Atty Derek Metts provided prompt, courteous service when my mom was injured through no fault of her own in a car accident. He handles all correspondence with the insurance companies and medical suppliers. He obtained a larger settlement than we expected. I would recommend his services to everyone I know.

Poor level of service. Takes what's easy, not willing to do the work. Don't give him the time of day he's not willing to give you.

Metts Legal did a fantastic job getting a settlement with our insurance company for a denied claim on our roof. Not only did Metts Legal handle the settlement, but they also worked with the roofing contractor to repair the roof based on the settlement amount, which took a lot of the communication/coordination off my plate. I would highly recommend Metts Legal and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Derek Metts helped us with a short sale for some investment properties in Florida.
