Caitlin was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped guide me through a pretty complex adult disability/guardianship case. I wish I had brought her in from the beginning, but she got up to speed quickly and made great progress for us once she joined the team.
Communication was frequent and thorough. If I had questions, she was there with an answer and direction. Her prices were fair and clear. I wouldn't hesitate to lean on Caitlin and her services again.

After paying almost $10,000 and providing all documentation Caitlin dropped me. She promised to help me find another attorney that would take payment. The only 2 names she provided either declined my case or requested $10,000 up front. Please don’t waste your time.
**Edit- after several phone calls and research with other attorneys, I have a much better understanding of how convoluted this process can be. My particular case was very detailed and Ms. Kidd advised me to the best of her abilities given the circumstances. I cannot in good conscience leave a one star review and have changed it to 5 stars.
Ms. Kidd knows what she’s talking about and was very clear that she would no longer be able to continue with my case due to the motions filed by opposing counsel. I appreciate her honesty and am very grateful for her hard work. Any fees paid are comparable to other attorneys and I would recommend her and the law firm.
These cases can bring out the worst in people and I would never want my comments to have negative effects.

Just to let you know Mr Bates is one of the most professional lawyers I've came across in a long time. He takes his business and his firm quite seriously and I like that as a customer or client. He is direct honest and he doesn't play any games that I also like. He will fight for you as long as you're willing to keep up the fight with your own side of whatever you're going through. It's not a one-sided deal it's actually both are interaction and within emails text message or one-on-one personal experience in the office. I would highly recommend Chris Bates for any of my future problems or incidents that come across in my life. All I can say is he did an excellent job with my case of handling everything right down to making a smile on this client's face. I could not ask for someone to be so thorough and yet so professional and everything that we had to go through with the certain case. You should be able to give a 10-star rating of Excellence. This attorney held on to my case for (5) years and dropped it, she had all of the information she needed to win. This attorney lost photos, medical records and videos (she said) she kept asking me to ask doctors to replace medical reports, I had to pay for my own medical care and I'm still going to the doctor for my injuries. I believe she went to court without me and lost my case, I don't know if she was bought out and walked with the money or not, I do know, she's not to be trusted with anyone's case, she gets a thumbs down from me.

Nan handled my disability case back in 2003, and I just recommended her to a friend of mine. She won my case for Severe Rheumatoid, and I gotta say,she's one of the best attorneys that I've ever met. She took my case and rode it to the finish line. The woman was always on the ball. I had another lawyer before I switched to Nan. That lawyer did nothing at all for me. I'd get paperwork in the mail from Social Security that I had no idea what to do with. I'd call the lawyer to asks questions, but he was never in and would never call me back. Nan, on the other hand, called me every couple of weeks, just to check on me. I really appreciate the time she took with me. At a time when it felt like no one cared, having her call just to check on me realm meant alot. I can't recommend Nan enough!

Hessig and Pohl were recommended to us for our very serious personal injury suit by a friend of the family. I just want to say they were the absolutely most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They would not reach out to us we had to call them and then it would be days even weeks returning our calls. This went on for 10 months.The lady I spoke to would always laugh about me checking in every 2 weeks like she had suggested , only to be told we don’t know anything yet, we can’t find out anything from the other insurance company. 10 months and there was zero movement and zero information to report . Our medical bills were over $300,000 so this was no small case I had been given Mr Hessig’s cell phone number which was the only way I could speak to him, and was always told he would have someone from the office return my call. After 10 months I received a call from the secretary to tell me that they would not be able to handle our case because Hessig and poll were dissolving ! And they could refer us to someone else! They knew there was a problem with their law firm but chose to not inform their clients until the last minute. This was Mr Hessig’s decision. So if you are looking for a law firm to represent you for something more important than a parking ticket - move on!! BTW we did go with another law firm who had our case completely settled in 30 days!

Michael Sullivan has been very professional and helpful. I called him about a problem I was having and I put it on his chat on his website and he called me right after I sent it. He sent SSI a letter and got them to expedite my SSI court date. I just got my court date a couple days ago and I haven’t been to court with him but I have faith that he will come through and I will get my disability. He has done his job so far. And everyone I know that has him they got there disabilities. He’s business and he’s not going to waste his time on something he do t think he can win he’s all about doing his job and he’s serious. Jay Prather took on a challenging case for my Minnesota client who was injured while in Kentucky on a work trip. A semi tractor collided with our client’s rental car and caused life altering medical problems. As the Minnesota attorney, I needed to find a good trial lawyer licensed in Kentucky.
