We had a great experience working with Mr. Liao. He was so knowledgeable and try to accommodate us at a time that we requested. When my mom and I had into car accident, my husband contacted his office and got us an appointment to speak with Mr. Liao. He listened to us with no rush. Process our insurance claim and guide us every step. Even prepared us before our deposition. Our claims got settled but since we didn't really get much with insurance he even waived attorneys fee. After reading many positive reviews, I connected with Allister after my mother was hit by a San Mateo Recology garbage truck. The truck completely totaled her car and left her traumatized.

First off Allister is awesome! I came to Allister about the time my statute of limitations was running out and he quickly jumped into action to make sure everything was filed before the date. I was rear-ended while stopped at a light. I had a headache from the impact but after exchanging information, I was able to drive away and considered myself very lucky... Tried to shake it off but in additional to headaches, the dull aches and pains in my back refused to heal, and then a few weeks after the accident, I was informed by the insurance company that my car was being declared 'a total loss'. The other party had admitted fault but I was unable to afford proper treatment or even a comprehensive exam since I had no health insurance, was unable to work, and had limited cash. I had still not retained a lawyer since I'd had a bad experience in the past. Unable to cope, I finally started calling lawyers and that led me to Nick. I am so glad I found him. He immediately got me checked out by a legit doctor who set me up with effective treatment for my spinal injury. When it came time to settle he was able to secure a settlement that was many times more than I had expected. Nick was efficient and personable, great to have in my corner during a very difficult time.

I needed help setting up and S-Corporation for my business and someone to review a purchase agreement. As a first time business owner I had a lot of questions and Kris was always so quick to respond and make sure I understood everything. Steve was brought in to take make case to trial by the attorney that I already had who had been working on my case for years. Apparently, the word was that Steve is one heck of a trial attorney, and I trusted my current lawyer for his recommendation. I got to know Steve in the year before our trial, but I got to know him much better when we sat next to each other for 2 weeks as he tried my case to verdict in Downtown, Los Angeles. I am 63 years old and had a very bad neck and shoulder injury due to the negligence of the defendant in our case, which required 2 surgeries. After a 2 week trial the jury awarded me $2,200,000. I was more than vindicated by the verdict and shortly thereafter Steve asked me what I thought of his performance during the trial, and this is what I have to say about that:
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines the word CRAFTSMAN as "one who has skill in a particular art; a man who practices a craft with great skill."
I can tell you first hand that the word craftsman surely describes the elegant and compassionate legal work and preparation of Steve and his team. Comparable to an Old World Master, painstakingly educated in the most intricate skills of his legal craft, Steve's extraordinary representation was nothing less than masterful.
I can truly compare the manner in which Steve tried my case to the work of a Michelangelo sculpture or a Da' Vinci painting…is was a masterpiece in every sense of the word. Steve paid attention to the smallest detail, and didn't overlook anything. In fact, Steve was so well prepared for the trial that at some point it was evident that the defense attorney was learning things about the case for the first time.
Also, the technology Steve used during the trial was mind blowing. The manner in which Steve presented the evidence through the use of technology, such as animations of my surgeries being narrated by my actual surgeons, and the reconstruction of the horrific collision that herniated 2 discs in my neck that was prepared by an accident reconstruction, was very impressive not only to me, and the jury, but also to opposing counsel, who several times during our trial leaned over to Steve and said "you gotta teach me how to use that stuff after this trial is over."
Those who choose to do battle with Steve and underestimate his talents, do so at the considerable risk of suffering his wrath. It was more than a pleasure---it was a honor---to have Steve represent me in court, as he is justice personified. He not only put his legal mind into it, but it was evident that his heart was in all the way.
After four very difficult years of pain, suffering and frustration and a 9 day excruciating trial, we both sat should-to-shoulder at plaintiff's table, anxiously awaiting the verdict. As the jury verdict was read and the realization of our victory became apparent, I dissolved somewhat embarrassingly into tears, only to immediately feel Steve's comforting hand on my shoulder. It was only then I realized that Steve, too, became very emotional himself. It was a long and hard fought battle and a tremendous victory.
Steve Vartazarian is a very special man with unique skills, firmly rooted in family and tradition. For me, he goes by many names:

My wife and I were lucky enough to find Steve Vartazarian soon after he opened his own office, after a successful run with a Beverly Hills firm.
There was little interest in the product liability of hip cases in early 2011 when we first approached him. The case was a long and exhausting one for all concerned as it involved 5 hip replacements, several dislocations, two serious hip infections, eventually ending up with a ‘temporary hip’. It took almost 5 years to get to trial as the defendants moved the case out of the California courts, but Steve kept moving It back and never lost his focus . He has surrounded himself with a small staff of knowledgeable and committed professionals, all of whom performed tirelessly on our behalf.
Our case was a milestone, as Steve was the first attorney to bring a specific major manufacturing company to trial. He was totally prepared, with every imaginable detail at his fingertips, and some things no one had considered. We had been impressed with his medical knowledge during our many meetings, but how he used that knowledge in trial was awesome. His cross examinations were lessons in themselves. Airbag and seatbelt restraint light
My name is Cameron and I had a BMW I three rex I just purchased the vehicle back in June 2020. A week after I bought the vehicle my seat belt restraint and airbag light came on. I am mediately took it two the BMW dealership where I purchased a vehicle they told me it was fixed after a few days and gave me my vehicle back roughly 2 weeks later the light appeared again. I took the vehicle back to the dealership where this time they kept my vehicle for just over a week. They returned my car where I drove it for approximately another week and the light came back on for a third time. At this point I was becoming very frustrated with the service that I was receiving from BMW because I just purchased this vehicle and I have two young children that ride in this vehicle with me and the car is indicating that there is something wrong with the seatbelts and the airbag.
I did some research on the Lemon Law through Google and that is where I found Brett Shainfeld, Esq. I called his number and spoke with them over the phone telling him a story about my car. I felt confident after our conversation that I had found the right person to help me with my lemon law case. All of the paperwork was done via email which was reassuring given all that has been happening with the pandemic in 2020. I was in a MVA and i didn't have any car insurance. I called many firms and Jennifer was the only one that would take my case. I also mentioned to Jennifer that a part of my body was injured and I would need great future medical expenses, which I thought was a long shot. I realized my case was very difficult given my circumstances, but Jennifer accepted my case nevertheless and she advised me the best options I had. I had work and i needed time to find a doctor but Jennifer waited patiently. To my surprise Jennifer was excellent at negotiating and she got me a wonderful settlement amount despite my circumstances, and I believe this is the best possible outcome there could be. I could not thank Jennifer enough. To those of you reading my review, my advise is that many 'big firms' spend big bucks on advertisement and in the end customers are the ones paying for it. Big firms also hire paralegals and assistants at low cost to do all the work (including negotiation), and the 'real lawyer' would only talk to you on the phone for 10 minutes on the day you call, so do not expect to receive professional service and care. Jennifer doesn't spend much on ads, she trusted me and showed me that she cared about me and my wellbeing instead of just making a profit. She also addressed my concerns promptly and patiently and it meant a lot to me. Her kindness, not just her skills, makes her an extraordinary lawyer. I traveled to California in July of 23 and met family members staying at a rental unit.
