I engaged Roberta Ashkin after an auto accident when a tractor trailer hit my car and I sustained complicated injuries including a herniated disk in my neck. Not only did she negotiate a substantial settlement she was a constant source of support and guidance throughout the process.
Years later I was on an escalator in a department store that came to a sudden halt as it was descending. My wrist and ankle felt immediately sore. But I thought it was just a temporary effect. But before I left the store, I called Roberta and she told me not to leave until I filed an incident report. In the days and weeks that followed I found that my pain and mobility decreased significantly. Roberta was now able to hold the escalator company accountable.

I engaged the law firm of Rappaport, Glass, Levine and Zullo, LLP to deal with a medical malpractice lawsuit for my husband who was tragically the victim of unprofessional doctors.

When I was referred to Grey & Grey, I had gotten hurt on the job and had elbow surgery. The attorneys and staff were so helpful in getting me the benefits I needed. A few years after that I became very sick and was in hardship as I was unable to work. I called Grey & Grey and they did an outstanding job helping my family. The attorneys, as well as the staff have a kind professional attitude, full of compassion and concern. We found them to be complete professionals in the handling of both our Workers' Compensation claims and our Social Security claim. They kept us informed on every aspect of the claim from start to finish. It was incredible how fast they worked and in a few short months I was approved for Social Security Disability. The worse part about being in an accident is getting through it alone. In 2013, I was in a 5 car accident, and lawyers in my area of queens made me jump through hoops as if I was applying for a talent show and not there hiring a lawyer. Those lawyers left me stressed, confused and lost. With all the previous obstacles I was put through, a mutual friend introduced me to Jay Jacobson and his amazing staff. Jay is intelligent, respectable, humane, and tells you how it is, without sugar coating the truth. I first met Mr. Bernadin due to an unfortunate incident that happened to me. I was injured while shopping at a apparel chain. I first tried to do everything myself. I was not even able to obtain an incident report. The store ignored my request for one and was just very dismissive , that is of course is until Mr. Bernadin got involved. He walked me through the entire process of what was going to happen and eventually everything he said came to fruition. Once Mr. Bernadin got involved the store started to call me back, and treated me with more respect. Jean Marie handled my personal injury/medical malpractice case. Approximately 5 1/2 years ago I had a routine surgery which left me with a permanent injury and terrible pain. was in a motor vehicle accident in November of 2011. I was given Ben’s name and contact information from a friend and I must say, it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was going through a career change and this accident caused me to have to put that on hold. I hired Mr. Diederich to help deal with an appeal process for a denied medical waiver to get into military service. Given Mr. Diederich's previous experience in military law, he knew the best way to approach the appeal process. Through Mr. Diederich's expertise and professionalism, we were able to get the medical denial reversed. I am currently enrolled in an ROTC program and on the path to military service. I am almost certain that this decision would not have been reversed had we not sought out Mr. Diederich's help. Mr. Papa was very patient and went well above and beyond the call of duty.
