I have had a very positive and helpful experience with Mr. Hughes.
I am a trustee of a very detailed and complicated trust. The average person would have trouble reading all of the legal terms and comprehending the way in which it was written. Mr. Hughes has gone over the trust with me and explained it to me in a way that understandable.
I also had a issue when I needed him to handle a matter with the trust involving the ex wife of the deceased. He had to write a letter to her attorney. He acted prompt, and I was happy with the final result.
It will be a while before all of the legalities with the trust are finished. I will continue to use Mr. Hughes as my attorney.
He has been very genuine, professional, and a very competent attorney. I have been very satisfied and happy with his service.

Frank was able to assist me with a property line dispute. He drafted a response to the other land owner that helped resolve this issue. He was very knowledgeable about land protocol and was thorough. Lawyers do many things, different kinds of law and expertise, different types of specialties even within those different arenas. Prosecution to defense I think many imagine themselves to be "champions of the people". Then there are those like Emma Denny and her team of lawyers and paralegals that truly embody the people's champion ethos.
Employment lawyers do not get paid unless the case is settled outside of court or won at trial. Thus, when an employment lawyer signs onto your case they have just as much skin in the game as us. More even. All the upfront costs of time spent writing and filing briefs with the court, any experts needed to provide expert opinions or arbitration for settlements and every hour of their time, all on their dime. Meaning when an employment attorney takes your case, they not only have to have confidence in their ability to win or settle it they also are putting their confidence, belief and faith in YOU. It's a team.
After I was wrongfully terminated, I called nearly 15 employment attorneys. I was contacted by 8 paralegals for an interview about the circumstances of my case. I was then contacted by only 3 attorneys interested in my case. My case had a wild card element to it in that it had to do with new substance legalization laws interacting with employment law that did not have a lot of precedent. Considering how many I contacted and how many showed interest this told me my case was not a slam dunk and thus was seen as a risk for many of the attorneys I contacted. 2 of them told me I should contact the state, or another lawyer with different skills and that the grey associated with the new laws was a dealbreaker for them.
Then Emma Denny called. The biggest difference in the first 10 mins of speaking with her was her preparedness and absolute confidence. She had the legal stances, strategies and statutes already laid out without ever talking to me. Despite differing social opinions on newly legalized substances judgment never came into our conversation or into her demeanor and treatment of me and my case. She was fiercely professional, her legal writing was incredible, her research and her paralegal were peerless and her lawyer associates beyond reproach.
I was never in the dark about the process. Never once. One of the first documents I received from Emma was an outline of expectations including the potential timeline, the steps that ultimately lead to a settlement or a trial and a pledge to each other that within a day of contacting each other for any reason we would return that communication within 48hrs. Lastly, what could have taken a year or two was wrapped up nicely in 7 months!
I could go on, but I'll sum it up like this. In all my life no one has advocated for me so thoroughly and with so much professionalism and tenacity. As I stated there is no guarantee of compensation or reward, but I NEVER felt like that was a factor. She won for me and without her truly knowing she saved me from a setback that could have negatively impacted my life for years to come. She took a risk on me and was confident in her ability and mine that we could win and in a way that lawyers do she cared for me. She'll never know how much that confidence in me was part of what helped me get through that time in my life. That IS what makes Emma Denny and her team true and genuine Champions of the People. Paul sarratori is the best in the area. In my prime I was charged with 8 felony counts, convicted of five, and will end up with only 2-3 on my record. Without Paul I’d have been classified as a career criminal and would likely still be serving prison time.
I’m sober now and have been for many years. I recently reached out to Paul for a traffic issue and he’s still the same attentive thorough attorney that I remember.
To anyone in these reviews saying he was hard to contact, or not on his A game, I’d be willing to say you likely aren’t telling the whole story.
My parents trusted Paul with my freedom, and I’d trust him with my son’s freedom if it came down to it.

Amundson took advantage of father signing papers when incapacitated. Kept the 2nd part of inheritance but gave brothers there's. I never signed papers for this to occur! Said dad was entitled to my share. No, he wasn't dad had his own shares. Where's the money go? In his pocket or to brother, in charge of dad's finances. In cohoots with the brothers lawyers. I hired Drewes Law for a family to family, as-is real estate transaction so therefore a much more expensive realtor was not needed. I hired them based on the other great Google reviews and it was a great decision!
They explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions up front, then got going on the process while always keeping me in the loop. We were working through a family member who was Attorney-in-fact/Power of Attorney for my grandmother, which slightly complicated things in my opinion but it was never an issue for the Drewes team.
Toward the end there was an issue with the county rejecting some filings, to which Drewes Law reached out to me immediately to let me know, but also let me know they re-reviewed everything and told me they were confident there was no reason for the rejection. They called my county the next business day to which the county recognized the mistake and that it indeed should not have been rejected (mistake due to being down workers/having new workers due to Covid). The County immediately approved and I was sent the Deed a few days later. Excellent work and thoroughness by the Drewes Law Team!
David, Annie and Jonathan were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing Real Estate law representation.

Amie was exactly what I needed when it came time to address a bad living situation for my child. The standard 50/50 custody left him in an abusive situation half the time.
