I was referred to Rebecca via LegalShield to review my first commercial lease and I am very happy with her services. She was attentive, explained key differences between commercial and residential leases, and answered all my questions.
We talked through the lease after reading and she gave me several pieces of actionable advice which I incorporated into the my counter-proposal.
Her rates were reasonable and I paid up front for the length document review (60+ pages) and the discussion time which was less than I had anticipated.

We had our complete estate plan done by Rebecca. She drafted our Will's, Health Care Directives, etc. She did a fantastic job. She had a nicely prepared estate planning worksheet. She then followed up with a conference call with myself and my wife. Drafts came to use timely via email and then we met to sign everything. The process was extremely seamless and worked great for our busy lives. It's hard to make time for extra meetings so Rebecca's approach was fantastic.

Brianna really helped us out with our case and we are so glad we hired her for her services! My wife is from China and had a very special situation; she did not have a birth certificate and so she had to go back to China and get another specific document to prove her identity in order to get her Green Card. She therefore required another special US travel document to get back into the country after going to China. Brianna let us know exactly what to do so that my wife could get the correct paperwork and be able to come back into the States legally and with no issues. She walked us through every necessary document and situation, step by step, so that we knew exactly what to do and which forms of paperwork to send in. She even prepared us for the interview process and was present for the interview itself. We were nervous at first but it went extremely well thanks to Brianna! I don't think my wife would have been able to obtain her Green Card (or at least not so quickly and with no problems whatsoever) had we not had Brianna there to advise and guide us. She made things so much easier and less stressful! I definitely recommend her services, as it will make the whole Green Card application process go so much smoother and faster.

Brianna helped with my husband's immigration by fully explaining what exactly would benefit us the most, and having us only fill out the forms that we needed for our specific situation. The whole thing was very confusing, but she really helped break it down for us. She made it feel manageable. My family member was quite literally saved because of Ryan and Cynthia.

We had a great experience working with Satveer Chaudhary on my spouse's visa change of status process from J2 to F1. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and helping us fill out the forms in the best way possible. We could always contact him directly and receive almost immediate responses from him (not an assistant), even after hours and on some weekends! I’m not sure if other lawyers would provide that level of service, especially with no extra charges. We also appreciated how thorough he was, staying in touch not only when the approval letter arrived but also during our trip to India for stamping. We truly appreciate his time and support throughout the process and highly recommend his services.

I've been looking for a legal assistance for awhile. Most attorneys are charging too much fees and are not honest. However, finding Mr. Beaulier was one of the best experiences in my life. Run. I could quote the guy in writing. He didn’t look over anything until two days before a major event after a year under contract and 10k paid. Just to run up the bill last minute to say settle, but “you could have got more than double” after the fact.. Botched the settlement agreement and the opposing lawyer roasted him on the fact. Would not recommend.
