After getting in a car accident Hovik was recommended to me by a family member. He immediately instructed me how to proceed and stopped the insurance calls. Got into car accident recently and was referred to Oganes by my friend. What could I say? I travel alot on business and rely on my license. I recieved a notice that my license was being suspended due to an unpaid citation. I contacted central coast criminal defense and explained that I had never recieved a ticket in San Luis Obispo. I'll be honest, I thought no one would believe me but I was wrong. Kit listened to me and told me he would contact the court immediately have them pull the original citation and work on proving someone had stolen my identity. I put all me trust in this law firm and they delivered. The warrant was removed and ticket dismissed and my license was saved. A few months ago my son, who was living in California at the time, was arrested for Grand Thief of an Automobile. Not knowing anyone else living in California and being located on the other side of the country, I had to find a lawyer to represent him. I performed the usual internet searches and came across Central Coast Criminal Defense (CCCD) and I read about the firm.
After reading up about the firm I was convinced that they would be my best chance to be able to help my son in defense of the charges against him. Cody Christiansen and Kit Westbrook fought very hard in defense of my son. Since it was his first offense they were able to get the charges reduced to Joy Riding which is a misdemeanor. This saved my son from a felony charge and possible jail time to only a three year probation.
I am very satisfied that I chose CCCD I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great criminal defense attorney. They will work hard to get the best possible outcome for the charges against you.

Alex worked with me after I got into a head-on collision where the other driver was at fault. Unfortunately, the other driver's insurance was very stingy, and I didn't know how to pursue the case since I have never been in an accident like this before. Thankfully, Alex was an efficient, knowledgeable, and honest attorney. I never felt like I had to wait on him -- he was constantly working on my case and updating me on the progress. Alex is a very straightforward and hardworking attorney. I got into an accident that severely injured my back and I tend to just let things go easily until the insurance called me and offered me $200 for the personal injury. At that point, I went on Avvo and found Alex so I decided to contact him and see what are the steps to take forward. Within the day, he got me into a chiropractor, he had texted me from his personal phone number both in and out of office hours to answer any questions or concerns I had about the case. This was my first experience actually calling a lawyer for a car accident and Alex didn't treat me like a customer throughout the process but he treated me like a friend and he did everything in his power to get a settlement out of the most stubborn and most complained about insurance company. For years, I was under the impression that attorneys are cutthroat and just straight to the point. First , after going through this workers comp ordeal I would not encourage anyone to try and navigate through that without a Attorney !!! Silberman and Lam got for me exactly what they told me they would ! I really appreciate the service they provided. I would encourage anyone to retain Silberman and Lam if you have a Workers Comp case and allow them to do their work and be patient and sleep well cause its going to be worth it in the end !

I was injured in a bike accident. The driver was sitting in his car and opened his car door on me as I rode by. Ended up at the ER with 6 internal and 6 external stitches in my neck, an inch away from my carotid artery, a sore wrist which a MRI revealed to be a slight tendon tear and abrasions on my knee and hand, plus a sore shoulder. The driver's GEICO insurance tried to refute my claim saying I was 50% at fault for not looking to see if a driver was in the car. The police report said he was in violation since I had the right of way. I initially contacted a larger law firm I saw advertised on TV. They referred me to Braid.
Braid was great. He told me these things might take a while, but to be patient. GEICO initially offered to only pay my medical expenses, then a little later expenses plus $7K. Braid advised me to wait because he was sure he could negotiate more.
Eventually he negotiated a significant settlement, much more than I ever expected. The whole process took 7 months. I highly recommend him.

Before I chose Braid's office, I had done extensive research about legal firms specializing in motorcycle accidents in the San Jose and SF Bay Area locations. I shortlisted a handful of them and talked to them before I made my final decision. I am glad I chose the Law Offices of Braid Pezzaglia.

I meant to write this review a while back, but I got sidetracked. Recently, I was reminded about my past car accident and so I wanted to take the time say what a pleasure it was to work with Jahrmarkt & Associates.
As I stated earlier, I had been involved in a car accident and John Jahrmarkt and his team were able to get me a monetary settlement I didn't think was possible.
They worked very hard from start to finish. Tyler was assigned to my case and he always kept me in the loop with updates on my case. They assisted with finding an excellent rehab facility for my injuries from the accident.
These is a very professional team. They work with the utmost integrity and compassion.

Wow, not really sure where to start. I thank my lucky stars every day that I was fortunate enough to find John when I needed an attorney. Is he a great lawyer....you betcha! But whats even better is that he's just a great guy! In 2011 I moved I to Los Angeles from Detroit. I was not working, staying with friends, and had no health insurance. I had been in the USA about a year Two weeks after I arrived to LA I was rear ended on the Ventura Freeway by an uninsured motorist from El Salvador. I sustained injuries and approximately $6000 in damage to the car I had had less than a year. The only mileage on it really was from the drive from Detroit to LA. Long story short Michigan is a no-fault state and their insurance laws are a 180 degrees different from California's. AAA my insurer John sued for negotiating in bad faith. Anyways John navigated the two-state difference in law, got me the medical attention I needed, GOT ME LOST WAGES when I wasnt even employed and then got me the MAXIMUM SETTLEMENT allowed under my uninsured motorist coverage. Meanwhile the whole time John kept me in the loop, worked like a pit-bull, took a genuine concern that I was receiving the best medical attention, and sought to get me the best settlement possible. John has the ability to listen, never waffles when asked direct questions, and IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE. If there was a way to make it better it eludes me??? I can't stress enough that if you need legal assistance John is your guy!! I'd give him 6 Stars if it was possible!!!!

Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. "I was sitting in a booth in a La Marada restaurant when a car came crashing through the walls of the restaurant and slammed into me as I was eating lunch. I guess the driver lost control of his car. Anyway, I suffered a broken hip that required surgery and then had to spend 30 days in a rehabilitation home. I went to The Reeves Law Group for help. The lawyer I consulted at the law firm, Neil Berry, told me that it might take some time because of insurance issues, but that he would get me all the money I deserved. It took a while because we had to go against three different insurance companies, but the attorney was as good as his word! He got me all the money available under all three insurance companies. These guys are great.

Su represented me as my defense in an extremely difficult and high stakes 2.5-year case that ended in trial. Plaintiff, plaintiffs counsel and plaintiffs peers conspired to embellish and fabricate “new facts” for a favorable outcome and Su was able to expose Plaintiffs embellishments and craft an impressive argument around conduct and credibility that ultimately won over the jury with $0 granted to the plaintiff! On top of this, Su took my case extremely personally as if it was her being sued personally taking on a full office of plaintiffs counsel seemingly with ease. California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled.
What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!
