It’s hard to put into words the gratitude I have for the whole Sunnen Law firm. Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.

Didn’t even bother to look up my father’s case we literally paid him 1000 for him to see my father in person and demand more money. He did not look up his case or offer any type of consultation on how we can help my father. BEWARE of this awful unethical attorney that’s ok with scamming families out of their hard earned money.

Although my experience having to hire attorneys wasn’t what I wanted to do & it wasn’t a pleasant journey; it is what was needed and Moran law firm tried to make it less painful as possible. I actually found this attorneys office on a whim because I live in Vegas and the case was in Calif. The attorneys down to David, the paralegal were impeccable. No nonsense and takes care of business. I came across their name/number strolling thru the yellow pages (google). Called a few others, Moran took my case & did an excellent job. They’d keep me updated on my mother’s case, if zoom meetings were necessary, they scheduled them and my whole family would join. Had to ask some pretty intense questions but, needed to get the job done. They offered & opened up the phone lines to Myself & my family if anyone needed to reachnout to them with questions however, to minimize them from getting inundated with questions; I tried to stay on top of that.
One issue, I personally think they need to handle, was the front end secretary(whatever her title is). She answers the phones. I’m not sure if she’s still there; I personally told them how rude she was; ALWAYS and I told HER how rude she was. Hopefully, something was said to her so that she changed her demeanor/attitude.
I can’t recall how long it took; not too long to settle the case. Something I’d like to forget🙂. I STILL miss my mom to this day💔.

My daughter hired Mr. Donig based on the recommendation of a friend. My daughter was hit by a car as she was crossing a street in San Francisco. It was a somewhat complicated case and due to Covid the courts were closed and the case has gone on for several years. Mr. Donig presents immense experience and expertise in this field. I am so grateful to Mr. Paris my attorney for getting me much more than I ever expected to receive!!! I was involved in a hit and run accident and although I was in pain I was not going to seek legal representation believing it would be a waste of my time. Well I have never been so wrong before in my life and I happy for it. I am so thankful my husband contacted Mr. Paris on my behalf and I went in for a consultation, because I ended up needing back surgery and lost my job.
My main goal was to be pain free and off medication so I went forward with the surgery. Mr. Paris was always available to me anytime I had questions or concerns. Whenever I called or emailed he always responded promptly. He even helped me obtain funds that I needed to pay for my health insurance deductible prior to my surgery that I would otherwise would have not been able to obtain.
It has been a little over three months since my surgery and I am now pain free and although I lost my job, I do not have to worry because I honestly can say from experience I hired the best attorney around. Mr. Paris fought for me to get me everything I was entitled to receiving. I have been awarded a total of $100,000 and I could not have done that without the help of Mr. Paris and his law firm. I contacted Rhona regarding filing a partition/lis pendens suit against another family member. When i called her she was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. She was willing to talk to me for quit a bit in regard to the matter and explained the process and what i could expect. She was very upfront and transparent about how to handle the matter. I was impressed that when we were talking there was no rush to get off the phone. I made up my mind by the end of the conversation and set up a appointment to meet her and start the process.
We met, I paid the retainer and started process. She sent a demand letter to the other party shortly after outlining that I had retained her and how we would move forward with the partition if this could not be settled immediately. In short, The other party realized that things were going to get serious and agreed to list the property at a reasonable price, and the property sold thereafter.
This avoided a costly battle thru the court system. When this ended Rhona contacted me and said she would now close out the account she had with the retainer. Within i couple weeks I received back a refund on the amount not used with a breakdown of charged time.
I would use her services again without worry because she is honest, transparent and is always available if you need to talk to her.

Although chronic pain can sometimes feel like a curse, mostly I feel lucky to be alive and grateful for the help I've received since i got a second chance at living. It's been my recent experience that Zinn Law and Co. Are the best in the Bay at handling personal injury cases. When it comes to getting hit off your bike in the city, as I was, there really is no amount of$that can heal such injuries. I just want to give a HUGE shout out to David Olan and Olan Law for really stepping up to the plate with my personal injury case. David has been directly working with me and handling my unfortunate accident I had about 2 months ago when a car took a right turn into me as I was going south through the intersection on Pico and Ocean. We engaged Palmer Rodak & Associates to mediate our divorce. We were able to come to an agreement in one full day of mediation (about as good as one could hope for). I think that Mathew and Layla did a solid job w/ that part.
