Called to ask some questions, got through one question and when I went to ask another the receptionist cut me off repeatedly and just kept saying we don’t do that . Even though I hadn’t even explained what I was asking and she assumed I was still referring to the first question I had asked. So rude.

I personally didn’t use Matt but my niece did and without getting the judge’s ruling yet I can still say he’s an amazing hardworking invested atty. He took on a high conflict case with a few days to prepare and he killed it. He knows what he’s doing and he is, without a doubt, built for this. I highly recommend him because no matter how her case turns out he did everything possible with very little time. I’m truly amazed how he handled her case.

I’m so glad I found Eric Kessler and highly recommend him. I recently moved to Arizona from another state and needed an attorney to do a restatement of my current trust to conform to Arizona law. I wanted a professional who: is very knowledgeable about trusts, who would be responsive and communicate timely with me, who would allow me to review the draft before expecting me to sign off on the finished product (apparently this is not a common practice here, which surprised me), and who was willing to answer all my questions. Eric provided all these and more. He really listened, provided lots of good ideas, explained everything so well, and the final documents are well written and understandable. His process, as well as the other attorneys and staff in his firm, was efficient, professional and respectful of my time as well as his. When my ex-wife unexpectedly threw a “below the belt punch” when trying to receive custody of our son, I needed a no-nonsense, professional attorney. James stuck to the facts as he laid out all of my options. He refused to indulge in similar tactics as opposing counsel, and kept to his knowledge of the law and professional courtroom etiquette. He knew when to urge me to negotiate, and when it was time to argue in front of the Judge. In the end, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for me and my family. Not only did my son remain in the better home, my ex-wife ended paying my Attorney’s fees. It was a long exhausting case, but James kept a positive attitude, which helped boost my morale. When I finally realize my marriage was over, I was overwhelmed with the idea of finding an attorney. Through my research and word-of-mouth, I hired James. I am very much a first impressions kind of guy, and I can tell you, James won me over quickly. He was very professional, but personable, well handling my difficult case with confidence and integrity. My divorce was quite challenging, with several major issues to resolve, but due to Jameses extensive experience, and broad knowledge of family law, we were able to resolve and ultimately win our positions. James was very thorough with his approach and since this was my first divorce he was very patient, as he walked me through the process, while always keeping my goals in mind. One thing that really impressed me with the James was his ability to never lose his bearing, and to always stay on task. He never lost sight of our position and worked hard to solidify our case throughout the entire process. In addition, his court room etiquette was impressive, and he tackled the fax with the right level of tenacity, and professionalism. At the end of the day, we won our positions and I was very ecstatic with the results. talked to Jason about a case and paid him for the consultation time and a response for my case. He gave me a flat rate for the case if i were to hire him for the court. Months later, after the court set up a trial date and i had some stuff from the plaintiff mailed to his office, i went back to see him, he question why i had some stuff from the plaintiff mailed to him so i told him i was going to have him represent me, but he just said there was a great chance of winning for my chance and i can handle it by myself. So at that time he had no interest of taking my case after the consultation because he believed I can win. He has really bad workmanship, if you going to give someone a flat rate for the case, you should get it done right from start to finish. And during all the time i tried to call him, either no one answered the phone or you leave a message with the front desk person about the issue, but you never receive a call back within 48 hours, it was more than a week. He finally called back because I had to call the office every day asking for me. Their office is really bad at returning calls. And one more thing, 8 out of 10 times that i called the office, no one picked up the phone and went to voicemail, but when i blocked my number before i called, someone picked it up. So you can figure it out what's going on. definitely don't hire this lawyer if you expect someone to stay on top of your issue and return your call within 24 hours.

I would say that my experience was very good with Wells Law and Realty. Your office was able to change what could have been and likely would have been a highly stressful situation to one where I could push it to the back of my mind having confidence it was being taken care of. I felt like all of the staff were respectful, honest, and diligent. I appreciate being given regular e-mail updates on what was happening with the property. Although there were many setbacks in the sale of my property, I was given honest and timely updates. I attribute the successful sale to the diligence your office made in getting appropriate offers and in your persistence in negotiating with the lenders. Thank you for a great experience. Unfortunately, my experience with Greg Larson was not positive. While he performed his duties as an attorney adequately, his approach was very transactional and cold. When I sought advice and clarification on billing issues, Greg became almost combative, which was truly unfortunate. This demeanor made it difficult to communicate effectively and left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported.

My husband and I did a lease to own option on a house that we were in love with. The owner expressed that she felt so good about us being the ones in the house and that's why she allowed us to do this option. We told her that we would take of the house like it was our own and that she wouldn't receive any calls from us about any troubles the house may have, and we did do some renovations to make the house clean. When it came down to the wire of us having to purchase the home, we had a hiccup in our credit and needed 6 more months to be able to purchase the house. She became very nasty extremely quickly and wanted the house and the equity that we put into the house, for herself. We called Greg, trying to find out if we had any options......he was so awesome at negotiating with her and talking to her in a way that everyone would win. We were able to close on our house in the nick of time. Greg was wonderful and attentive through the whole VERY STRESSFUL process with us. He was my listening ear, when I'm sure he didn't love listening to me be chatty Cathy. He was very understanding of our situation and he tried to understand hers as well. I feel he did a fantastic job at communicating with us. He was quick to respond EVERYTIME! We so much appreciated having him on our side through a really rough time in our lives.
