Dear Joseph Sullivan, I am truly disappointed in your representation in our Father's claim. It's been 14 years since your firm has had our Father's claim. Our father has been deceased for years. We ask for updates but you have refused to speak to us. It's been 2 years since we heard from you. Our Father may not be a priority to you but he is definitely a priority to us. I'm very disappointed we really expected more from your firm. 14 years to process a claim is unheard of. And we still waiting. This is truly disgraceful. And the unprofessionalism you have displayed is so disgraceful. A claim that takes only 2 years we still waiting now 14 years. Our father before he passed, had put his trust in your firm. The least you can do is respect him enough to honor him.

I am very impressed with Mr. Slepian's work ethic. I consulted him with a question about possible actions to take, and he took the time to thoroughly understand the background of my immigration process. He was the first lawyer to do this, and as a non-native speaker, I really appreciated that he spoke slowly and clearly. He also didn’t try to push his services on me. Instead, he made me feel very relieved. If I ever need an immigration lawyer, he will be my first choice.

However, he was extremely helpful—he took the time to give me valuable advice and even referred me to another attorney who could assist me. I first consulted with her regarding a potential bankruptcy, as I own real estate and need to find the best way to deal with debt while also protecting my asset to the fullest extent possible. She listens carefully and makes sure she thoroughly understands your specific issues and needs. After gathering all the pertinent information and evaluating my situation, she has helped me develop the best course of action for my personal situation. Helene is the best lawyer on Staten Island to help you out with traffic tickets! I was fighting a ticket for a 1yr+ that was given to me unfairly and she helped me go to court and get my ticket dismissed. Clair from this law firm was very rude and I don’t understand how she is working in law firm her communicating with her. Client is very disrespectful. I could barely get a word out because all she wanted to do was hear her voice. I was trying to get a breakdown and understanding of my payments and she wasn’t trying to hear anything that I had to say which I find is very rude and discriminating of my work situation and what I’m able to afford and payments at this time I do not recommend this law firm at all

My mother just got some documents done at Herzog Law. She had a will, power of attorney, health proxy and transferred a deed. If you are looking for this kind of thing to be done this is the place to go! The firm is so professional, friendly and efficient. David and Sherry are the greatest! One other plus is when you call you actually get to talk to a person and not have to wait a week for a call back. Also it’s a FREE 1 hour consultation which is rare. Most places charge you anywhere from $500 to $1000. So grateful for Herzog Law!!

Doug is a great lawyer…I called him for a traffic ticket I received in Freeport LI in my company truck .I drive a tractor trailer for FedEx Express.My ticket was for obstruction of a intersection which is a moving violation and points on my CDL license.If found guilty i would have be suspended from work for 60 days….Called Doug he went to court on my behalf …got the ticket reduced to jaywalking ,no points, no moving violation ,no suspension.Do not go to court on your own.Let Doug Represent you .Thanks Doug!!! I was able to enjoy my 7/4/24 knowing this matter is behind me .Cast Closed !!!!

If you're searching for an honest and thorough law firm, look no further. I found myself in a nightmare situation where my previous estate lawyer took advantage of my emotional state, milking me for a year or more. Unfortunately, some people can be dishonest and even cruel. I had the privilege of working with Pauline Yeung, who was incredible. She knew how to get things done swiftly and effectively. What is the main quality you want your lawyer to have? The answer of course is knowledge and experience. I retained Grimaldi & Yeung to help me with a Medicaid Application. It was a very involved process, but the lawyers at Grimaldi & Yeung handled the details flawlessly. Their knowledge and experience resulted in the approval of the application expeditiously. He’s supposed to be my Trustee for my Wife and my Bankruptcy! There was a few things that was on the forms that wasn’t not removed in Court. It has also affected my Credit and Debit, i’m still getting emails saying i still owe money?? I’m not sure if it’s Leberman ir Cardinale Law Firm in Cicero NY!! Be very careful and read all of the fine print

This Attorney Office is Unprofessional, rude ,greedy , and liars . I was not a client from this office , but I was the Defendant in a case in Supreme Court. I do not know what kind of games they play but I am not stupid. I had to pay a Judgement of $422,170 to there client November 2019. By the way , it was never recorded, or entered as a money Judgement in Queens County Clerk. As of yet, they have not removed the Lis Pendens , nor have I received my satisfaction of Judgement. I called the Law office several times , and communicated via email to the Attorney. I was told to call your Lawyer. I am not your Attorney. Someone still have me in court as a no show and keep telling lies about me on the court minutes very recent . Someone keep playing games . Where is our Democracy??? Oh by the way, I paid three Attorney fees of $6,170 $25,000 and $20,000.(ATTORNEY FEES) New York State Law is you do not pay Attorney fees if your suing someone. FYI I was NOT marry to their client ...

Doug is an experienced divorce/family law attorney and counselor. He's extremely smart and very knowledgeable concerning divorce law. I was in an extremely messy divorce involving custody & child support. He was a good listener and sympathetic - yet tough when he needed to be. I hired this firm to represent me. They took a substantial amount of money from me, misrepresented me, made me pay the very individuals that I was suing, although I won. I have read the reply, however, I have PLENTY of documentation to show otherwise. Why is it that your offices can't find record of it? Thomas DiNovo was the main representative. I can show you the massive documentation. This seems very odd,as I have already found evidence of records being changed and I have suffered acts of terrorism. I am unsure if these are connected, however, it is definitely something that sounds like it should be investigated. I have made many government agencies aware of the horrific crimes that have been occurring. My address is the same as in the documentation last sent to me by your office. My phone number has changed. As I do not trust anyone at this point,a registered letter would be acceptable

I can’t say Thank You enough to this law firm and Eric Winnert! We live approximately 5 hours from the office and Eric came to our home to get the much needed paperwork signed by my very ill spouse for a mesothelioma law suit. Poor man had to drive through the snow belt in February just to make sure we got what was needed before anything happened. Whenever I have questions and need to contact him, he is always there to give me answers. He has walked me step by step through every part of the process as my spouse was terminal and passed. Even when I haven’t bothered him in awhile, he will shoot me a text with any needed updates on our case! He’s very caring, empathetic , and personable with his clients and their family! No matter what we threw at him he always had a smile and a chuckle while maintaining his professionalism! I became a client of Hurwitz Whitcher & Malloy in November of 2020 due to injuries I sustained transporting equipment to Work from Home during the pandemic on April 7, 2020. I already have a disability, born missing my left limb & no joint in my right thumb. After trying to fight compensation on my own, they consistently denied every procedure that was being requested to get me back to work, my doctor’s office suggested that I get a lawyer. I was referred Hurwitz Whitcher & Malloy by a friend. My first contact was Patricia Hagerty, my anxiety was so high that I couldn’t even complete a sentence. I felt crazy, scared & embarrassed. She took my information & said someone would get back to me. She also, assured me that everything would be ok, try to relax & not think about his. Karen Small handled my case & she kept me up to date on the process step by step. If there was something I did not understand, she would explain until I did. After hard work & dedication, delays, setbacks, we won July 2024. I had trouble getting my medications, so I spoke with Sam Firestein concerning this matter. Please avoid The Prince Law Group, LLC, very unprofessional, dishonest and pilfering lawyers. I hired Wendy in 2021 for a Family Court matter I was assigned a Real Estate Lawyer. Wendy there assigned another lawyer who then took sides against me in the matter. Because you Wendy I am still in Family Court trying exercise my rights as a Father. God don't sleep!
