I have had the pleasure of having M.D., JD. Glenn L. Goodhart representing me in an unfortunate case of malpractice. This was in my opinion a clear case of malpractice, but never the less, your case is only going to be as good as the quality of your legal representation.
I believe that Goodhart's background as both a MD and attorney is a strong asset in medical malpractice litigation. Goodhart is smart, organized, knowledgeable, and he kept me very well informed during the whole litigation process. I had this firm on retainer for the last 6 or so years for a child custody matter as i live out of state at first they were great but since 2021 they started raising there rates and billing thousands of dollars with no communication with me when there was nothing going on in my case then when I dispute the charges it takes 6 months for the attorney to call me about it had a discussion about how to end the case and the fraudulent billing and was told she was going to fix the problem received a email a few days later that they were removing themselves from my case and refused to talk further just continued to send billing statements worse lawfirm if you have a case that isn't quick and easy
Beware anyone who has them or is looking at hiring them in the savannah area be prepared to be ripped off
Ps To owner maybe pay attention to your lawfirm and less about your podcasts and seminars
Im sure I'll get some bs auto response from owner just know I had too finish my case myself and did a better job with better outcome then with them representing me and didn't cost me thousands of dollars magic

I reached out to this law firm and I was contacted by this law firm. This was for only a review but once my case was reviewed the attorney called me and just wanted me to listen to what she had to say. Upon doing so I informed the attorney that I was the client and she wanted to inform me about what the other lawyers that I had previously had said.This is very unprofessional as far as client lawyer privileges she wanted me to only listen to what she had to say and did not want to listen to me. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone. A lot of attorneys are only out for their selfish motives and this is one. Very poor service

I reached out to Dawn Jones Law when my daughter was hospitalized. While hospitalized my daughter was injured and I was not able to get her treatment team to return my calls after numerous attempts and several weeks of worrying about her care. I retained Molly believing " she had my back". That's what she said. I left feeling relieved confident and thankful. She pulled me in with her eye contact I was so convinced I had an advocate. The opposite happened. I reached out over and over by phone as my court date approached. We were supposed to meet again to strategize to discuss discovery motions to compel at least that's what I was told. The next thing I know I get an email after showing up at the office being told that I was no longer being represented by Molly was a firm. But wait you had my back remember? We were in this together that's what you told me Molly! I should have gotten the message after none of my calls will be turned in 2 weeks but I just thought, it's an oversight. I demanded my money back $1,000 it took me forever to make that money but I was working hard to pay my retainer and my fees because my kids were at stake. I've never been so hurt or disappointed in my entire life. To be ghosted starting an attorney you believed in there's no worse feeling. Not to mention it happened less than a month before my court date if she didn't want to be my attorney of record why not just give me another recommendation? No that would have meant admitting fault and a possible refund since no work was done it was the worst experience I was so defeated and depleted after being on a high thinking I will get my kids back don't hire her the same thing could happen to you

Case is on year 3 and my lawyer and his office have done next to nothing. Have had to fax over the exact same paperwork hundreds of times that they misplace and they never have any answers for me. Lazy lawyer who doesn't know much about what he does. Again on year three and my settlement has yet to come through. Do not recommend him at all find someone who is professional knows what they're doing and actually cares about more than how much money they're making. Awful awful awful just want my money this lazy lawyer has held onto for three years now.
