Le ofreció una sentencia de 25 años a mi esposo indicándole que no tendría más opciones. Prácticamente obligándolo y indicándole que las cosas serían peor si no lo hacía. Decidimos cambiar de abogado una semana antes del juicio. LO MEJOR QUE PUDIMOS HACER!!! A mi esposo le dieron una probatoria y está con nosotros. (Solo en una semana) el abogado James logró lo que este individuo NO! Aparte de querer cobrarnos más diciendo que no le habíamos pagado y tuve que enviarle todo los recibos. (Esto lo hizo en más de una ocasión). El PEOR!

He got me out of a VOP - during the pandemic! Which meant it was more difficult and took longer, - another month - because of courts closing and drastically having to switch from county to county. But he fought for me! Assured me of a successful plea. And can tell from the way he talked to me on the phone that he is real nice, passionate and cares very much to win your case.

I've used Eric 2 times now in the past 5 years and he has been AMAZING both times. He was Recommended by a friend and I have to say it was the best choice I've ever made. His attention to detail, he is constantly keeps you in the loop on everything going on, and he is straight forward and honest. Mr. Trabin is a very good lawyer who is not afraid to go to trial if you case requires it. I found him on craigslist with no prior knowledege of his abilities. After talking to him the first time I knew he was the one who could get us results. My fiance was facing serious felony charges that could land him in jail for up to 15 years. At the time we hired Mr. Trabin my fiance was sitting in jail with no bond. Mr. Trabin was able to get him out in less than a week, so after that I fired the previous attorney who wasn't doing anything. Mr. Trabin's fees were very reasonable and he was able to get my fiance NO JAIL TIME. Mr. Trabin is a great lawyer. He is fearless in the courtroom. I highly reccommend him.

ERIC IS THE BEST!!! I could write a book about my case and how screwed up it was. Eric was the best decision I made. I hired an attorney that I just was not happy with. So, I found Eric on this website. He is very accessible by phone or email at anytime. He is very easy to get a hold of unlike a lot of other attorneys. Eric is in a class all by himself. I have dealt with attorneys over the years personally and in business. Eric is by far the best. He leaves no stone unturned. He is prepared for every possible situation that could happen. Also, he just understands the law better than any attorney I have ever met. I had a very serious case of a 3rd degree felony (which should have been a civil case). This case got so out of hand and was mishandled on every level from the detectives to the prosecutor. I was facing 5 years in prision for a crime I could not have committed because I was in the hospital having a major surgery at the time. I could not get anyone to listen to me. The final result was that the case was dropped. I can say without question this would not have been the result with any other attorney. Eric will fight for you all the way. In closing I want to talk about Eric the man. He is kind, professional, polite and explains things so the average guy or gal can understand. You are not a number to him. Eric was the best decision i have ever made in my life.he handled my first degree felony case.my life was at the edge.he not only worked really hard but also kept me posted and informed all the time.he always had time for me.thanks to his hard work and trial experience we had a not guilty verdict at trial and we won the case.if i ever happen to be in trouble,i will knock his door again.he is an awesome guy.i cant thank you enough Eric!!!You are the best
