They also referred me to a nearby medical facility which gave me excellent medical care without me having to pay any out of pocket charges. John and his staff were always responsive and attentive to me during the case. My phone calls were always answered promptly. What an experience it has been. I was rear-ended at high speed by a truck on the freeway. My car was smashed and both my wife and I were both hurt badly. Things only got worse when my own insurance company tried to delay my claim while they “investigated” what had happened.
I said enough is enough. I got out the phone book and found John Burns in the yellow pages. John Burns and his excellent staff got things moving right away. They got a fair settlement for the damage to my vehicle. They also helped me to get the treatment I needed and they got me a fair settlement for my injuries. I was in a terrifying accident. I was hit by a car while crossing the street in a cross walk. I was knocked into the air, and my head actually hit the car before I was thrown to the pavement, I was badly hurt, with injuries including a broken collar bone, a concussion and numerous abrasions. Emergency Medical Services took me to the emergency room and I had to spend the night in the hospital. It was a painful injury and it took time to recover.
I knew that I needed someone with experience to handle my case. John P. Burns and his Orange County, CA team knew exactly what to do. I had never been involved in an accident. I take great pride in my driving record and have not had moving violation tickets, no accidents since I’ve gotten my license 20 years ago. Until recently when I got rear ended while at a stop light. I was recommended by a friend and he recommended I contact Asa Yashar. I cannot say enough how thankful I am when I met Jacob Emrani. Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident three weeks ago and Jacob was so helpful and consistent, from start to finish. Before I finally called John, I was nervous. Because, well I’m a worry wart by nature. During our first conversation, John helped ease any worries I had. He laid out a game plan and a couple scenarios in which my case could potentially play out. What I really liked about John is that he was very upfront. He didn’t immediately promise me he’d get me everything I want or my money back guaranteed! John was upfront, sensitive, reassuring, extremely knowledgeable and understanding of the stressful situation I was going through! And a lot of lawyers say, call me any time, I’m available. They’re not or they’ll get back to you days later, John and Claudia were honestly always available. If for whatever reason they weren’t available at the moment, they would get back to me very quickly. At the end of the day, John went above and beyond, won and got me everything I asked for and lifted what felt like 10,000 pounds off my shoulders! I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. He is involved in all the cases in his firm. Every Wednesday he conducts a meeting with his associate attorneys to consult and monitor their progress and provides them with his expert advice when necessary. I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. Who said you can't recover on a Diminished Value Claim? I was rear ended on the Golden Gate Bridge. After seven months of runaround from the at fault Insurance Co. resulting total unresponsiveness, I made one call to Sami. I sent all of my documentation and emails to him, and wallah! After a very painful and traumatic experience at my apartment in my first week living in Los Angeles, Lou was there to guide me every step of the way to find justice.
