I must say I have all good news I must be real I work for local 20 live n Brownsville nyc most people look at me n won’t take me serious ,Mybe be my appearance . Don’t know but they was sent by god I went 8 months hurt at home no real treatment no body would touch my case don’t know why. I know Norm from the gym we train at together, and he's a vivacious, tough as nails sparring partner. I imagine he must be the same way in his work. I called him one time to ask for legal advice regarding another friend. The advice was outside of his normal field (employment and contact stuff), so he said give me a little while. A few hours later he called me with a ton of information that helped immensely. I was shocked, since previous legal aid whose expertise was contact law didn't provide some of the information norm gave me in a few hours. 10/10 I would recommend him to anybody for anything.

I cannot more highly recommend Josh Bogaty and his firm for Long Island real estate transactions. I am myself a lawyer, but do not handle real estate transactions. I was looking for experienced real estate counsel to handle the simultaneous sale of and purchase of residential real estate, a stressful situation that's like trying to thread a needle, with a lot of potential pitfalls. Josh came recommended from a colleague and I'm very glad we found him to advise us in the process.

I suffered a knee injury at work 4/2018. Over a period of months my knee weakened & I was told by my doctor, I needed a replacement. My employer disagreed. I had no idea on how worker’s compensation worked.
I sent the same email to 7 attorneys. Only one responded-Jeff. My email was full of dates & names of who was told what & when. It also contained my employers responses. Jeff said the detail & amount of information in my initial email made my case. Jeff walked me through the process.
After the first hearing establishing my case, my employer denied my claim.
Jeff told me exactly how to respond & what to fill out. He was caring & patient. He returned calls & responded quickly to email. He Took time to call & explain what forms were coming in the mail & what they meant.
It took a couple hearings & an IME to authorize my claim & get my knee replaced. Jeff was there the entire time. He was patient & explained everything along the way.

I was kind of stunned. In shock really.

I am a big proponent of social media and word-of-mouth recommendations and after repeatedly hearing Irine's name, I knew I had to contact her. Irine is a subject-matter expert on all real estate issues, and beyond. I had very difficult and atypical documents to review and Irine spearheaded this process by thoroughly educating me and making the necessary corrections that were in my favor.
