In the darkest, early morning hours, I was driving to work, heading west on SR 52, taking the transition road to Interstate 15 north. Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in front of me, I see a crashed trailer turned on its side, blocking the entire single lane transition road. Because I did not have time to do anything but slam on the brakes, I unavoidably drove into the turned over trailer. I suffered a serious injury and am fortunate to be alive. I contacted a well-known San Diego “royalty” law firm to help me. They didn’t fight for me. As a matter of fact, they dropped me after the trailer’s insurance company sent the law firm a letter refusing to accept any responsibility for the accident and my injuries, and instead blamed me, the guy who is injured and innocent. Fortunately, a family member suggested I give Walton Law Firm a call because they had heard good things about Randy and his team. I called Randy and met with him and Wil. They heard me. Randy and Wil believed in me and took the case. They filed a lawsuit and were relentless in fighting to get me justice. Randy and Wil cared about my recovery and getting the absolute best result. Never had to deal with a situation like this so was a bit scared on how to handle it. I had a multi car accident, I was severely injured in and reached out to Heidari Law group in hopes of getting help with my case. I was rear-ended while driving my car. After the accident, I was in pain, I was concerned about my car, I was busier than ever at work and just completely stressed across the board. I was totally unfamiliar with attorneys or the legal process and saw TV commercial after TV commercial from all the huge firms promising the moon and felt totally overwhelmed and didn't want to make a phone call to any of those law firms. It was stressing me out even more. Through a friend, I was referred to Lowell Steiger and from the very first phone conversation, Lowell put me at ease and gave me an overview of how the process would begin and I knew I was in good hands. The next day, I spoke with Lowell's case manager Eric and he was very thorough in getting all details about the accident and was very easy to communicate with and that confirmed I made the right choice by calling Lowell. Lowell is honest and a "straight-shooter" and explained upfront that this was not going to be a quick process and I just needed to focus on getting better and he would handle the rest. And he did. After many medical treatments, physical therapy, etc. I slowly got better over time because I was consistent and followed my doctor's recommended treatment plan. I am almost back to living the life I had before the accident and can't believe after about 9 months of hard work and perseverance (both me and him), Lowell won the settlement that was deserved! Lowell and his team are tenacious, they are easy to communicate with, they had my back through the entire journey and did an excellent job in settling my case against the other party's insurance company. Lowell is an amazing lawyer! A dear friend of mine saw a video of me, when I was stuck in an elevator with my son. He immediately referred me to Lowell. Lowell was everything my friend said he was and more. He is not like most lawyers. He is very hands on. He always contacted me directly. I did not have to go through gate keepers to speak with him. I began searching for an immigration lawyer back in 2020, following a denial of political asylum after my USCIS interview. After consulting with several lawyers, Tina stood out as the one who immediately inspired confidence. She consistently provided clear answers to all of my questions, maintained regular communication, and despite her busy schedule, never made me feel like I was wasting her time. On the contrary, she always took the time to thoroughly address even the most insignificant questions. Today, I had my Individual Hearing after waiting for 4 years. Prior to the hearing, Tina and I had multiple meetings that were not constrained by time, allowing for thorough discussions on all necessary matters. Tina also reached out to the department counselor before the hearing, and they indicated they would not appeal my case after reviewing it, essentially granting me a pre-approval. As a result, my hearing lasted no longer than 20 minutes before the long-awaited “granted” was given. I’m so grateful to Tina for her professionalism and patience throughout this process.

I was in the difficult spot of suing my old employer. The attorney that I hired circled Melanie in, because of her specialty and good ways of business. From day one Melanie felt like a great fit. We had an initial consultation, to be sure we all were on the same page. Then, Melanie went to work. Yes, she went through all the evidence, including every email I sent for a couple years, and read so much of it that she knew my job in and out. She asked me some insightful questions and the absolute best part, for me, was that she was supportive. There were times I could not recall specific context or details. Melanie did not grill me or cause me to feel bad; instead we would talk about the job and often I would remember what the email was about. She also went out of her way to track witnesses and gather relevant information that didn't feel significant to me, until she would explain the “why’s." It is very stressful to deal with the legal system and there are very few that can live in that world remaining kind and thorough. Melanie is one of them. I had a very solid case, yet, I am older and the stress of being exposed to such ugliness for years felt burdensome, at best. We settled for an amount that my old employer felt, so I hope they change their ways. Melanie helped me walk away feeling like I might have helped point bad practices into the right direction, and I felt ok about not going to court and dragging the drama out for 3 to 4 years. She sees the value in peace of mind but she also felt like a safe wall between “them” and me. Yep, I recommend Melanie Rasic Savarese a lot. Melanie is an extraordinary attorney. From the moment I spoke with her I trusted that she would analyze my case and and look at it from both sides. Once she was taking care of my case I left it her capable hands knowing she had my best interest in mind. I was able to close the door, focus on healing and trust that she was taking care of things. From reading her other reviews I see that my experience mirrors those of her other clients. How she is vested this much in each client is amazing. She wasn't just about gaining a favorable decision, she was genuinely concerned about my well being. Unfortunately, I had suffered an injury caused by being on the wrong side of a car accident. I highly recommend Vanessa and Dolan Law Firm. After being injured on my bike and hospitalized by a careless motorist, my expectations for any kind of justice or settlement were low because I did not have the motorist’s name or information. Despite not having high hopes, I filled out Dolan’s intake web portal with the details of my injury event. After some phone conversations, I met with Emile Davis at their Oakland office (this was prior to Vanessa joining their team) to discuss the accident, and Emile walked me through the different scenarios and outcomes I could expect, which was very helpful and informative for me as someone who had never taken any previous legal action. Vanessa connected with me soon after she joined the Dolan Law team, and she was professional and clear about how she was going to move my case along. After my medical treatments concluded, Vanessa worked to put together a strongly documented and effective case and kept me informed the whole time. Vanessa’s willingness and commitment to my case was reassuring for me, especially considering the fact that at that point some time had passed and we had still not yet managed to track down the motorist who had injured me, and my hopes for a just resolution were dwindling. I was later incredibly relieved when Vanessa and the Dolan Law team succeeded in finding the motorist’s identity and then brought the necessary documentation and paperwork to the company that the motorist had been driving for. I was in an auto accident while visiting family in Southern California with both cars being totaled. It took a while to decide to contact an attorney. Karthik Krishnan was the second lawyer I consulted with about my case and I wish he had been the first. Upon consultation with the first lawyer, who mislead me, I made a decision that would impact my case negatively. When Karthik got involved he brought in his professionalism, intelligence and expertise with him to the Van Nuys court. Even though my case also had to do with Canadian immigration it did not slow Karthik down, he was always prepared. Karthik remembered details of my case, with immediate answers and rebuttals. He even had knowledge of the Canadian immigration portion of the case. All of which, he just knew, without shuffling through my file. Karthik was always prepared and knows the law.
