I met Mr. Fennell when I was searching for an attorney for a bailment case that exceeded $250,000. I had just fired my attorney for not understanding the case. I interviewed 3 other attorneys and was impressed immensely by Mr. Fennell's intelligence and directness when discussing the case. Most importantly he included me in the case strategy and management and not once did he talk down to me or not include me in important decisions and factors about costs. After a 7-day jury trial, Mr. Fennell landed a jury verdict awarding in excess of $300,000. Defendant appealed and Mr. Fennell won again at appeal. I am happy to report that not only did his firm secure the victory in court, they also collected every dollar with interest for me.

Vincent Albunio is an excellent attorney who really goes above and beyond for his clients, I'd trust him with anything, do not hesitate to call him. I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Vincent was nothing was "sugar coated". He also went to bat for us when we faced almost immediate inaccessibility to our coop, due to no provisions being made for handicapped persons while the building’s elevator would be replaced over three months. Mr. Albunio is an awesome lawyer for many reasons. First, he will not lie to you at all but will do the best he can for your case. Second, he keeps his clients in the loop at all times and lastly, his manner of treatment is out of this world. He was very compassionate about my condition and treated my husband and I with respect at every turn, never minimizing my feelings. Peter and the staff in his office helped us with a motor vehicle accident claim. He was always available when needed for questions. He was thorough and on top of everything throughout the process. There was 3 of us involved in the accident and when it was time to file the suit, he coordinated 2 other attorneys from outside his office so we were all represented without conflict of interest. This is a long process but Peter kept us informed throughout the entire process. While it does not help to get rid of the injuries and the pain endured on a daily basis we were able to reach an agreement for settlement with the insurance company. Margie Soehl is a top notch savvy attorney. She was recommended to us by a former client. She was not only legally savvy but also sensitive to my spouse's needs. For example, the injuries incurred as a result of the circumstances that led to the case, limited my spouse's physical abilities. She spoke to us about doing the necessary deposition over several days, as opposed to one marathon day that would have been superlatively challenging for my spouse. I contacted William for an injury to my hand. He explained everything and made feel at ease in an uncertain time. Beyond that he also explained that my particular injury was obvious and really didn’t require anything more than having the proper paper work filed. He also supplied the form numbers for that paper work and said his services shouldn’t be required. If they were, I knew he would be there for me.

I consulted Mr. Kistner for information on my workers comp carpal tunnel. He understood my situation and advised me on the law. Before I even finished explaining my situation he knew what was going on with my claim and what was going to happen next. Where do I begin? I spent 10 years battling a child custody matter with another Law firm and wasted several thousands of dollars. Mr. Meth and his team have represented me in criminal defense on multiple occasions, which admittedly does not say a lot for my character... I'm a young, stubborn and foolish man; blinded by my own arrogance and alcoholism and abhorrent decision making, I found myself making the same mistakes over and over again. Anyone who has been involved in the criminal justice system, whether you're the defense attorney, the DA, a judge or the defendant, you know that presiding judges do NOT look favorably upon repeat offenders. I first hired Meth law in 2014. From start to finish Mr. Meth, who always conducted himself professionally and respectfully to me, was able to navigate my case to a favorable disposition. In hindsight, what I respect the most about Mr. Meth's representation was that he did not just focus on the best outcome for me, right from the start he strongly encouraged and directed me to treatment for alcoholism during the case and even for after the case. Had i listened there is a good chance that the story would end right there, but alas, as i aforementioned I was stubborn and stupid. The following year I hired Meth Law again for a related, but not the exact same charge. Again Mr. Meth was able to get me a very favorable disposition. Seeing the behavioral pattern, he reminded and encouraged me to seek help and follow through instead of just half-assed participation and going through the motions. Again I didn't listen. Finally, in a particularly egregious and flagrant repeat of the original offense, I once again found myself in serious trouble (like the arraignment judge sets 5 figure bail on you kind if trouble) and in need of Meth Law's service. After barely affording the bail to get myself out of jail I found myself significantly short on the retainer fee to hire Meth Law. Understand the financial ruin I was in from posting bail and seeing my desperation and ability to make payments, Mr. Meth was very, very, reasonable and fair to let me pay half down and payments on the remaining balance while representing me from square 1. Instead of being entirely grateful, admittedly, at times i was a NIGHTMARE client to deal with. Between the fear over my future and my alcoholism, I was at times argumentative, combative and belligerent with the very people who were there to help and represent me. From reading applicable law sections, several applicable cases and case citations I led myself to believe that I knew more than I did and constantly argued with my representation, which as practicing attorneys, extremely intelligent men and women and law school graduates, had to have been woefully annoying. I acted childish and selfish, like I was the only client they had to worry about when it obviously was not the case. In spite of all of that... in spite of lashing out while having nobody to blame but myself... I was given a stern reminder of the way things were and why, all the while being treated respectfully without condescension and the utmost professionalism. I finally listened to Mr. Meth's advice and he guided me to excellent professional help for my alcoholism. I am going on 2 years sober to this day, I wish I listened sooner. I wound up having to do some time, and I deserved it. If it wasn't for Meth Law I would've had to do way more and would've come out of the correctional system irreparably broken and directionless like so many others. In spite of making many awful and stupid mistakes, I was given one last chance to get things right and make something of myself before I became a washed up, old loser... and I have Meth Law to thank for that. The retainer fees were always fair, Mr. Meth and his staff: Evan, Bianca, Tara, Christina were all fantastic extremely professional and courteous. They always responded to my inquiries immediately or ASAP and despite my immaturities, I was always treated with respect. I cant say enough good about this firm, I recommend them 100% Thank you Meth Law for your help and representation!

Stuck in a hotel with my two children after being ordered by judge to not leave the state to go back to our home in FL Michael Picked up my call at 7 am on Saturday Morning. From that moment on I shut up and listened (for the most part) and he has been by my side over the past year and half fighting for my rights and my children's best interest. Michael in a matter of days had his team on my case and corrected the wrong that was done by the Judge and my previous attorney and sent us home where we belonged. Tim just settled a personal injury case for me. Second one I've had but WAY different with Tim than with my last lawyer. Unlike my last lawyer, Tim answered my calls (ALL of them), kept me up to date on my case, made predictions about what would happen next , how long it would take to settle the case, how much more we could likely get if we did A, B or C, whether we had been offered their highest and best, and he was right every time. You know, like he had done this a thousand times before and was an expert in handling the kind of case I had. He would even tell me why he thought the claims rep would be replaced with another one (which also happened about a week later!) and thta the new one would agree with our argument that the prior offer was too low. My last lawyer never called me back when I called, never picked up, didn't know what my case was about when I did hear from him and took almost FOUR years to resolve the case. I had to take time off from work CONSTANTLY too. Tim got it done in 6 months, I never had to ask him how my case was going because he would text and call me every time somethinig happened, and negotiated more money than I ever thought I would get. I kept wanting to accept offers and he would say, "no, not yet," not forbidding me but just advising that the insurance company would recognize that they needed to offer more. And he was right. BEST lawyer. Warm person too, free with any sort of advice for my entire family (never rushed me off the phone), which really helped out my family and saved my son's driver's license too.

This is the second time I've used Tim McEnaney for a closing, and the experience was even better than the first. Mr. McEnaney is to understand, very friendly and easy to reach (He even game me his cell number and I was able to contact him after hours and on weekends). Mr. McEnaney is very knowledgeable, not only about the closing process, but also about renovation costs (he's experienced in real estate investment and "flipping"), and about town code issues, variances, etc. Both times, he took his time to answer all over my questions (no matter how stupid) and never rushed our conversations to get off the phone. Mr. McEnaney even reviewed the inspection report with me over the phone and took the time to explain everything I had concerns about, which was quite a lot! ;) He really set me at ease and negotiated a substantial price reduction for some items that came up in our inspection. After meeting John and his family at my store and getting to know him, I realized that I was with the wrong attorney. I was so grateful John was willing to take my case over. He answered all my questions and always kept in touch with me. Even if he didn't have an answer, he would tell me that he would get back to me and he always followed through. If you're searching for an attorney, you must consider one's experience, temperament, personality, responsiveness, and legal finesse in dealing with "divorce" especially when children are at stake causing an embattlement the likes of which the movie Kramer vs. Kramer looks like a Disney movie. Tony and I never went to trial, but fully prepared for it up to the day of trial. His responsiveness is uncanny. He does not raise his voice, is not aggressive, but when arguing points, he will back his opponent into a corner with untenable arguments. He responds to emails almost immediately. He knows the law. We dealt with the opposition consistently lying, as did my Ex, about all matters and were prepared to expose the truth at trial. Go for a consult. Its a no brainer to higher such a qualified, personable, and knowledgeable lawyer who is a regular guy. His office staff were also friendly, competent, and compassionate. He will also make you aware of all strategies, and the costs for applying each. After, forensics, law guardians, parenting coordinators, full trial prep, I'm satisfied with the outcome as much as one can be. I was ready to see this through to the very end, and did, with a competent attorney in Tony beside me.

The only thing absolutely clear about our case was the injury, but Rob had to determine who was responsible among several entities. Mr. Erlanger took on my case at a point when it was as he described it a "mess." I had prior counsel who were only in it for the quick settlement. Claims had been allowed to expire and the clock was running out and i found him. He was very honest from the beginning in his assessment of my case and I have since learned that it's best to have a lawyer give you the most honest assessment of your case than the one you may want to hear. He did that. There were challenges and there still are but I can honestly say that he has been a powerful advocate even when he was going up against a colleague of his. He's brilliant, knows the law inside and out and is a fair and decent man. When I was in the hospital for something unrelated to my case he was emailing me to inquire as to my doctor, my treatment, etc. He didn't need to do that. I had some pretty awful lawyers who had big firms and made all sorts of promises but now I can appreciate that in the end integrity and decency and ability to tell you the tough truth is so much more important.
