We hired Mary to help us with the Medicaid application process for my mom, who needed long term care. My family also had a concern as to what would happen to my aunt who has lived with my mother and contributed to the house for 50 years since the deed was only in my mother’s name. With a great deal of research and a superior understanding of elder care law, Mary went the extra mile and pursued a Sibling with an Equity Interest to secure the house (which was never put in trust) for my mother’s beloved sister. Throughout the long process, Mary navigated us through by always being personable and communicative and showing great care and respect to my elderly mom and aunt when explaining details to them. Most importantly, Mary succeeded in saving the house for my aunt and securing Medicaid care for my mother. I am truly impressed with the outstanding service my family received.

Hypocritical Self-absorbed Man-Baby with Hyper-Narcissitic Megalomanical Delusions of Grandeur. He loves to ignore his own legal and ethical proclamations on his own blog when it comes to winning for his own clients whenever he can get away with it for the sake of his own self-serving bias. He has no empathy nor any quantifiable moral compass. Winning is all. He can disconnect from reality if need be through fined ignorance and plausible deniablity if without batting an eye. I would not recommend. I find it truly unfortunate that I cannot give him lower rating. Defining Characteristics: Rude, Defamatory, Arrogant, Deceptive, Insulting, Unsympathetic, Egocentric, Trite, Whiny, Unpleasant, Ethically Bankrupt, Overconfident, and prone to litigious works of fictional authorship without any basis in reality when it suits him. My 87-year-old father was hit by a car out walking in his neighborhood. My immediate concern was, is he going to be OK, how bad he was hurt. When I knew my father would recover, and my next concern, I didn't want my parents to be saddled with huge bills.
I called and met Kevin Williams and his paralegal, Jan Shear. Their initial care and understanding was very comforting to me and my parents. Their knowledge and understanding of the situation and the best course of action was precise and clear. They informed us of every step along the way and even knew what issues we would encounter before it happened.
Shortly after the accident my father received a bill for nearly $30,000 from the hospital and emergency room. I immediately forwarded the bill to Jan, and she got the bill to the proper responsible party to be paid. Kevin and Jan were able to get all the bills paid and even corrected a bill that was paid in error by my father's insurance carrier.
My parents ended up with no out of packet payments for any of the many doctor visits or tests, and received a very nice reward from the driver's insurance company. The outcome was better than I ever expected. However, what I appreciated the most was the care and concern both Kevin and Jan had for my parents’ well being, the effort they gave, and timeliness of the entire process.

Honestly, honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would I have never met people who are so rude and don’t want to help at all. I called with a question. I was transferred to two different people and then finally told that they can’t give me the answer, but it wasn’t even a kind, respectful response it was rude and telling me that I would have to pay them to receive an answer yes or no but she told me that she’s not so she can’t give me the answer but if I pay her, she can give me the answer in November.

This firm seems to be a joke. I was charged $250 for a “consultation”, then told it would be done over the phone. After a ten minute conversation with one of the attorneys I was told they are not interested in talking my business. While I completely understand charging for time, effort, and advice, it seems like bad practice to change 1k per hour to people you have no intention of doing business with.

This firm deserves no stars I went there a few weeks ago to have a last will and testament done that's already an unpleasant experience they treated me as if it was an unpleasant experience to have me in their office I wanted things specifically written in my will and they said to me that doesn't have to be written at the end of the day whatever I want written in something that I'm paying for it should have not been no question..... Maybe they thought because my friend was paying for this my thoughts didn't count wrong answer my will my life end of story I wouldn't recommend you to anyone point blank. Your office hospitality skunk how dare you I called them the day before yesterday because once again they did what they wanted to do instead of what I ask them to do what they were paid to do and once again I was talked to like my life didn't matter but it's okay I wish your Law firm all the success and happiness that life has to offer Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

My father passed away in September 2023 . I know that someone passing isnt high on an attorneys lost but honesltly teying to get ahold of her is virtually imposdible . I called numerous times to ask if she had a copy of his last will and what was the next steps were and after being rude and nasty she would proceed to hang up the phone on me multiple times. I have yet to get any calls or contact from her . Just the worst .

I would like to bring special attention to Chris Hersom, my assigned attorney, who came to my house and in the course of our talk learned that my sons work led to a totally different line of thought. His depositions have brought compensation all due to Chris’s expertise.
Going from being seriously skeptical of any result from this exercise to having a settlement is beyond amazing and I am beyond grateful to your firm. I am not a litigious person and only did this to make a “statement” in some way because I feel victimized.

Belluck & Fox did everything they said they'd do. During discussions with my lawyer, what was outlined in terms of the process and what would happen, they checked those boxes. My life has been changed forever by asbestos and it has caused a lot of physical damage to me. I had to have major surgeries and the firm was able to get financial compensation. They hold folks accountable, so it's a bit of a mental relief. My attorney Chris Hersom listened. He was very patient and understanding which was great, you don't find too many attorneys like that, they're more cut to the chase. He was focused on helping me and everybody that I dealt with at the office in New York was helpful. It got to the point where when I called they actually knew me. Heysell Brenes who works there, would help with things that had nothing to do with her. I don't know how to thank her enough through the whole process. Everybody at the office worked together as a team. It's almost like not dealing with a law firm, you're dealing with a family that's trying to help you.

I gave them a star because you must give them something. However this is the worst law firm ever. I wouldn’t recommended them what so ever( pay attention to the signs from the beginning)I am very disgusted with their communication and the way they operate in this office. I have worked with my attorney for over 20years and he was able to provide me with great referrals if the case wasn’t his expertise. unfortunately he passed young. I have been trying to build a new relationship with a law firm after 2 weeks of calling, leaving voicemails (Just to get a response if my case will be taken )however no one has heard my case whatsoever and on today’s date young lady(office manager)tells me to simply find a new law office because she can’t force the attorney to call and their are thousand of them I can call 🤦🏽♀️ If I was told that from the start I wouldn’t continue calling that’s one. I thought I was being patient by waiting on them to respond to my voicemails and instead it backfired. Are they really busy 🙄I really hope you guys are not keeping them busy because people like this are not genuine people and have 0 customer service skills.(it goes a long way) I was wondering why they kept changing people and there’s no new reviews 🤔 (reviews are mainly about Kristina, she is no longer there) It’s absolutely clear now they are not improving. They are probably over there finishing up their pending cases. When I was given their contact information by my attorney it was in 2014. Yes I do keep my contacts because you never know when you need it but moving forward they will be deleted,after many years of keeping them on my phone 😂. I just wish my attorney was still here so I can tell him this LAW FIRM SUCKED 👎 I never really like writing reviews However I’m starting to understand The logic in them and when people are wrong and only when they are wrong and it effected in me in some way, I actually look forward to saving someone else from going through the same experience Plus like they said they are plenty of attorney office out there!!!so they won’t be missing out on nothing right? 🤷♀️ I say take your chances look elsewhere…. if I find the perfect one I might just come back and point ya in a better direction.
