No doubt the best attorney I have ever worked with. I had a personal injury case, in which defendants insurance decided not to settle but go trough a lengthy lawsuit process. I hired Derek by recommendation from my locally attorney, because the accident happened in FT Lauderdale, FL and I am in CA. He took over the mess caused by my first Lawer, which wanted to settle for a dime and pushed me towards settling the case.
