I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Martin Arguello for the last 4 plus years and he is a very knowledgeable attorney. He has an extensive background assisting homeowners and business owners with their fight against their insurance carriers to get the benefits to which they are entitled under their insurance policies. Before law school Mr. Arguello was an insurance adjuster. Who better to fight against the insurance companies than one of their own.

Mr. Hildebrand (Robert), is extremely careful and calculating while he prepares his demands (to liable party). He formulates any and all objectives he might encounter and establsihes remedies to such. He is very much so approachable as a human being and fortifies the client/attorney relationship. He ensures seeking the most monetary award in favor of his client and he is expedient too!!! I would not hesitate to refer anyone who has any Personal Bodily Injury questions/concerns to Robert. Not only is he my attorney but somehow he has become a new freind for life!!!

I am an attorney and cpa. I have a real estate dispute with another attorney about the meaning of various contractual provisions related to a disputed transaction. I found a case which I believed indicated my client had treated the transaction properly. Opposing counsel believed the case said just the opposite. I live 4 hours away from the law firm of Gordon & Elias, and you would never know it. I got hurt on the job "Fela" case Rail Road, I didn't know what to do and was really intimidated also to make a claim against someone as big and the Railroad,I did however know I needed someone with the knowledge of how day to day operations of the rail road worked....they do and it doesnt matter where you live ,you will be treated with respect and get the treatment needed. Michael Grinsfelder was top class from the first call I made to him, two days after I had my car accident. I was badly hurt in this accident and needed a lot of medical treatment. Michael made this process simple with access to a number of DRs that helped me get back on my feet again. It was all done in a very timely manner and I can’t thank them enough.
