Worst lawyers ever. They let a whole year go by and never sent my husband to the doctors or anything. They had my email , his email, my number , his number , including our home address and we’d call for updates and they’d always say everything is going great if they needed anything they’d call us. After a year they dropped our case for “no communication”. And then told us they had the wrong number on file. Now we’re struggling to fight a car accident case because of how long it has been.

Mr. Tatro is an outstanding attorney. He has represented me in my workers compensation case for the last two years. I have absolute confidence in his ability to effectively represent my interests. I have a rather complicated case that he has spent numerous hours researching to ensure that I received the appropriate medical care as well as compensation. He has done an outstanding job maximizing my benefits and insuring that my interests are fully protected. Consider yourself fortunate if you can retain his services. His office is quick to respond to questions or concerns and will go to extraordinary lengths to ensure you understand the status of your case. Frankly, I doubt I would have achieved the level of satisfaction I have received had I been represented by any other attorney. In 5 years of being a client I only saw Steven Riley once when I signed up. It was also very difficult to see his paralegal Jessica. The only saving grace is the receptionist who was very helpful and nice. It was actually a problem with communication between me and the company who handled my workman's comp case as they couldn't talk to me directly and neither could the doctors.

I went through a very long probate process due to a lot of complications dealing with assets and family conflicts. We wound up having to hire separate lawyers. I decided to hire RMO law firm and Stephanie K. Delaney was my Lawyer. She worked very hard and was a big help getting me through a lot of the problems dealing with assets and family issues. She remained calm helping me get through this long drawn out process. She was easy to get a hold of and was always available when things got out of control. Toward the end, there were a lot of documents to sign that were hard to understand but Stephanie helped me when I had questions. When closing probate there was a couple delays but Stephanie was able to straighten things out with the lawyer for the other family member and we were finally able to close probate. I thank Stephanie for all her help. She was pleasant to work with and I’m so happy to have her as my lawyer. I want to thank Scott Rahn (RMO) as well for agreeing to take my case and work with lawyers from another firm that the other family member had hired. Scott Rahn would step in on occasion when his expertise was needed .

Back in August, I called Goldfarb & Luu to update my revocable trust. I last updated in 2001. The quote was $1050.00 depending on how much time is spent reviewing it. If a paralegal reviews it. It is $295.00 per hour. If an attorney needs to review it, it is $525.00 per hour. Annette , Rebecca’s administrative assistant and I agreed on a schedule by phone with a paralegal and Rebecca. Then shortly after, I received an email but the schedule to talk to Michelle/paralegal and Rebecca had completely changed without our prior agreement .She agreed to revert Michelle’s back to the original but was quite adamant not changing Rebecca’s schedule as Rebecca’s schedule was quite full but her schedule wasn’t convenient for me. Nevertheless I consented because I liked to get it moving . After talking Michelle I wasn’t happy about it . Michelle and I spent 15 minutes , verifying the account numbers of each of my asset account. I felt what she did as a paralegal wasn’t warranted as it was quite clerical and didn’t require a paralegal to ask me if my account numbers as stated were corrected. That phone call and reviewing the existing estate plan costed $206.50 ( 0.7 hours or 42 minutes . My phone record indicates 15 minutes so she used 27 minutes to review my old trust ). Rebecca reviewed my trust and wrote the following “ Your trust is only 16 pages long and is missing critical sections so unfortunately, we cannot amend it and need to restate it. The most cost efficient option moving forward will be our Comprehensive Estate Planning where you will get all new documents - $5900 “ , to which I replied what “ My trust is a folder that is 3 inches thick. I don’t know what you meant by only 16 pages long. As for $5900.00. According to Google A detail estate planning costs $900 to $5950. Mine is simple. … I have no houses, no exotic cars, no sail boats, nothing physical that I want to give away. I don’t know why it will cost me $5900.00. “. Rebecca didn’t respond to my question . She just replied I need to redo my 5 health directive. I called 2 attorneys from a list suggested by Fidelity. One quoted $3500 to $5000.00 and another quoted $4000 to $6000 . Both said the price depends on complexity. If I have multiple properties, own business, limited partnership etc, then it will be at the higher end of the range. She said in my case, it would be more toward the lower end of the range or around $3000 , less than half of what G & L wanted . At that point, I felt that Rebecca’s price is way of line . I got the impression that $1050 is a done deal, a bit more or a bit less. I agreed to move forward after the initial 30 minutes free consultation. Her suggestion of “Comprehensive Estate Planning “ wasn’t warranted because mine is simple. I called Rebecca I am cancelling the next appointment, reminding myself that her rate of $525.00 per hour . I told her I will pick up my trust folder. When I showed up her staff returned my folder , plus a check for $656.50. I paid $1050.00 so her company spent $393.50. The invoice itemized each email and time spent reviewing the old trust. I counted 9 email responses costing $187.00 or $21.00 per email response on the average . So after spending $393.50, I accomplished absolutely nothing. By chance I found a company called The Document People near Topanga Canyon and Ventura Blvd on Google. I called them. Andrea answered. I also watched their video in preparation for that. The quote was $799 for single. $899 for couple. All I have to do is to setup an appointment, come in and fill out some forms ( to start from scratch ), return to sign some forms . Regardless of complexity, it takes about 1 week. Appointments were readily available. Email and phone responses incur no charges ( as opposed to to G & L where I can be charged for that ) I just got my trust updated for $399.00 last Tuesday. I lost $393.50 . but I saved $5500.00

Positioned themselves as a full-service practice at a critical time when I was moving my mom from out of state to be better able to take care of her. Every one of their "specialists" knew nothing about their supposed subject area, except to refer me to other for pay professionals outside the practice. Then, when I would ask the questions the practice couldn't answer, they would tell me that that was something that the practice should have been able to answer for me. Literally got more value out of the utterly free services from the retirement community center around the corner from my apartment. Also blew through $600.00 of the $1,000 retainer and literally produced nothing of any substance. And had the gall to tell me that the complete, straightforward, out of state estate documents I had and just needed to be brought into compliance with California law would have to be completely redone from scratch because of one missing addendum of absolutely no consequence. Do not recommend.

It is difficult to put how great Paul Chan was as a lawyer for my case. Paul and AJ (his assistant) saved my career and life from false accusations from the board of Registered Nursing. Mark Cianciulli and the Crem Group were recommended to me while I was working as the Trustee for my brother’s estate. There were 4 houses to prep and sell in a short time. He and his group were able to deal with complex issues and solve them with good outcomes. Mark and his group members were professionals in every sense of the word. He knew the resources who could expedite the preparation process and who could get the results needed. He and his team were proactive and kept me informed. This review for Mark Cianciullly is way overdue but I wanted to leave a good review as he is so deserving of it. I tried my best to not get too lengthy in my review but it was hard to narrow it down. If you’re going through probate, it is imperative that you hire an experienced probate real estate expert, especially if you’re going through a complicated probate. Do your research because there are some real estate agents who claim to be an experienced probate real estate expert. Well, we (not my idea) hired one of those and it turned out to be a total nightmare costing us more money on wasted time. I couldn’t wait until our contract with him expired. After our contract with that agent expired, I told my attorneys that we were looking for another probate real estate agent and they highly recommended Mark Cianciullly. However, they told me I needed to have the house ready for listing before we contact him because he doesn’t offer services for that. We were overwhelmed with so much to do and had wasted so much time and money with the other agent. In spite of my attorneys telling me I needed to have the house ready before calling Mark, I called him anyway. To my surprise he told me he could contact reputable companies that he has worked with to get the house ready. Mark and his team moved quickly and did an amazing job clearing out years of accumulated items and tidying up the yard. Mark never pressured us to have any major work on the house or any house staging done. He felt the house didn’t need it and would still sell at a good price. That saved us money for services not needed. He was able to sell the house pretty fast and sold it at a price much higher than everyone expected. Not only is Mark an amazing probate real estate expert, he works great with people too. My Attorneys said that he is a pleasure to work with and there were rarely any issues with his paperwork due to his knowledge of probate laws . Again, more money saved for us from attorney fees. Negotiations went well between Mark and the buyer’s real estate agent. And with us, I was impressed how he was able to work around family issues and calmly stayed focused on the job. He was easy to get a hold of, kept us informed throughout the whole process and anything we didn’t understand, he would explain clearly especially when signing contracts. Being clueless and feeling lost in the probate and real estate world, I was glad to find someone I could trust. Mark is very confident at what he does without being arrogant. He’s actually humble and easy to talk to. His confidence (not hype) made us feel confident that he could get the job done, and he sure did beyond our expectations.

I got into a car accident on Thanksgiving night by a driver speeding over 90 MPH and rear ending me on the freeway and Stanley law took car of everything as soon as I called them. Stanley Law handled everything, with my insurance and the other person’s insurance to make sure I got my car back as soon as possible. David from the firm called me regularly to give me updates on my car in the body shop and the progress of my car and when I would get my car back and what needed to be done to my car. David handled everything with my insurance and making sure they handled everything with my car in the shop. David also helped me in getting me in a rental car when my insurance was telling me I couldn’t get into a car quickly like I needed to commute to work, David handled it all and got me into a rental car as soon as I went back to work. The case manager Analisse helped me close the case at the end of it all and helped me with my settlement and making sure everything in my case was perfect and I got the most amount for my case based off my insurance. Stanley law and their associates helped me throughout the whole process during my accident and I never had to worry. They helped me deal with my insurance and the other party’s insurance and everything was handled quickly.
