I hired Mr. Armbruster based on my personal knowledge of his skills and knowledge of the FELA law. His staff and Law partners are in my opinion, seconed to none. They handled my case with profesionalism, and personal concern. These were very hard times for me, as I had a great deal of pain from my injury, and had the stress of income loss to deal with. Mr. Armbruster and his office never let me down. Any problems that came up were delt with quickly, and correctly. My doctors and debtors too had confidence in Mr. Armbruster. Atty. Novasic represented me and my husband for injuries we got when we fell walking into a big box store. We are senior citizens and never went through anything like this before. As a single mom I was stressed after my son and I were in a car accident. After talking to Aaron he assured me that he would take care of us. I had a fabulous experience with this law firm although. Broken teeth, damaged cartilage in knee when a car turned right on red hit me. I hired Ed from as the result of a referral from my family law practice. At the end of a very emotionally messy and financially devastating divorce, I had no other option than to file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. My family law firm was very confident in Ed's abilities. Now at the end of that financial journey, I couldn't be any happier that Ed represented me. Ed walked me through the process step by step and gave me clear cut and concise expectations. The bankruptcy process seemed so daunting to me until he broke it down into a language that I could understand. Before the hearing, Ed let me know what I could expect from the trustee. He kept me calm and collected given the circumstance. As the hearing proceeded, I realized that I had been fully prepared and had nothing to fear. My bankruptcy was fully discharged without and unreasonable delay. Ed is extremely helpful to my family law attorneys in relaying the tedious details of bankruptcy law as it pertains to property and equity. Ed worked very hard to get the best possible results for paying ALL of the medical bills from the car accident when I was a passenger in the car that was not at fault. Not only did all of the bills get paid but he worked extremely hard to also get a settlement for my pain and suffering which I can then use to help with my college education expenses. He kept me informed on how things were going with the 2 car insurance companies. Since this was the first time I have ever had to be involved with an attorney, it was great that Ed made it so that I had so little to worry about because he took care of everything for me and used terms so that I understood what was going on all of the time. I was injured on the job and barely could walk and was offered a very low settlement by a company’s insurance rep. I felt it was unreasonable so I looked in the yellow pages under K because my last name began with a K. I saw John P. Kolb’s name and decided I was just going for a consultation. Extremely nervous I was greeted with a very warm welcome and immediately felt that I was important. After one hour with John, I realized I need this lawyer in my corner. John took the time and explained my case in words I could understand. I Never felt rushed. I signed with John and my life changed. During my 2-year case John kept me updated as my case moved forward. I had John as my lawyer in a hotly contested divorce proceeding which featured the withdrawal of the other side's lawyers during the case and the hiring of new ones midstream. John Malevitis guided the case through to a quite favorable settlement and conclusion for me. I have since hired him for various other business related matters. P.S. I asked John about the negative rating on Avvo received by a former client and I was advised of the client name, so I looked it up on the Court docket and found that in fact John had attended Court on her behalf about 30 plus times and that finally he had to withdraw when she was not cooperating with him and failed to attend Court as required. I don't understand how someone could publish these inaccuracies without first taking the time to look up the Court docket as I did!
