My family and I really enjoyed and valued our time working with the Murphy & Berglund, PLLC team. While the circumstances were unfortunate (the passing of a relative), Attorney Berglund (and the entire team) was so helpful, patient, kind, and respectful throughout the process of organizing and closing out our relative's estate. They were always quick to answer all of our many questions -big and small- thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. They also went above and beyond to ensure that any details we weren't even thinking of were being taken into consideration. I cannot recommend them highly enough and so appreciate all of their incredible help during our time working together.

Michelle handled a probate matter for me for my husband's estate. She, Jessica the case manager, and staff members I interacted with were courteous, clear in their explanations, and responded promptly when I had a question or concern. We were able to complete the process of probate in a fairly rapid time frame, even in the midst of a pandemic. I would certainly recommend them without reservation.

I just met with Jodi Murphy to help my family with elder law planning. She was excellent! This meeting was fascinating to me because I've been practicing law for 27 years, but I don't know anyone that does this sort of law. Amazing staff and amazing law firm. I went to them to get my estate planning in order and they dedicated their time to my case to make sure I had everything handled and understood it all. The estate planning manager even took time to help me fill out beneficiary forms to make sure I did them correctly because I was not sure what to do. I felt comfortable at the end because every step was explained to me clearly and was a very organized process. Great law firm. Highly recommend for legal services.

They are liars. No matter how much of a bind you are in or how serious your situation is don't give them any money up front. Don't sign up for any monthly payments because they will not work as promised. When you ask to have their charges or any form they present to you explained to your knowledge, they will get upset and withdrawal from your case. No matter how much money you've already paid. With foreclosure cases they will prolong your case by only filing forms after the other party files no matter how many months have passed of them not doing anything they will still charge you. They don't even adhere to their own contract by giving you the paying customer 15 days to pay after receiving their invoice.

Jodi Murphy reviewed our documents and advised us on how our documents needed to be updated with new case law. She did this in a professional, friendly and positive manner.
