I gave this firm 5 stars because that was the highest option available, they deserve 10. Theresa and Karen are truly wonderful and go above and beyond for their clients. My family has had multiple stellar experiences with these ladies which is why I chose to deal with them, my personal experiences with them is more than I could have hoped for. While handling the estate of my dad after his unexpected passing, there was so much to do and I had no idea where to start. I wasn't even sure how to become the legal executor to begin handling his affairs, never mind dealing with his portion of my deceased grandmothers estate or his home, vehicles, debts, insurance ect. These incredible ladies took my over whelming feelings of uncertainty and fear and gave me confidence and peace knowing everything was being taken care of. I've called and emailed more times than I can count inquiring about anything and everything and the response is always quick, clear and delivered with a happiness to help.
I can't say enough how amazing this firm is to deal with. They don't treat you like you're just another job, they truly care about their clients and that's something that is rare and priceless.

This has to be one of the absolute worst firms in the entire city. My mother was hit by a car and in a case that should have taken months to resolve had taken over two years to settle. The communication from them was non existent, and representation was atrocious. I implore anyone who cares for their family members to look for different services than this firm. Please heed this warning as it will save you time, money and actual representation. They charged my mother 33% for absolutely nothing. No follow up, no guidance absolutely nothing. You’d have better chances representing yourself. Good luck to anyone of you who decide to deal with this horrible law firm.

The team at CPL were great help as I navigated my first co-op purchase in New York. Several years ago I suffered an unfortunate accident while traversing the streets of NYC. The incident resulted in severe injuries that landed me in a hospital emergency room in excruciating pain and in a cast for several months thereafter, and a plethora of doctors appointments and follow up visits. Mr. Robert Dallas is absolutely FANTASTIC! He came highly referred from a friend that I trust with my life. I was not even sure I actually had a case. Mr. Dallas was extremely efficient, and held my hand from point A to point Z; Making everything so easy for me. For the most part, I sat back and he did all the legwork. My surgery was denied by the insurance company, but that's when he quickly started to "make the magic happen". One month later I was getting my the much needed surgery on my shoulder, after being rear ended. And EXACTLY ONE MONTH AFTER THAT, I received a check for the FULL AMOUNT that the No Fault Insurance would allow. I could NEVER expect things to move this fast. I was a personal injury victim involved in a car accident that appeared to present legal implications at the outset due to my personal relationship with the person found at fault.
