Farshad represented me in a personal injury case where the insurance company I was dealing with pushed back when I requested compensation for real costs such as lost income and gas costs for driving to/from dr appointments and treatments. I highly recommend Farshad for legal representation - after taking my case he did an excellent job of:
- taking over all communication with the insurance company

We called David’s law firm when seeking a Santa Rosa criminal defense attorney and he gave is helpful legal advice and he was able to answer all of our questions. Even though my brother’s criminal case was in Santa Rosa Court and he was not from California, the process the Law Offices of David Chesley had of dealing with the court was very smooth. I came to Mr. Terhovsepian for a second opinion about my accident case. You see my experience with lawyers has not been very pleasant including the current one for which I sought the 2nd opinion. I was referred to Terhovsepian law by one of my dear friends who has also had a case with him and learned about my struggles with my current lawyer. From the first interaction I felt comfortable and he was very calm and explained the process but first and foremost he listen to me for almost 15 minutes before he started advising me. I spoke to a social worker in regards to the stability of their home life when they aren't with me. Being concerned about my daughter, and the inconsistency of her lifestyle which concerned me quite a bit whenever she would take the kids or present a different new boyfriend/place to stay.. (for the most part I have raised them/they lived w/me) I began to get concerned about how they were being affected by her irresponsibility as a parent. Later to find out that they were not attending school, and my oldest grandson taking on the babysitter role and would get in trouble for his little brother in which he became a totally different kid (quite angry about his whole environmen) he was told to lie to me if I asked him questions. My grandson started to call me when his mom would sleep/ or wasn't home and he would tell me things. I convinced my daughter to let me take them to live with me during the week so I can enroll them back in school and fix the inconsistency again time passed and they were safe with me; She started telling me things when she didn't get her way, trying to manipulate saying she was taking the kids from me (*if I talked to her about lying, and being irresponsible etc...) I got to the point that I needed to help these kids before she really screwed them upore and swore to look; nyo things and if she ever got into trouble shoplifting etc... I would use it to my advantage. The social worker referred me to Legal services for children and I started to work on getting guardianship and soon enough she went to jail. They were great, they helped me so much with everything including emergency paperwrk for serving her in jail for restraining order etc .. they came to my home to talk to the kids and I. They made it smooth like butter explaining everything!!! So glad she recommended this place. Perfect for kids who eed help!!!

Our family had no experience with lawsuits and that's daunting. Kathryn, Karman and their entire team gently guided us through every step of the process. Everything was explained in a thorough but easy to understand way, making us feel cared for and confident in their expertise. Karo is the most gentle, understanding attorney I've ever had, and he really is able to give you a picture of your situation from both the ground level, and at 30,000 feet. He was so good at informing me of all the contingencies I should expect to deal with along the way, and we talked extensively about those contingencies and how we might deal with them if they arise. When you have a lawyer who is able to give you insight into all the unexpected things that might pop up along the way, you feel much better prepared and much less nervous. Every other lawyer I've ever had just makes things worse and makes me more anxious than before I retained them. It makes you wonder "why did I even hire a lawyer at all if they are going to only raise my anxiety levels?" Karo was the exact opposite of that. He made me feel confident and sure of my position. But what surprised me most about Karo is that despite his gentle nature, he is quite a fierce litigator. And he is worth his weight in gold on so many levels.
