We recently experienced the loss of our mother. So naturally it’s was a lot of emotions and chaos in our life at that time, but still something about the way she passed away didn’t sit well with us. The legal field is lucky to have him.
Mr. Bunch encompasses all of these important human traits and sincerely cares and works incredibly hard to bring justice to your case. As much as he is an expert and competent attorney, he is an incredible human being that anyone would be privileged to know..
Long story short, I lost my mother in the span of a month--upon diagnosis, treatment, to the point she had passed away in the hospital.
Needless to say, we were all in shock, grieved, heartbroken-- our world turned upside down and we had never felt so shaken to our core.
My family thought something had gone amiss with her primary doctor for this type of situation to happen. On behalf of my father's wishes, we sought a medical malpractice lawsuit, not for financial gain, but rather for justice and emotional healing for we sincerely believed the primary doctor was negligent for my mother to have this type of outcome.
I found out that medical malpractice lawsuits are a very contested field.. it is extremely difficult to find an attorney who would even give you a second of their time.. I know this because I've tried and had reached out to dozens (tearfully and desperately) before finding Mr. Bunch.
Mr. Bunch brought a human element along with his legal expertise to our case. He was compassionate, thorough, an expert, and transparent.
He made sure that I understood what types of documents were necessary and why. He made sure that I knew he was available to speak at any time. He gave his utmost sympathy to me and my family which helped us tremendously since we were still all so grieved, shocked and heartbroken for my mother having passed away.
Upon sending the mountains of documents to Mr. Bunch, He gave the documents all the time it deserved to scrutinize all the tiniest bit of detail and information in order to bring a strong case. These were literally stacks and stacks of documents that he expertly studied and parsed through the text page by page.
Not all legal cases will be successful.. especially in the area of medical malpractice which is extremely difficult in itself. Not all cases will move forward..not all cases will be won.
But if you are lucky to have Mr. Bruce Bunch, you can have the confidence and peace of mind that your case has the best possible shot of moving forward and winning, that having him involved has already given you a leverage and an advantage, that there is incredible intelligence and human energy and compassion being given to your case-- that in itself is victory.

We hired Ben 4 years ago after my husband was seriously hurt . He seemed like he cared at the time. However, as time went on it became apparent that all he cared about was himself. He did not fight for our case. Instead he used all the information and documents we gave him ..... and used it AGAINST US. Now 4 years later my husband is still in pain everyday. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I don't feel he tried very hard at all to win our case. My husband is injured for life. He will never have use of his arm again. Ben DID NOT do what he promised us... He said he was a fighting lawyer and that our case was clearly something he was able defend and win. It took a long time to be able to write this review, 4 years, because of all the heartache we still face , day after day. He did not consult with us on the last day in court.
He just never called again.

Slip and fall cases are very difficult. Nevertheless Ben and his team of professionals accepted my case against a very large retailer. It was settled pre-trial for a fair amount. Day One, I was scared and beyond afraid. Marybeth Halloway has helped me come a long way. My ex and I finalized our divorce in 2016. We only went to court 1 time. Custody- done in a few hours, TRO- done, she made sure to expressed what I wanted in the final round. She's not someone who can be pushed around. She's a strong force. She knows the OC courts very well and has the best bench manners. She's very well established and she's taken seriously. I was lucky to have her be the 2nd phone call I made as I was googling an atty. I got lucky. She is usually busy, bcs that's how good she is. I referred a friend of mine also 2 years ago. It was a bit difficult for him because there was somewhat of a language barrier, but he was very happy with the final divorce also. Be sure to know exactly what you want and she will help you. She was there for me all around the clock. She restored my faith in people i when my heart was shattered. She will tell you exactly how it is and will not candy coat anything. Mr. Pollitt was on top of my case from the beginning. He would spend countless hours on the phone with me guiding me through every step; I felt like he really cared about me and I know he did. the insurance company really tried to twist my case around and make me look bad; Mr. Pollitt made them pay for that.

I reached out to Dr Kramer due to a google search for helping with Malpractice from Kaiser. While Dr Kramer did come across short and rough over the phone, and requested a 5-figure up front retainer, I wanted to vouch for him since I saw so many people complain about his initial phone call.
He is rough and direct. But that is what you want in an attorney. He’s also uniquely qualified since he has both an M.D. as well as a J.D. He got his law degree from Stanford. I called on Memorial Day, a holiday where most firms only let me leave a voicemail and never actually returned the call, and DR. Kramer answered the phone personally. I was requesting an ex parte motion be filed asap and despite the short notice, he was willing to get it done in less than two days filed with the court.
He may not be the cheapest attorney, but he’s direct and answers the phone or messages you back quickly. This is a rare thing in the legal industry.
Most attorneys will likely give you a lot of lip service. I actually prefer the direct to the point nature that Dr. Kramer gives. He doesn’t waste time.
So if you are very sensitive and need someone to be gentle with you over the phone for an initial meeting, he likely isn’t the person for you. If you want an aggressive, hard working attorney who is overqualified for his role and still willing to take smaller cases, then he is your man. As an experience finance expert who graduated from Harvard University, I can genuinely tell you that this is a rare trait to have from an attorney. Anyone would be lucky to have him represent their case.

I just want to say James Latimer and the whole Ladimir law. Firm was great awesome from start to finish except for Sergio Monteon, who was very rude condescending and answered questions in tone not very customer service oriented, but I’d have to say Mr. Latimer and the rest of the team is awesome not only did he achieve in winning my case with Workmen’s Comp., but also went above and beyond with applying me for subsequent injuries, benefits trust fund, and also won my case at 100% disabled. I have been a client for a few years since the onset of my wc injury. Throughout my entire time being a client I have experienced good customer service from both staff and attorneys. However, their Office Manager Monroe, is very rude and unprofessional. I find this to be so disappointing that he interacts with clients is this tone. It is also unfortunate because he is a representative of the firm.

Wylie and his son Chris represented our family in a wrongful death matter. The case went to trial, and we "won" but not how we had hoped, due to opposing counsel's gross misconduct and consequent jury misconduct. Wylie stuck with us and successfully appealed, and shortly before the next trial, we settled very favorably, due to the strength of case Wylie had prepared. Throughout this multi-year case, he and his firm were extremely professional, communicated well, and most of all, really seemed to care. We went in knowing his grandiose resume and major-league reputation, but were pleasantly surprised by his down-to-earth demeanor and passion for just results. I hired Attorney James R. Traut to represent me in a clear-cut legal malpractice lawsuit. I answered all of his questions over a 20-minute phone conversation and gave him all the details he requested, including the exact amount of the lawsuit. He then requested all of the personal and private details of the case and told me he was ready to go once he received them. He then abandoned me suddenly and refused to answer any texts or phone calls. Horrible experience!

I hired Jim Traut to sue for injuries I received in an accident caused by a drunk driver. I was always kept up to date on what was going on. First and foremost, Mr. Wasieleski was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I could not be more thankful for the help that he gave me. I was involved in an automobile accident in late 2015 in which I was t-boned at an intersection by someone who ran their red light. As a result of my accident I was experiencing sever pain in my body almost immediately. I was referred to Mr. Wasieleski by a friend who had gone through him for their auto accident and they were extremely pleased with how he handled their case. He immediately contacted a witness at the scene in regards to my case and was able to the prove that I was not at fault for the accident by securing the witness's statement. I was referenced to Ron’s legal practice by an allegedly abusive employer after losing my left arm to paralysis and fracturing my neck and every limb in my body from a hit and run pedestrian-vehicle accident.
My experiences with the firm would lead me to believe that you would probably be subject to further injury trusting his practice. And if you wised up to this sort of thing he has the network to gag you over it. I wouldn’t trust him again and I don’t think anyone should.
