Really three weeks later as I'm retaining them. If that was the real cost why not tell me the upfront? Shady bait and switch! If you want your money to be taken then hire these people.

So basically, I met Brent "In-Custody" on my 5th DUI, I was looking at serious prison time. A good friend of mine recommended him to me years before and actually ended up hiring him for me when I was in jail. At first I didn't know what to expect because he walked into this sh&$storm of DUI cases and I couldn't get a read. Long story short, he got me OR/PR'd with no bail and about 2-3 months later all but 1 DUI were dismissed or negotiated down to a wreckless. It may be more accurate to call him a magician, but either way, I would definitely hire him. I would recommend him to my family, friends, or anyone cause he is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for a good attorney because you just found one.

This firm is a money grab. They will charge you$210 for a 2 minute consultation to tell you something you already knew. Quote you at one price then when it’s time to do business they will quadruple the price. In my case they originally quoted me $1000 to get one misdemeanor sealed on my record then when I came back with the paperwork they asked for they told me it would be $4,000. Never refunded my $210. Stay far away from this firm they will rob you.

Horrible place. Want $500 to even talk to you. Won’t answer any questions beforehand and won’t even tell you the attorney fees. I made one phone call after visiting this place and found a firm where the consulting is free. This place is sketchy. Like I said ZERO information prior to them taking your $500. Not even general information… Find yourself a good lawyer that isn’t just after your pockets and is actually genuine not like this place.

I’m so glad I was reffered to this law firm ! I was facing 1-6years in prison with 4 felonies and a misdemeanor due to my firearm, and I can’t believe the results I got! Kristina and all team helped me so much in this case where I got everything pretty much dropped to just a misdemeanor with no jail time! I can’t say it was cheap for what I paid but I can assure you that it was worth every dollar and especially avoiding prison! Also Richard one of the lawyers that’s part of the team that handles some of the cases was just beyond Amazon! Awesome guy kept me in the loop about my case I know I was a headache in the beginning just because I was scared but Richard and everyone there was fantastic! Richard is an awesome so if you guys have any questions ask for him! You know it’s a good law firm when a celebrity “blue face” is also being represented by them! I (luckily) haven't had to deal with many lawyers in my life, but this location is a complete joke. Norma Jean is the first person you'll, unfortunately, run into and she makes it known from the beginning that you are inconveniencing her and she can't wait for you to be out of her face.
I went to speak with an attorney, and for whatever reason they weren't in the office, I asked Norma Jean when they should be expected back and she immediately snapped back, "How would I know? I'm not a secretary!" I was surprised at the reaction so it took me a minute to gather my thoughts, but she managed to throw, "Is there anything else?" With the same horrible and unnecessary attitude. I just wanted to get out of there at this point, so I just asked for a card, I got a sigh out of her (of course), and I left.
Afterwards, I tried calling the number on the card multiple times over at least 2 weeks to schedule another meeting and I just kept getting sent to voicemail. Finally, after weeks of hearing nothing from these attorneys, the issue was resolved and about 3 days after that, the attorney's assistant finally decided to return my call.
I was shocked by how unprofessional, rude, and uncaring this 'professional' attorney's office was. I will never waste my time and money on them again and I recommend no one else does either. There are much better lawyers in Las Vegas.

On the evening of September 24, 2023, at 6:15 p.m. I was driving to my work as a night shift nurse at UMC as I have done 100’s of times before. I was traveling from my home in Henderson north on the 95 freeway to exit at MLK Blvd. At the 95/MLK off ramp I waited for the light to turn green then turned left onto MLK. I was then T-Boned by another vehicle traveling south on MLK that ran the red light. The full front of his car had severe damage. The right side of my car had moderate damage but was undriveable due to damage to the right front wheel. I got out of my vehicle and approached the vehicle that struck me. He appeared to be intoxicated. He was attempting to leave and was speaking to me in Spanish. Then in English he told me “We go, no police.” I called 911 and a brief time later an NHP officer arrived. He took my statement and called for a Spanish speaking officer to come and speak to the other driver. A Spanish speaking officer arrived and spoke to the other driver. The NHP officer gave me a report number. At this time, a friend or family member of the second driver arrived. They did a little work to his car then drove away. I could not drive my car due to the damage. My husband arrived and called AAA to have our car towed. Once my Adrenaline, calmed down my back and shoulder were hurting, and I went to the St. Rose De Lima Emergency Room from the accident scene where they performed a CT scan, X-Rays, and prescribed pain killers. I went home and rested and lost five days of work. I went to St. Rose Physical Therapy for 23 visits over a three month period and had three follow up doctors’ visits. Our car had $3745.40 worth of damage and was repaired by Frank’s Auto Body. We paid a deductible of $500.00.
I was hit by a driver who was a Mexican citizen with a Mexican driver’s license. He was driving a car rented in Mexico. He had an insurance policy for the rental car with an office located in California.
We contacted the Ed Bernstein Law Office the day after the accident because they have an office near our home. We provided them with the police report, photos, road maps, etc. They contacted the insurance company of the other driver and told us at first they were not responding then later told us they refused liability as their driver claimed I had run the light and his was green, which was not true. He hit me, he had severe front-end damage, his speed was fast enough that his air bags were deployed, my damage was on the passenger side. There were no witnesses, and the police report did not indicate who was at fault since neither officer witnessed the accident. Our insurance company, USAA, after their investigation declared we were not at fault.
After six months the Ed Bernstein law firm informed us they were dropping the case as there were no witnesses and declared it to be a He said/She said case that they could not win. We disagree as the relative damage to each vehicle clearly shows the other driver hit me. I feel the Ed Bernstein Law Office gave up too easily without fighting for me. It took a month from the time of the telephone call informing us that they were dropping the case to when we received the certified letter dropping the case so I could proceed with another law firm.

I was given a recommendation from a very dear friend of mine who had used Rebekah to represent her in her divorce. I was having some issues with child custody with my ex-husband. Sometime this summer I decided to give her a call and ask her some questions regarding my situation. Mind you, I had never met her and she went above and beyond to give me some sound advice. A few years ago (2018), I contacted Michael Reason, and he replied almost immediately. Details of my case were very personal but he gave me excellent and sound advice, was always available and everything worked out smoothly. The case did not go to court but was instead resolved by Mr. Reason. One of the things I liked about him the most was the manner in which he covered every detail, so I felt very comfortable. I utilized his services again, briefly, in October of this past year, for some assistance and a consult again. I give him 5 stars for intelligence first, then thoroughness, plus the ability to organize everything competently.

I retained Michael to work on my custody case that is still pending. His office staff never knew what was going on with my case and neither did he. I had to constantly remind him what my name was and what our case was about. I received lots of calls from his staff telling me he wouldn't move forward with my case until they got a payment. The payments had already been made and were lost. When it came time for our first court hearing, Michael sent another attorney that was sub-contracted in his place. I didn't know this man or know anything about him. And he sure didn't know a thing about my case. The one thing this other attorney did know was MY EX!! As he and I entered the court room the two of them saw one another and bantered back and forth for 15 minutes. My ex used to work for this attorney years prior. And come to find out, this attorney was a credit repair attorney not a family law attorney. I was livid. I asked the attorney to continue the hearing so that I could speak with Michael and work this all out. The attorney denied my request and went ahead with the hearing, making crucial mistakes. When I called to confront Michael about the situation, he turned into a real jerk and refused to do anything to remedy the situation and demanded that I pay off my bill with him and he was firing ME. What a joke. This guy is a complete quack. Don't waste your time or money on this completely incompetent "attorney". Last I had heard, he wasn't even practicing anymore. Thank God!

Hands down this man knows his law practice! He knows the government, state, and all for the judicial system. My Uncle was at one time Chief District Attorney of a major country in a large state ( I do not name due to being family) My Uncle referred me to Mr. Travis Barrick. I also studied law while in college. This gentleman makes sure he knows his law practice and is also updated to any changes in the government and state laws. Hands down I would always recommend him highly among other practices. He will always fright for the right of truth and justice for his client. The staff is also very friendly and very prompt to answer any questions pertaining to a case or potential case. They are great people!!

I met Mr. Barrick in Clark County "Veterans" court, he introduced me to his buddy and the both of them got my VA claim sorted-out and filed correctly, after years of hearing there was little help the VA Healthcare system could provide me, with Mr. Barrick and his staff's help I was re-evaluated by the VA and given an accurate disability rating. I went to the VA for help after 8yrs of service as a medic in Spec Ops. After years of injuries and bad-memories, after having a VA (narcoleptic) psychiatrist fall asleep in a session, the lies and delayed service I met someone who could help me. Worth lawyer in Vegas he doesn't fight for you he just want your money he's lazy he doesn't get the paper work on time he doesn't communicate with the client he has speech problem and memory problem is because of the stroke. This man is a joke I went to him for help and I sware he was like the attorney for the company I had a complaint with. This man is a lawyer and had no idea who the ERC is smh. You have better look going to court yourself and handling your case. What lawyer do you know that receptionist says he's in his office everyday from 9-5 and takes lunch at 2. Real attorneys are usually in court and not in the office for 8 hrs a day 7 days a week. I don't recommend this man at all.

She had to consult with the senior partner to see if they could take the case on contingency. I never heard from her again. I called and called but she had always "just stepped out". Finally I just arranged to stop at the office and pick up the case documents I had given her, I finally did receive a letter offering to take the case for (a rather large) retainer and $200. to $300. per hour. Oh well, so much for justice for "the little guy" .

Contacted Bowen Law firm a few weeks ago and Sarah was interested in our case and told us she will contact us in the next few days. Now after 5 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails to get an answer we are still waiting. Time to find a new lawyer. This one is obviously either to busy or has no interest in your case even though she pretends otherwise.

The worst Attorney I have ever used. I am being billed frivolous charges and not even receiving return phone calls from Dean or his assistants.
After sitting down with Jackie his assistant last week, at her suggestion, due to his continued absence. I was told I needed to wait 4 business days to get a follow-up on the letter on both cases, motions and further counsel...when I called yesterday Sept. 14th back to back, I was hung up on!? What's worse is Jackie his assistant talked to my ex-wife and whatever she said to her was a disadvantage to me because right after that phone call, My ex-wife claimed she didnt agree with the Stipulated Order and decided to jump ship and get an attorney...and Dean DIDNT CHALLENGE THAT EITHER!
This is ridiculous and I want a full refund for every dime that My girlfriend and I have given to Dean. He never did anything. He has taken over $3000 from my gf and I and he hasn't filed anything. He was late to every appearance. He has not represented or defended me at all in either of these custody cases. Dean Kajioka is the worst Attorney I have ever seen and I will be filing with the state board so no one else can be a victim to his Bullying antics. May God Forgive him for his evil actions.

Retained attorney Dean Kajioka for a civil matter.
Dean Kajioka filed a lawsuit on my behalf and that was it.
A year later I receive a call from a different attorney saying she worked with Dean Kajioka and was handling the matter. Three months later after many attempts of trying to reach Dean Kajioka a different attorney calls me saying he works with Dean Kajioka and he now is handling my case.It has turned into nothing but a nightmare for me, I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State Bar of Nevada. In our case he never contacted the dr.'s and hospital that treated my wife at the time of the accident although he repeatedly promised to do so and LATER CLAIMED HE HAD done so. This negligence resulted in numerous liens and judgements appearing on our credit report that would not have been initiated had normal procedures been followed as promised and ok'd by us which was to give these suppliers a lien on the future settlement. Every one of the suppliers said they normally accept these arrangements and wait to be paid from settlement funds. Ask to see a record of how many cases he has actually taken to trial. No lawyer wants to end up in trial TOO OFTEN but NEVER ?Cold and uncaring . .
