk Grove California. One look at their website and you will feel at ease before you even pick up the phone. Dealing with attorneys can be very scary, at least it was for me. After just a few minutes speaking with Ben about a Trustee issue, I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and he explained my options in a very straightforward way without making me feel like an idiot. This guy guenually wants to help his clients. After a extended vacation I came home to find my business had been served and missed the court date due to my absence. I recently posted a review of this attorney but my review may have been premature, as we were not yet finished completing our exchanges. Since my earlier review Mr. Hankin wrote to me again. He shed tremendous light on the one pressing question that baffled me, and he did so in a professional manner.
My initial aim was to utilize his services in the Appellate Courts, but it appears my case lacks the "teeth" for a successful appeal. If that were not my unfortunate predicament I'd most assuredly hire Mr. Hankin. Sometimes the devil is in the details. He's a details oriented attorney who takes the time to explain matters to his clients and prospective clients.
I can't speak to other areas of his law practice, but for anything pertaining to California Trusts or Probate matters he's the "go-to" attorney!

I cant say enough about how invaluable this phone call was regarding my situation with a second mortgage problem i am having.
