Marian Kromkowski SHOULD NOT be on the bench. She prevented my husband, and I as Conservators to get our daughters' trust funds out of a DECLINING stock market and into Leelanau County real estate. My attorney told us that we had every right to buy real estate on behalf of our daughter. It cost our daughter $12,000. My daughter ended up purchasing the real estate after she turned 18. In two years, the property has increase by $100K. I later found out that Marian and her daughter, Ellen Kromkowski Posner purchased a second home for $700K three miles from her primary residence. Her $652,500 MERS Mortgage DOESN'T EXIST in the "MERS" Mortgage Database on her address. Nice PERK if you can get it. Shady Lady needs to be booted out.

NEEDS TO BE ELECTED OUT OF ALL COURT SYSTEMS!! Sad when a person does not want to put in a contempt charge in Wexford Courts due to Marian Kromkowsi being the sitting judge in wexford Freind of the court. Does no good depending on who you are and Exspecially what gender you are. Careful if you post true negativity on her election pages she will block and delete them so know one knows the truth! Marian Kromkowsi - A discriminatory , bias Judge/ Mediator exspecially when it comes to the fathers vs mothers. She is bias in the mediations and in her court hearing against the fathers.. Fathers are guilty with little to no evidence in her courts VS the mothers even with evidence is given no consequences or punishments. Learned this from many past experiences with Kromkowsi.. FACT Had another hearing on 5-15-18. Provided 12 peices of evidence for contempt against the ex. Ex even admitted on stand of what she did and that it was contempt of our order. But Marian Kromkowsi after a month later found her not in contempt of court. But I was found in contempt in a recent previous hearing before Kromkowsi. Even with no evidence on accusations and speculation and with no proof of contempt of order and was sent to jail . All over the same allegation that Kromkowsi found ex not in contempt even with evidence and testimony. DISCRIMINATION Even on the one of the previous hearings I had before Marian Kromkowsi on 11-16-17 in Wexford family courts. Both the plaintiff and my self the defendant both were going before Kromkowsi for the same dispute over medicating the kids without consent. Both of us did so without consent only differance was my son has been on this drug a few years before under a doctors recommendation just like this time. As for my daughter never was on any type of antidepressant. We both strongly disagreed on the kids being on the medications that they were on. Kromkoski dismissed my claim against the plaintiff for her putting my minor daughter on Prozac due to severe side effects. But Kromkowsi found me in contempt putting my son back on Ritlin due to his violence tendency and anger issues even though he has been on it in the past.
